I reached out to a couple providers for auto detail but Juan was super fast to text back and get the details. We didnt book until a couple weeks later but it was very easy to schedule and confirm an appointment. We have street sweeping in our neighborhood and they were super cooperative with working from the driveway. Walter was the one who serviced our 2 cars and he was so kind as to touch up spots/vacuum spots that still needed some attention. Should have done a before and after but I forgot. Great service overall! Thank you! read more

For $270 (not including tip) I expected more. Less than 2-hours of work. I know there's inflation, but still... The front hood needed buffing but that equipment wasn't available since I didn't specify it for the job. With A D X you have a menu item of cleaning choices and you better know exactly what you want. The menu items are expensive and add up quickly. For future mobile cleaning I'll stay with owner/operators who are much more willing to work with you and don't require you to be so exact before the work begins. I would say that A D X is OK but you are paying a premium that covers all of their business overhead with little personalization read more

Meant to write this a long time ago! First off, I've never gotten my car detailed before. I own an OLD car, so it's kinda pointless to me. However, there was an awful smell in my car that would not go away and kept getting worse every time I tried to mask it. I was told the smell would never come out and low and behold, my car smelled amazing and is still odor free months later! They used some kind of odor bomb and it really did nuke the problem! I'd have given 5 stars but there were streaks on the interior dashes as well as the windows. I've never found any car wash service that can leave me with streak free windows...I really hate cleaning those windows. Lol But overall it was a great service, Jose was incredibly flexible and very responsive when setting up the appointment. read more

This was my first time using a mobile car wash service and I gotta say I won't be going back to those express car washes. I was able to book same day service (due to a cancellation) and the job done was perfect. The owner was polite, honest, and got straight to work. There were zero hiccups and for all those reasons they earned my business for years to come. read more

Just got my car detailed and Jose did a beautiful job. I'm a nanny so I have kids in and out of my car everyday-- kids create messes and stains like you would not believe so my seats were very dirty. Jose took a lot of time and effort to work on the interior of my car and I AM SO IMPRESSED! My seats, floors, and mats look wonderful and it is all thanks to Jose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Messaged them yesterday and they were able to get me in early this morning. He was here 15 minutes early which says alot in my book. I just got back from a trip across the desert and my truck was littered with bugs. An hour or so later and my truck is spotless. Solid job. Great customer service. Gonna book them to detail my wife's car next. read more

Jose was prompt, polite, and extremely professional! He responded quickly on yelp and was by far the best price! Showed up at my home the same day (within a few hrs)and did an excellent job! I had a mobile cleaning & detailing appointment at 8AM. Someone from Xplicit showed up at 7AM. I know people might react differently to this, but I was happy he showed up earlier. I gave him the keys and he went to work. He was done by noon and the car looked great. He got the smoke smell out too! It's not cheap, but quality service usually isn't! read more

Walter did an awesome detail job on my husband's truck. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Not to mention I was amazed at the results. The truck looks amazing and I felt the quality of work exceeded my expectations! I bought the detail service as a gift to my husband and he was very happy and grateful. Thank you Walter for your amazing work. We hope to use this company again in the future. read more

I never had anything spilled in my car since I bought it five years ago, until Monday night. My flower vase fell over and water saturated the backseat and part of seatbelt. Jose responded to my messages over a period of 2.5 days and then arranged to have service done today. I'm happy to say that his detailer made the backseat look like new again. My mind is now at ease thanks to Jose and his team. Also, their rates are reasonable too. And now I want to have my entire car cleaned. :D I will definitely consider using their services again in the near future. read more

Jose was awesome. During Yelp quoting he answered super quick and had competitive pricing. He was able to accommodate my schedule - he was punctual, communicative, and professional. I wish I had taken a before/after photo of the inside of car. My car was thrashed with german Shepherd hair everywhere! I mean, like a years worth of dog hair (and I take my dog to the beach every weekend. And dog park every day) He did an amazing job!!! I cannot say enough good things about this service without sounding like I was paid to say it. Haha!!! So glad I found him. Everyone at my work is now asking when he's coming back because they want his services too. I will definitely start having him wash my car monthly and do a detail a few times a year. Thanks Jose!!! *I c the wash&wax with clay service read more

Xplicit did fantastic work. My 2008 BMW 328i has not looked as good as it does since I drove it off the used car lot. It fact, today it looks better. Not a bit of dirt or grease survived the cleaning. My car definitely needed it. I generally wash the car myself and only had it detailed once since owning it for 7 years. After this service, I wouldn't hesitate to have it done again when it needs it. Xplicit showed up at our house which made it very convenient. Quality all around. Cannot say enough. read more

Honestly, my expectations have been met and surpassed...it feels like I'm a college kid again with a clean, new vehicle instead of a mom with a mini van which has milk stains all over the place. Jose and staff left my car brand new. They even detailed my car seats. Thank you so much. I will be calling again in another 6 months. I recommend you have this done to your car at least 2 times per year. My car feels greatttt! read more

Smooth and easy process for scheduling an appointment and paying. Was so happy with the end result on my Toyota Prius! Hadn't had the car deep cleaned or detailed since I bought back in 2018. I thought I had to paint my car! Nope, just called Jose! He runs a great business and is very professional. I was searching everywhere, but businesses were slow to reply and offer advice. I found Xplicit on here and asked some questions. Jose was in the area, came by, told me his opinions, gave me multiple options.. it was great. Anyways, he just left and here's a picture of my car below. Worth every penny! Oh and just a note, he was here for 6 hours working on my 2 door/seat car detailing the exterior and interior. I have a 1991 Dodge Dakota, when I tell you after he was done you couldn't tell me it wasn't a brand new car. Shampoo of the carpets came out great The stench smell I couldn't get rid of is gone. I use the truck for work but I didn't want the inside of my truck smelling like work lol and he got rid of it. Wasn't any dirt left in site. He was on time, took his time and delivered at a price that was great and doesn't even come close to what he could charge for his level of work. Definitely has a lifetime customer in me. read more

I wish I took some before photos because my car seats were A MESS and full of coffee stains, chipotle stains (yes I've spilled an entire bowl of chipotle on the seats), and crumbs that were in impossible places to clean up. I NEEDED the interior to be detailed badly. I looked up some detailing places on yelp and Groupon to see what would work for me, but the whole logistics especially during a pandemic of taking my car to a detailing location and then ubering back to my place so I could continue working during the day is quite the hassle. LET ME TELL YOU, I message for a quote through yelp for cleaning my 2015 Honda Civic, they respond quickly (even after hours) and provide me a quote ($130 for interior shampoo). I set up an appointment time next day for 10am. They came early at 9:30 which worked out for me, and then did their magic. They were done by 11am! I also had a bunch of stuff in my car and they were nice enough to consolidate for me in a bag and move it and took care to let me know where everything was (telling me they put my earrings into a tiny bag so they don't get lost, etc). Most convenient and effortless car detailing service ever!! Highly recommend!! read more
