Originally contracted the clay bar + wash ($80) for my F150 and Nick was able to accommodate a (1) day notice and showed up the next day. During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors. read more

Based on Masterclass Auto Care stellar Yelp reviews, we contacted Nick for a complete interior and exterior detail on a Black 2007 Acura TL that we just purchased. Unfortunately the interior, especially carpets and upholstery was very dirty and stained by previous owners. Nick responded immediately via Yelp yesterday (Friday) and quoted us a very reasonable price at $180.00 - compared to the competition at $300-$400. Nick showed up right on-time this morning (Sunday) which is perfect as we both work M-F long hours. Nick was super friendly, came fully prepared in his van full of supplies and did a fantastic overall job shampooing, stain removal and full extraction of the carpets. The upholstery looks wonderful as well. The exterior was power-washed, clay treatment applied, wheels and tires shining bright.
