The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

One thing I really appreciate is that if the wash doesn't get everything the first time, they don't give you a hard time about running it through again. I've had to do that before for a couple of stubborn spots, and they were cool about it. The vacuums are also great, and I really like that they don't rush you out of the vacuum area. You actually have time to clean the inside of your vehicle without feeling like someone is waiting for you to leave. I always get the premium wash, which includes the ceramic spot-free rinse, and I definitely notice a difference on the glass and windshield--especially during the rainy season. The premium wash also comes with a dash wipe, an air freshener, and a towel to help wipe down your vehicle. If you have the monthly package, it includes the dash wipe and air freshener, but not the towel. They also apply tire shine as you're leaving, and it does a pretty good job. My Suburban has 24-inch wheels, so it doesn't always hit every part of the tires perfectly, but on my wife's Jeep with smaller wheels, it coats them really well. The two things keeping this from being a 5-star review are the lack of compressed air in the vacuum area and an issue we had with the monthly pass. I really wish they had air nozzles so you could blow the leftover water out from around the mirrors and other little nooks and crannies. Without that, you drive away and sometimes end up with water streaks running down the side of a freshly washed vehicle. We also had some frustration when we changed the license plate on my wife's Jeep. Since the monthly pass recognizes the plate, we had to get it updated, and it took about three tries before they finally got everything working correctly again. Other than those two things, I highly recommend Bellagio Express Car Wash. As my vehicle approached the end of the wash, the overhead drying equipment caught my roof rack, pulled it off my vehicle, and dropped it onto the hood, resulting in damage. After the incident, I filed a report and communicated with the company's corporate office. A representative named Stephanie asked me to obtain several repair estimates and email them to her before proceeding. I followed those instructions and submitted the estimates in July. As of October 2026, the matter remains unresolved. In subsequent communications, I have been told that approval is still pending. This has been confusing and frustrating because my understanding of the earlier correspondence was that my claim had already been approved. I have retained my dashcam footage, repair estimates, and email correspondence relating to the incident. I have made the requested efforts to provide the information needed to move the process forward, but I am still waiting for a resolution. Now, they don't even respond to my emails. I understand that unexpected incidents can happen. My concern is the time it has taken to resolve this particular situation and the uncertainty surrounding the next steps. I finally got a hold of a manager who was able to find the correct active account--apparently there were two accounts with my name in the system that the staff failed to properly identify and cancel. I was told by staff back in March to dispute the transactions, which the merchant rejected. I am out $80 from this continued negligence and poor customer service for a membership I requested cancellation for back in December 2025. 3/30/2026 I hate to write 1 star reviews for any business, but unfortunately this is an unethical business. I requested a cancellation of my car wash membership back in December 2025. I continued to get charged. When I went back in March 2026 to ask for a refund for 3 months of continued charges, staff confirmed a cancellation note was entered but never processed. The staff member also said the owners do not give refunds and would call me to offer an exchange of service, like full detailing. They never called. No confirmation of the cancellation request both times. The staff said to try and call the credit card company to dispute the transaction because people have better luck with that. This response only affirms that multiple people must have the same issues attempting to cancel their car wash membership. This service is terrible and unethical, which is unfortunate because their car wash machine was good.
