Been going to my former car wash people for more than 5 years but they are no longer doing it so I was scrambling for a good at home car wash, that's also reasonable price....boom...I found Josh. I'm very particular about my car washes. I've been to a lot of the "hand wash" business and tried a couple at home wash too but it's hard to find something that's reasonable price but does a phenomenal job. I've called a bunch of places (pretty much all the 5 start yelp reviews in Orange County and LA area) gave prices that were way way more than Josh. He was very responsive and honest. When he came the first time, he ended up doing a cheaper wash then what we agreed on the phone because he felt my car didn't need it. Most other places would just go ahead and do the more expensive package to make money...nope not Josh. I was super happy and have been having my car wash with Josh now. Josh was the second detail guy I had out to help me with a horrible mistake I made with my wife's car. After a Costco trip I forgot raw chicken and ground turkey in the heat of Southern California for an entire weekend. The contents leaked into the seats and carpet of the car and maggots formed. The smell was and is beyond awful. After I had one guy out who only washed and used a car odor bomb which basically made no difference, Josh hit it with an ozone treatment and even pulled up the panels to discover more bad news. Although the smell is still there, it's a little better and he made suggestions on replacing the rugs and seat foam. He charged me probably less than he should have because he felt he wasn't able to fix it, but he was unbelievably thorough and helpful. I have my new detail guy for sure. read more

First time I've ever hired a professional detail service. Josh was very communicative and fair with the prices. He heard my concerns and what I wanted done. He tackled each one effectively. My car is close to 30years old and he was able to take care of it and bring the color back to life! He even helped with a visual inspection and let me know the condition of the paint and body around the vehicle with suggested repairs I could pursue. Had some pretty deep scratches on my front bumper that a few auto body shop insisted couldn't be buffed or polished out. I sent Josh some photos and he got back to me super quickly about giving buffing a shot. I would say he got 85% of the scratches out with some buffing and waxing.
