During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.

The dealer delivered the car filthy as expected, so I did my best to clean it up myself. It became clear that it would need a paint correction and ceramic coating. Victor was extremely thorough and spent 10 hours straight working. He was careful to explain the areas that weren't cooperating. I appreciated that, but I expected as much for a car coming off a lease from a dealer that didn't even try to detail it. I'd recommend Victor to work on any of my cars in the future.

In response to your comments, you exaggerate extensively. There was a bit of dog hair but not an ocean or whole dog under my seat as you claim. It was remnant hairs from the previous car owner which I disclosed when you arrived. The other guy was able to vacuum it up without removing the seats and in less than an hour. It's just a matter of work ethics and a desire to do a good job. You seem to only want to do a simple car wash but charge $85 and call it a detail. The other guy even charged less than you and he got the pet hair out. I was upfront I told you I was more concerned with the interior that's why I asked if you do an interior only service. You blew me off and said it's included. Later, you said you couldnt do it, you didn't offer to remove the seats and spend 8 hours trying to clean it. You flat out said you couldn't do it. Be honest and have some integrity for the lack of work you refused to do. These photos are from before you arrived and before the other guy cleaned it. It is not as excessive as you made it out to be. Anyone who reads this review can see for themselves the amount of work you were unwilling to do. Regarding your update, I don't see your photos.
