Don't waste your time or money coming here especially an hour before closing. Especially after 5p-6p. I always come mornings never had an issue. I decided to come after work I arrived at 6:15pm on May 14 the two workers female & male were burly adding the last block to the close the entrance for a wash. People were still drying their wet cars and cleaning up in the lot. I called on the phone a male answered saying they close at 7p I mention I was just sent away because it closes at 6p. he "forgot" to mention the car wash was down since 3p and wasn't working and they were burly blocking the entrance for the day. The picture was clear and detailed well on how to wash away loyal customers lol. When it doesn't make sense it's because it's not true. It's either they close 6p like what the female said or wash was down and they burly are blocking like he said on the phone idk. This was hands down the worst car wash experience I've ever had. I paid for the Platinum wash expecting a thorough clean, and my black car came out still covered in dirt and a greasy film. It honestly looked like it barely went through a wash at all. For the price, this was a complete waste of money. Came here to try it out. Went with the silver service. Extremely disappointing. My car side doors were still dirty, not clean at all! It looks like the sides of my car doors werent even touched. No water no brush nothing :( Blemishes and dirt and bird poop were still on my car. Also, i have never had to sign a waiver for my roof rack and cross bars, i signed it but felt weird. May 14, 2025 I went to get a car wash for my truck! I went in with my new truck with no scratches on the hood came out to vacuum my truck saw my hood and it had a pretty long scratch almost end to end it also had another scratch that actually was so deep it chipped of my paint. May 14th was a Wednesday manager from there told me he would give me a call back within 2 days from that day, I have not received any calls from anyone about the report I did, it's been a week already still no call so I decided to call today May 21,2025 for them to just tell me that the incident happened at the car wash but they can't do anything about it because their camera isn't able to capture the scratches it made in my truck. What I'm thinking that they are trying to do since I'm a woman trying to pay me back with gift card isn't right to me at all. The guys I spoke to today May 21, said it's better then getting nothing. They don't maintain the machines very well at the end when it's supposed to rinse your car barely any water comes out anymore. It used to have a heavy water flow. Now it's so light it doesn't even get the soap off By the way, it doesn't even clean the car very well the left side of the machine has much more contact on your car when the rubber is hitting your windows. The right side barely anything. The machines just need to be calibrated here. Someone needs to care You can get into the wash with bird crap on your side window, finish the wash and still have bird crap on the side of your window read more
