I'm updating my review to 5 stars after Shawn personally reached out regarding my original feedback. He took the time to listen to my concerns, was professional throughout our conversation, and showed that he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. While my initial visit had a few minor issues, Shawn addressed them promptly and demonstrated excellent customer service. I really appreciate a business owner who stands behind his work, takes feedback seriously, and is committed to making things right. The wax and polish finish looked great, communication was excellent, and the level of professionalism after the service left a lasting positive impression. Because of how Shawn handled everything, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again for future interior and exterior detailing, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a detailer who truly values customer satisfaction. ********************************* Service Requested: 3.5/5 Quality: 4/5 Value: 3/5 I rated 3.5 for Service Requested because my scheduled appointment started late, and I wasn't notified until I reached out myself. Strongly encouraged to use their app to schedule your appointment, the process is straightforward. If you are not sure which one to select can text your questions via Yelp. I rated 3.5 for Quality because there's still some room for improvement. There was still water dripping from the passenger-side mirror after the service, and both side mirrors had some wax residue left behind. These were minor issues, but worth mentioning. ^*^ I rated 3 for Value because I feel the wax and polish package is on the expensive side for what I received. Overall, Shawn is very responsive, communicates well, and is a hardworking professional. The final wax and polish finish looks great, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I just wish there were a discount or more competitive pricing. I would definitely have Shawn back for a regular interior and exterior wash next time. read more

RideSpree provided an outstanding car wash service! They were professional, polite, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They communicated with me every step of the way, letting me know about any recommendations or enhancements that would benefit our vehicles before doing any additional work. They detailed my wife's Tesla Model 3 and my Tesla Model Y, and both cars look absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was second to none, and it's clear they take pride in the quality of their work. We've tried several other car wash and detailing services, but RideSpree stands out above the rest. Their level of care, communication, and craftsmanship is unmatched. I highly recommend RideSpree to anyone looking for top-quality service, and they will definitely be the first call we make for our next car wash. read more

RideSpree is definitely worth trying! Their service was amazing. I reached out about getting my car detailed, and Shawn was able to come by the very next day. I tried their promotional deal for $149, and the whole process took about two hours. The results were excellent. Shawn even removed a really bad black sticky stain from my car that I didn't think would come out. Highly recommend! read more

I was in need of a detailing badly. Got some nasty spills in my backseat with terrible odor, and Shawn came through promptly and was available the day of when I needed service. For the value, I would say this is actually really good, I only needed an interior detailing but he was able to also give the car a wash and it turned out like brand new. He was very thorough and very detailed in everything. The quality of the products that were used was also very high quality and could tell that my car will be very clean for months to come. I would definitely recommend RideSpree and would ask them for a service again in the near future. FYI: this is a mobile service so they will be able to come to you at your house or wherever you need. read more

Shawn did an amazing job detailing our car, both inside and out. I reached out to several mobile detailers for estimates, and Shawn was quick to respond with a detailed breakdown of exactly what was included in his package. We lucked out that he happened to be in the area and was able to accommodate us the very same afternoon. His pricing was very fair and competitive, and the quality of his work was excellent. I would highly recommend Shawn and will definitely use him again when it's time to detail our other cars. Great experience from start to finish! read more

Shawn did a wonderful job and I called on extremely short notice. I called about 8 different places looking for same day because the day before my friend threw up in my car so I wanted the smell neutralized as soon as I could instead of sitting there. I cleaned up as much as I could the night before but there was still the residual scent leftover from the small particles embedded in the floor and seat since I don't have an extractor. He took me in same day at 9AM when I called around 8AM. He gave exceptional service from what I requested and more. I thought it was a very good value as well for the work he did. The scent has been completely neutralized and the interior smells wonderful. I honestly haven't seen my car this clean in a while and the luster and finish on my car is gleaming. I also wear sunscreen daily so I do have sunscreen streaks on the side of my car in the passenger side and it's completely removed. He took about 3 hours and I thought it was extremely quick because today was also very hot and humid. So I'm extremely grateful for everything he did. I don't detail my car more than once a year and I'm very very satisfied and would recommend him. read more

RideSpree was fantastic! Shawn communicated very well from the start and offered great value for my cleaning needs. My car had been sprayed with a sticky petroleum substance after I drove by a ruptured oil line near the Port. The stuff way very difficult/impossible for me to clean off, but RideSpree came to my home and detailed my car beautifully, inside and out. They will now be my go-to for all detailing needs. I requested a full service detail. They responded quickly with all the information I may need. Making a reservation was swift and easy. The price was very reasonable as well. Best part is my car looks amazing! Best detailing service I received in LA. I work with animals, but they were able to clean out every nook and cranny, and it smells great. They were even able to wash my seatbelts which has gotten a little grimey over the years (if you drive in LA heat, you know). I can't wait to tell all my friends about this business! Truly happy with the service, price, and communication! read more

Sean did an excellent, meticulous job in and out of my car. I plan on having him continue detailing it whenever needed!

Absolutely Recommend! I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but this mobile detailing service definitely deserves the recognition. From booking to completion, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and convenient. The technician showed up right on time, fully equipped, and treated my car like it was a high-end luxury vehicle (even though it's just my daily driver). I got the full detail package -- interior and exterior -- and my car hasn't looked this clean since I drove it off the lot. They took their time with the deep interior cleaning, shampooed the seats, got into every little crack and crevice, and left my dashboard looking brand new. The exterior wash and wax had my paint gleaming -- even the tires looked showroom-ready. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how respectful they were of my time and property. No mess left behind, just a spotless car and a happy customer. Highly recommend if you want quality work, clear communication, and the ease of not having to leave your driveway. I'll definitely be booking again. read more

Phenomenal Mobile Detailing Service - Highly Recommend RideSpree! Shawn did an absolutely phenomenal job detailing our 15-passenger GMC Savanna. He tackled a full interior vacuum, thorough wipe down, disinfected every surface, shampooed and steamed the seats, and topped it off with a pristine exterior wash. To be honest, I'm not even sure the van had ever been properly detailed before. After years of high school interns riding in it, it was in rough shape. But Shawn brought it back to life and it looks almost brand new! He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. If you're considering mobile detailing, do yourself a favor and book with RideSpree. You won't regret it. Thank you again, Shawn! read more
