This carwash is by far the worst one I've been too. It does not remove the soap from your vehicle…read morecompletely, so when drying your just smearing soap all over your vehicle which in turn leaves fine scratches all over. Asked management and they said its supposed to be like that. Like for real bro, it leaves soap on the car still. Totally caused damage to clear coat and my chrome rims. For reference I bought their top of the line wash, $16 ultimate and would rather go to a self carwash where I do it yourself. At least you'll get all the soap and not just blow air to smear the soap all over. The drying section also smears this weird waxy residue all over. They need to change the brushes and drying drum. I believe that there are alot more people who have the Same issue. If you value your CAR, go somewhere else.

This is my preferred car wash because there are no brushes used during the process. They have a…read morerewards system for repeat customers. After the car goes through the wash there is a crew that moves the car to the finishing area for wiping down and applying protective dressing if ordered. When they are done with your car you should inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations.

I've brought my newer white Honda Accord here a few times and unfortunately have not been impressed…read morewith the consistency or attention to detail. After my most recent wash, there were still visible dirty areas left behind around the lower panels, wheel well area, and rocker panel area. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

Very disappointing experience. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my brakes, and…read morethey confirmed it over the phone and again by text. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to be told they were too busy and couldn't work on it until next week. Poor communication and a frustrating experience. I won't be coming back.

This is hands down the most detailed car wash I've ever had. I mean every inch of my car looked touched, cleaned, and cared for. Javier has so many great service package options to choose from to cater to everyone's demands and budgetting needs. Given the downpour of rain that we experienced this past end of Dec 2025 up to now (beginning of Jan 2026), Javier was super kind & candid in suggesting that we schedule til after the rain in order for me to truly appreciate his work; and that to me, said A Lot already.
