I was in need of a detailing badly. Got some nasty spills in my backseat with terrible odor, and Shawn came through promptly and was available the day of when I needed service. For the value, I would say this is actually really good, I only needed an interior detailing but he was able to also give the car a wash and it turned out like brand new. Shawn did a wonderful job and I called on extremely short notice. I called about 8 different places looking for same day because the day before my friend threw up in my car so I wanted the smell neutralized as soon as I could instead of sitting there. I cleaned up as much as I could the night before but there was still the residual scent leftover from the small particles embedded in the floor and seat since I don't have an extractor. He took me in same day at 9AM when I called around 8AM. He gave exceptional service from what I requested and more. I thought it was a very good value as well for the work he did. The scent has been completely neutralized and the interior smells wonderful. I honestly haven't seen my car this clean in a while and the luster and finish on my car is gleaming. I also wear sunscreen daily so I do have sunscreen streaks on the side of my car in the passenger side and it's completely removed. He took about 3 hours and I thought it was extremely quick because today was also very hot and humid. So I'm extremely grateful for everything he did.
