I dropped my car off at 9am and it took 6 hours, but I honestly don't know why because half of the work wasn't done. I noticed a spot on my seat which I did go back for and he did scrub it off, but that tells me he didn't go through the whole car which is what I paid for. For $180 I expected the seats & carpets to be cleaned which I can tell they weren't because the few spots I had were still there. I don't believe he was honest with his work and charged me for a full detail thinking I wouldn't notice. I ended up having to clean the spots myself and they came right off with a little scrubbing. For the amount I paid it should have been done thoroughly. It's wrong to charge someone for a full detail and not even do the work. I will take my money elsewhere with honest people.

After some great guidance to balance perfection and cost I went for paint correction and graphene coating.
