My girlfriend left a review based on her experience, and I'm leaving one based on mine after seeing the condition the vehicle was returned in. We are two different people who were both involved in the situation. Saying "everything looked amazing" for a brief moment outside at night does not change the fact that the vehicle still had visible dirt, dust, and grime throughout the interior, which became even more noticeable in daylight and is clearly shown in the photos. A proper detail should not leave behind that level of debris in the cracks and crevices that were specifically requested to be cleaned. Yes, you offered compensation and said you could come back another day, but when we reached out, there did not seem to be much urgency or concern to properly resolve the issue. Had there been better communication during the detail -- especially about your tools breaking or certain areas not being completed -- we would have gladly worked with you on rescheduling. The biggest issue at this point is the hostility and accusations simply because honest reviews were left. The other guy even charged less than you and he got the pet hair out. I was upfront I told you I was more concerned with the interior that's why I asked if you do an interior only service. You blew me off and said it's included. Later, you said you couldnt do it, you didn't offer to remove the seats and spend 8 hours trying to clean it. You flat out said you couldn't do it.
