I want to share my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision when choosing a car wash. In July 2026, I visited this car wash with my vehicle, which had a roof rack installed. Before entering, I specifically asked the attendant whether it was safe to proceed and pointed out my roof rack. After looking at it, she told me, "You're good." I have this interaction recorded on my dashcam. As my vehicle approached the end of the wash, the overhead drying equipment caught my roof rack, pulled it off my vehicle, and dropped it onto the hood, resulting in damage. After the incident, I filed a report and communicated with the company's corporate office. A representative named Stephanie asked me to obtain several repair estimates and email them to her before proceeding. I followed those instructions and submitted the estimates in July. As of October 2026, the matter remains unresolved. In subsequent communications, I have been told that approval is still pending. This has been confusing and frustrating because my understanding of the earlier correspondence was that my claim had already been approved. I have retained my dashcam footage, repair estimates, and email correspondence relating to the incident. I have made the requested efforts to provide the information needed to move the process forward, but I am still waiting for a resolution. Now, they don't even respond to my emails. I understand that unexpected incidents can happen. My concern is the time it has taken to resolve this particular situation and the uncertainty surrounding the next steps. I'm sharing this account of my experience because I believe customers should be able to make informed decisions. You may want to understand the company's process for handling vehicle damage claims because my experience has not been good. I hope the company and I can reach a resolution soon. read more

This place has gone downhill quite a bit. The cheapest wash is now $15. There is someone always "helping" you to insert your credit card and asking if you want the membership. They push quite hard on that membership. Unfortunately, I had to move my car twice after the wash due to no clean towels at several of the stations AND the vaccums not working. read more

Stopped by here to clean and vacuum the car. At the gate they will try to upsell you with the monthly or the premium washes. I know this is pretty common at these kinds of drive through car washes but I really hate the practice. Prices are on the higher side for drive through washing. Really makes me wish I had a garage I could wash in peace. The cleaning tunnel is on the shorter side. I got one step above base tier washing and I felt like the car was barely clean after. I do like that they have clean towels available at the drying stations My biggest gripe is that the vacuum suction is extremely weak on some of the vacuum stations. I had to walk around until I found one that was strong enough to pick up loose sand from my mats. read more

I was so excited to buy a monthly membership to super star car wash and get all the amazing stuff for my car to shine and be hydrophobic. After I went through the car wash, I was very disappointed. First, there is no office. You can't call and speak to someone. When you enter, you have to go through the wash. There is no place to park and go speak to someone in their non-existent office. Then, when entering the car wash, you have to put your car in neutral and there is a risk of your driver side tire puncturing. After I went through the wash, I still had bug spots all over my car and my windows weren't even clean. I honestly have had better car washes that cost $5.   I tried calling customer service to cancel my membership, but there is no human you can speak to. You have to put in a request online and their website is very dysfunctional and not user friendly. The company is an utter joke and I wonder how they stay in business. I hope they are replaced by a more functional company that doesn't want to cut costs by making it impossible to have customer service.   I will contact my credit card company because I was misled by their lousy car wash and fluffy online advertising. read more

If you like your rims and do not want scratches go to another car wash. I brought my car to this wash for years. I have been their member since 2022. Last 2 times i went there, the machine gave a jolt towards the end of the wash like something was sticking our which hit my rims and it let me with nasty scratches on my passenger side rim. (You can clearly see the paint residue on my tire). I spoke to the service person who asked me to file a claim. Which i did. They assigned me a claims person yesterday and today they determined that it was a pre existing scratch. The person did not even call me to get my statement. Safe to say it will be the last time i visit here. It turned out to be another chain car wash which values money over customers. No wonder i do not see any high end cars there. read more

You do not want to wash your car here. You can pay for the highest quality wash but it won't really do anything. The highest quality wash here can be compared to another place's lowest quality wash. None of the debris was removed and it's as if I rinsed my car with water. Paying for the highest quality I definitely did not expect it to do nothing. I tried emailing customer service and I have not received an answer for the past week and a half. When you call the number it leads to an automatic voice machine. Definitely not worth bringing your car here and the customer service is super disappointing. read more

I used to work locally in the area, and I always seem to need to wash my vechile. I feel more than others as it's black. I'm a fan of drive-thru options they tend to work out for me as I'm always off to another place. I signed up for the great deal they had last year at 21.99 for any location. Since then, prices have gone up. There are always workers around to ask a question if need be. They are always helpful. After your carwash, you drive over to an open slot and finish off cleaning your vehicle on the inside. They also furnish towels to dry off your vehicle, which I love this bonus!!! read more

Every time that my wife and I have come, the GM (Michelle) has been extremely patient, helpful and friendly. The prices aren't too bad for a monthly - I got the highest one which is $30/ month. It's hard to give you a run down on how "good" the wash is because every car is a different size and right now I have a pretty big EV9. You will have to dry your car after, but they provide towels in bins which is nice. Keep in mind, the morning towels are a bit damp so you may want to bring your own if that's an issue. It seems a lot of the issues people are having are with the cancellations of the monthly subscriptions. Hopefully they've fixed the issues they were having previously because I think it's a pretty solid place run well by Michelle. read more

Ngl this might be the worst express wash I've been to. If you're coming down from the Redondo path on PCH, the first of two turns into the driveway for the wash is an exit. There wasn't real clarity on signs besides the real entrance on the second turn in, and navigation inside the lot was confusing. Service was friendly, which was really the only pro of coming here. Prices were over the top, starting at $15 for a simple wash which included about 20 seconds of total wash time and almost zero drying, leaving you to do most of the work with their stacks of towels spread around their vacuum stations. I was unsatisfied so I went back to ask for a redo as I thought something might have been messed up on the first run, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They gracefully obliged, but it turns out their machine is really just super inefficient. Annoyed, I took their towels and cleaned the leftover bird feces and my car for 10 minutes which looked like it was freshly hosed. To make matters more frustrating, several of their vacuum pumps didn't work properly. This place is like a model home, nice to look at from the outside, but vaporware from within. Hopefully the owner figures it all out, as I can't imagine they'll be in business much longer the way things are being run here. read more

My side mirror was broken off while going through the car wash, and trying to contact them has been a nightmare. After the incident, I received about six automated emails repeating the same message and didn't get an actual response until two months later. The customer service is terrible. I also noticed that after the incident, they added a sign at the entrance stating they wouldn't be liable for "plastic items breaking" on cars. This is the last email I received from them: "The Operations Leadership team indicated the item would be purchased by him. Please visit the location and speak with the District Manager (Richard) for assistance. The claims department no longer has this claim." The subscription concept is cool, and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here unless you're okay with risking damage. read more
