They tried to pin it on me saying I must have gone to a mechanic recently (in my Tesla?). They wanted me to pay more money to them to clean it out. The employee then tried to guilt me by saying I'll pay out of my own pocket for them to clean it for you. I provided the exact stock number, and she brought the car out for us, so everything seemed fine at first. After looking at the car, I asked to go over numbers without running my credit, and she agreed. Shortly after, Mohammed came over with pricing but it was for a completely different (and more expensive) car. When I pointed that out, he told me the car I asked for wasn't available, which didn't make sense because we had just seen it and it was supposedly the one brought out for us. I didn't like the numbers, so they said they would "see what they could do." My parents and I then sat there waiting... and waiting... for about 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the dealership, and during that time, I could clearly see Mohammed and the other employee in the office talking and laughing, completely ignoring us. Eventually, we got up and left. What's even more surprising is that we walked right past them on the way out, and they didn't even acknowledge us or realize we were leaving. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will definitely not be coming back. On a positive note, we went to Nissan Downey afterward and got an AMAZING deal and much better service.

There were some unexpected issues during the process, but Efrain listened to my concerns and took the time to make things right. He comes in his fully equipped work truck and will whip your car into showroom shape, so no special equipment on your part needed. He comes with everything he needs to make sure he gets the job done. One of my cars is over 10 years old and he has brought the showroom shine back in that car. Not only that, my dog is transported in that car, so it is full of pet hair. He managed to remove the pet hair and shampoo the car inside and out. Has that car looking new again. In one instance someone also keyed up that same car, Marco did his best to remove the key marks!
