For $270 (not including tip) I expected more. Less than 2-hours of work. I know there's inflation, but still... The front hood needed buffing but that equipment wasn't available since I didn't specify it for the job. With A D X you have a menu item of cleaning choices and you better know exactly what you want. The menu items are expensive and add up quickly. For future mobile cleaning I'll stay with owner/operators who are much more willing to work with you and don't require you to be so exact before the work begins. Meant to write this a long time ago! First off, I've never gotten my car detailed before. I own an OLD car, so it's kinda pointless to me. However, there was an awful smell in my car that would not go away and kept getting worse every time I tried to mask it. I was told the smell would never come out and low and behold, my car smelled amazing and is still odor free months later! They used some kind of odor bomb and it really did nuke the problem! I'd have given 5 stars but there were streaks on the interior dashes as well as the windows. I've never found any car wash service that can leave me with streak free windows...I really hate cleaning those windows.
