The owner here is completely rude to his customers and is timing their stay. I've come here because of my dad but every time I come something is always wrong. Either the vacuum doesn't suction good or they don't give me the service I requested. This visit was my last straw. Took my moms car in and had to put in twice. The first time it didn't wash. Even at 2nd time left dirt, doors and soap still all over. Vacuums also have low suction. Employees are clueless when you show them the issues. Dont.go! read more

Rip off! They sell you their $10 "special" which is no different than the basic $6 wash. It is literally an express wash (no more than 3 minutes) and my car still had unwashed spots and soap on it. I do not recommend! read more

Buyer beware. This place sucks. I paid $12.00 drove my truck through the wash tunnel and it ripped my factory antenna and scratched my truck. The manager on duty took my info and said the owner would contact me. Till this time I have not heard back. Tried many times to email and call and not successful. To top it off, he did even bother to put the shine on my wheels or offer an apology and my truck didn't come out clean.I rather go to car wash where someone washes and vacums your car for the same price and leaves them cleaner. Place is horrible! So disappointed, I only came here because the car wash in South Gate was way too busy and didn't feel like waiting that long line. Anyway, they announce a $10 platinum wash, which I paid for, and only for my car to get a basic ass wash! Not even tire shine was applied in the wash. I had to verbally say "hey I never got the shine on my tires" to which they said "oh someone will go put it". The guy came and said "I'm putting armor all on your tires" I'm convinced this was armor all for the interior because tires aren't shining. My car is still filthy. Never coming back. Stay away from this rip off car wash. read more

I had a great experience. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My car was super dirty so I expected to have dirty spots after the wash, but in reality if you really want a good job you have to wash your car yourself and I didn't want to do that. Chris was also very helpful he scrubbed the wheels and windows before taking the car in to get washed after the wash he put armor all on my tires. The owner as well was helping out until he had more customers. By far the best experience in any other self wash car wash. read more

My car came out perfect and would recomend to everyone. I never write a reciew but the girls at the carwash are hard workers.

This place was great we came to wash our truck and the results were incredible. The truck looked like new but there was a section where some dried mud wouldn't get off and they offed us some help to remove it and at the end the truck looked like new and all the employees were very nice and they were all super helpful even though they didn't have to be. They gave us there time to help us and I think that was very nice of them I recommend this car wash to every body because of how nice the employees are and on how they treated us and because they went above and beyond . read more

This place use to be great but now... NO. I live in Gardena and I worked across the street when they were under a different management. Back then it was a full service car wash. I continued to come here even after the change but today will be my last day. The lady (cashier) that was here today at 12 pm does NOT do her job, has poor customer service and then just stands there and smiles which is very annoying when your expecting her to do something and she does nothing. She doesn't tell the cars to pull forward when there are available spaces so you have to just wait. I started cleaning my car out and went to use the vacuum but it was turned off. After she stood there, watched me clean my car out and go for the vacuum she walks in the office. I feel that she knew the vacuum was off and didn't say anything on purpose. I was trying my best not get mad, I could've just hit the button on the wall myself but that wasn't my place to do so. I walked to the office and asked her if the vacuum works and she said you have to pay first. I said since when. She said oh they changed it last month. I gave her my card, got the receipt and walked off. I go to vacuum my car and the vacuum was broke so I use the vacuum on the other side. After I finish I pull up for the wash and the lady at the entrance to the wash is looking at me like I wasn't supposed to be there. I tried to show her my receipt and she walks away to go ask the cashier. Now I'm sitting here waiting again because the lady at the wash went to look for the cashier. I finally get my car washed and come out to wipe my car and there is soap dripping out of my side mirrors down my car. Here's the icing.. this is Mexican owned business. Both women were Mexican. The man who put the broken vacuum back is a black man and the janitor. I watched the Mexican women (the cashier and the wash lady) help all the Mexican customers clean their car and either ignore the black people or give someone a hard time. This is unacceptable behavior in the place of business. I hope y'all do better in the future. read more
