Dillon is a true professional, I'm usually somebody that does a BUNCH of research and checks all reviews before moving forward with purchasing an item or service. I sent a request for quotes on Yelp and Dillon's replies really stood out, he really knows what he talks about and his Instagram backs his beautiful work - @dillondetailing. His ceramic quote pricing is the absolute BEST in the game as he only does this part time (for now), but this is UNDOUBTEDLY the best BANG FOR YOUR BUCK service in all of Socal for ceramic coats and paint correction. A lot of ceramic coaters tend to cheap out on their materials, but Dillon uses Shine Supply Bead Lock (check Google/Reddit) which is a very pricey ceramic coating and goes toe to toe with Adams. He does not cheap out on any of his cleaning material at all, from the spot free water on his truck to an excellent and highly recommended brand of cleaning supplies for polish, cleaning, etc. We brought in a Rav4 that had some light swirling from dealership and he got it shining like brand new again. To be honest, take advantage of the deals while you still can - he only does this on the weekends for now, but with the service and excellent deals he provides he deserves to be fully booked forever and ever.

It's just a matter of work ethics and a desire to do a good job. You seem to only want to do a simple car wash but charge $85 and call it a detail. The other guy even charged less than you and he got the pet hair out. I was upfront I told you I was more concerned with the interior that's why I asked if you do an interior only service. You blew me off and said it's included. Later, you said you couldnt do it, you didn't offer to remove the seats and spend 8 hours trying to clean it. You flat out said you couldn't do it. During a detailing service, they broke the windshield on my leased Mercedes E350, a vehicle worth approximately $70,000. Instead of taking responsibility and having the damage repaired at the dealership, they refused because it would have cost them more money. I was forced to settle for a repair company they chose simply because it was cheaper for them, putting my leased vehicle at risk. The entire process was unprofessional from start to finish. They would ignore my calls and messages for days at a time, leaving me without updates or answers. It took two weeks for my car to get repaired. When the windshield repair technician finally came out, I learned the detail company had only paid a deposit and had not paid the remaining balance. The technician spent over an hour trying to contact them for payment and even threatened to take my keys because he had not been paid. Meanwhile, the detail company would not answer their phone. To make matters worse, they do not carry business insurance. Any reputable company should be properly insured when working on customers' vehicles, especially luxury vehicles. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If you value your vehicle, I recommend looking elsewhere.

A car does not get that dirty in less than 24 hours -- those areas were clearly overlooked during the detail itself. He later told us that his detailing pick had broken, which may explain why certain areas were missed, but that was never communicated to us during the service. We did reach out about the concerns afterward, but there didn't seem to be much urgency or concern to make the situation right. While he did apologize the response came across as dismissive and unconcerned considering the condition the vehicle was returned in. What was also disappointing was the hostility in your response. Instead of addressing the concerns professionally, you chose to make personal comments about our review history and accuse us of trying to hurt your business.
