    First let me say I've been coming here for around 6 years. I moved out of Torrance and still went out of my way to come back because the team has always provided good service. But today I noticed they got the headliner dirty when washing my car. No worries, accidents happen. I turned around within 10 minutes, and when I arrived back they refused to take responsibility. They tried to pin it on me saying I must have gone to a mechanic recently (in my Tesla?). They wanted me to pay more money to them to clean it out. The employee then tried to guilt me by saying I'll pay out of my own pocket for them to clean it for you. As a customer for so many years who has never once given them trouble, I was saddened by their reaction. I may not be driving out of my way to visit here any longer.

    Absolutely horrible job. I had to tell them to vacuum because they didn't bother to do it and even after I had them do it my car was still dirty a waste of money for sure.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this place to get my car wash for about 4 years now and it's safe to say I will never be coming back. Terrible experience today as it seemed like they only just washed my car with soap and water did not even attempt to scrub at all. Left so many water marks not to mention they did not even clean my car at all. Brought this to the attention of a "manager" who might I add has been harrassing me and won't quit trying to upcharge me the past 3 times I have brought my car in. All he had to say was that this is their final product and what they are happy to send me on my way with. Was not trying to make the situation any better for a customer that he himself acknowledged has been a loyal one for years now. Makes sense as to why their business has slowed down, raised prices, and consistently rotated new faces over these past few years. Worst place to get a car wash and they don't even deserve the 3 stars they currently have. They have lost my business as a customer.

    I just finished my second wash here. My first wash was around $25, but I think it was a slower day that particular day. This time, it was far hotter outside and they had a bit of a line. They charged $30 for the same job. That doesn't really bother me at all... it's a $5 difference. My first wash was immaculate. They even asked if I wanted Armor-All inside. This time... it was cool.. all except for my back windshield...which looks horrendous. It looks as if the guy working on it missed thoroughly wiping it and making sure it didn't dry streaked. I guess mistakes happen... and like I was saying, this was a hot day. Probably one of the hottest we've had this season. I'll definitely be back because I've been looking for another spot since they closed my regular spot down for rebuild. And it doesn't hurt that these guys are cool, no nonsense & straight up.     I really like coming here bc it's really 100% hand car wash.. they are fast efficient and the price is 25 bucks. Although I do recommend coming during the week when they aren't busy. The also offer a stamp card for every visit.

    Exterior: The exterior of the car was cleaned, really great. Price: I paid around $48 , I wish they updated a photo of their prices because it shows a few years ago it was $28. Insane price jump. Interior: My problem is with the interior, I think they used an excessive amount of leather conditioner or the wrong one, 2 weeks later and it still feels oily I thought it would had restored to it's original state. Wait: took about 30-40 min, its handwash so can't complain Customer Service: Good people Other: The entrance to drop your car off is in the back, go through the alley

    Chose the diamond package and was upsold some extra cleaning just to finish cleaning at home. $50 plus a pre-paid $5 tip because I was paying with card $55. I don't feel like I got what I paid for.

    Pretty expensive nowadays but does a good job at a reasonable time. No damages. They were happy to wipe the areas that they didnt catch in the beginning when I was inspecting the car after the wash

    Still dusty and dirty. They didn't even bother wiping this down at all. SMH

    First of all, I just got a brand new car (2 weeks old) and this was my first car wash since getting the car. I was hoping they would keep it pristine but they didn't do anything!! The wash and vacuum, mediocre. There's still big chunks of grass on my floor. Please see my photos. As far as cleaning the inside, I had to ask the guy to clean my screen! Like shouldn't that be a given? Idk man, super lame. Then they hardly wiped down my dash. Didn't touch my steering wheel or shift knob are. You can literally still see dust! Photos attached. I'm just so annoyed. I inspected the car for scratches and dings and there were none thank god. But I was so fixated on the exterior I didn't pay any mind to the interior. Save your money and spend like $10 more and go to somewhere where they care about your car. This place used to be okay, but in the last 4-5 years the care and service has gone terribly downhill.

    Bad service and very costumer service I had my truck cleand today Saturday and I complain about the dust it was on the days board and I was told the dust always come back I really think that for the amount that I was charge is to much for a very poor service and they didn't clean my car after I told them and no effort to make there job better In top is not fair that Hispanic with Hispanic get treated like this , all Hispanic community we should help each other ...is soo sad ..

    Stay away from this place..25 bucks for a regular car wash..go somewhere else...I would never ever come back here to wash my car again...probably gonna do it myself

I provided the exact stock number, and she brought the car out for us, so everything seemed fine at first. After looking at the car, I asked to go over numbers without running my credit, and she agreed. Shortly after, Mohammed came over with pricing but it was for a completely different (and more expensive) car. When I pointed that out, he told me the car I asked for wasn't available, which didn't make sense because we had just seen it and it was supposedly the one brought out for us. I didn't like the numbers, so they said they would "see what they could do." My parents and I then sat there waiting... and waiting... for about 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the dealership, and during that time, I could clearly see Mohammed and the other employee in the office talking and laughing, completely ignoring us. Eventually, we got up and left. What's even more surprising is that we walked right past them on the way out, and they didn't even acknowledge us or realize we were leaving. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will definitely not be coming back. On a positive note, we went to Nissan Downey afterward and got an AMAZING deal and much better service.

    Honestly, I don't even know where to begin!! This shop was amazing to me from start to finish. As…read moresoon as I walked in, they were upfront and transparent about pricing for my brakes and other repairs. They even did a full inspection and cleaning (including a full engine bay clean and diagnostic check) to really see what was going on so they could give me honest and accurate recommendations. The pricing was more than fair! Especially as a woman! I really appreciated how genuine and respectful they were. You don't always get that at other shops, but here I felt completely taken care of and never overcharged. Chris took the time to break everything down for me, explaining what needed to be fixed first and what could wait, which I truly valued. Miguel Angel at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and Yennie was a great host and took care of my car! I'm so happy with everything and will definitely be coming back this Friday to get the rest of the work done. This place honestly feels like home. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family HANDS DOWN! This is where I'll be coming every time I need anything for my car!

My sister NEVER received a voicemail or text yesterday to let her know her car was ready, and now the shop is closed, so she's unable to pick it up. The person at the front desk should have known the shop was going to be closed today and should have given my sister a courtesy call before closing. Currently, my sister is noW having to rearrange her schedule and her work schedule to be able to pick up her car. ***Will update if and when this is resolved.
