My go-to hand car wash went defunct awhile back and the ones I've been to after were boo-boo. (Leftover debris inside, remaining steaks on the tires, etc.) Then it dawned on me that Big Bro once mentioned trying and liking this place, so... why not. Located in the same lot as Chevron. You hand over your keys, pay it inside, collect receipt and wait for your car to be done. It was a late afternoon run so they weren't busy. There was no wait at all, and after water blasting dirt off my tires, my car was in the wash in no time. And I'm quite impressed. The inside was pretty pristine without debris. My tires and rims were sparky and the scent of Jasmine lingered so nicely when I got my keys back. (Didn't last, but it was nice.) $40 (tip included) for above basic wash services. Staff were friendly. Service with a smile at beginning as well as to end. I have found my new favorite car wash in the South Bay. Will return! read more

The careless/negligent car wash worker put a large dent in my car today. A car that has active sensors to warn you that you are too close to something. That tells me that they did not turn the corner slowly, handling my vehicle with care and safety. Then I had to demand a copy of their liability insurance, both managers were very nonchalant and dismissive. read more

Not too expensive. Quality work. Satisfied with their services. Convenient location with adjacent gas station and convenient store.

Fast service! Quality car wash. Left my car looking brand new. $36.99 for the VIP wash. I think this place a great if your car needs a wash bad and you got some time. A big step up above your traditional drive-thru wash. read more

I just want to say the car wash employees are great they all work very hard to earn their money. But the location has an ATM machine that never works and they don't offer cash back. When I asked how can I get cash back to tip the employees the chicks at the register all they could say is don't give them tip they already get paid minimum wage. Which I think is very rude to imply So if you plan to tip the car wash employees make sure you have cash they work hard not to get tipped. The females inside is why I have this location a 2 star read more

Unparalleled service! These guys pay intricate attention to detail. Unsurpassed by any Hand Wash that I know, provided by others. I travel from Paramount to Gardena about once a week for that immaculate shine. $40 for my selected hand wash. Workers know me from my frequent visits, and $20 tips lol. I believe in taking care of those who take care of me. They know how I like my wheels done, convey it ones unfamiliar. Resulting in a flawless finish. Oh, don't forget to ask for a wash card. After 10, 11th wash is free! read more

This full service 100% hand car wash is located within a Chevron gas station. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The store itself is well-maintained and very nice while you wait. The employees are friendly and attentive from start to finish. The car wash delivers spotless results, leaving your car looking pristine. Highly recommend for a convenient and quality wash! read more

Rushed communication, rushed service, rushed job overall ! Paid for the full interior and exterior to get washed and wasted 350$ for some bull sh**. I've been coming here for a car wash since 2008 and they've never disappointed. I've left important documents and change in the cup holders and nothing a has ever disappeared or been stolen. The only downside is the wait time if you're in a hurry, but it doesn't change my review of the Village Auto Spa. read more

Pros: plenty car wash options, vary from details service to cheap weekday specials, convenient location next to a gas station; Cons: not doing a diligent cleaning job, their brush or so could make scratches on your car, and they have not removed quite a few visible dirty dots on the surface. read more

I brought my car for interior detailing and shampoo. My car was filthy. Moldy. Truly disgusting. Marvin worked on it for hours and I have been speechless ever since. It is mindblowing what he has done! It is brand spanking new. I don't know how he was able to do it. He is amazing! Thank you Marvin for your incredibly hard work. I will definitely be back AND recommend you to everyone in the area. read more

I just relocated From the East Coast and move to the Southbay. I happened across this car wash spot on Crenshaw Boulevard and for $18 is the best car wash I have ever had - they are thorough, detailed, courteous, and just good value. It's my regular place now. Also they have a 24 hour rain check. read more

My go-to spot to get my car washed! As I'm getting older I feel like I shouldn't be giving locations 5 stars just cause, but I can't recall any "bad experience" I've had from the 2 years I've been coming. The employees always leave my car looking like new every single time! They have a viewing area inside the Chevron where you can see how they clean your vehicle. They have indoor, and outdoor seating to wait while you get your car washed. I can keep going, but just know that your experience here will be a good one! DON'T FORGET TO TIP. read more

Great detailed car wash/spa and treated it with care from the top to the bottom. All windows totally free of residual dirt between the crevices, since it has been to a wash in months and the inside nicely done. read more

I hate getting my car washed cause I feel like I pay a good penny plus tip for a Mickey Mouse job, that I could have done better for way less, but I am 9 months pregnant right now and I psychically can't so I was in the area came to this spot which I guess on Monday and Tuesday it's ONLY $9.99 !!!! There was no line and no wait, they took my car in super fast. Since it wasn't busy my car was done fast, which didn't mean it wasn't clean. My car looked great, better then the last time I paid $18 at some place and they barely cleaned it at all!! Found my fav spot!!! Great price ( specials on Monday and Tuesday ) Great service Fast and clean read more

They do a great job on my car. Effortlessly and with great customer care. The technicians are always respectful and efficient. The Mart owner is nice and very respectful. I keep coming here because of the customer service. Simple as that. Keep up the good work. read more

They did a terrible job, the car however, was cleaner than when it went in, but there were towel streaks everywhere!!!! Nice job on the windows though. Save your money, there's another car wash right up the street with similar pricing, go there instead. *** I'll go back one more time & update my review to be sure it wasn't just a bad day or something*** read more

Today was my second visit to this car wash. I was impressed the first time and today was no different. I got the luxury wash ($28.99) and added all 4 of my mats ($5/ea). Granted that's a lil pricy, they did me right. He cleaned every crevice of my car and had it looking brand new. It's a weekday so that could be the reason it wasn't very crowded and had more time to devote to my car. It's closer than the one I usually go to so I'll be here whenever I don't feel like going far. read more

This place used to be good.. I don't know what happened, but this place is so shady now. You pull up to the entrance of the car wash and the guy comes and greets you. After deciding on what wash you want, he'll always try to attempt upsell you. I generally get the basic wash for $12.99 but decided on the $24.99 wash since my car was pretty filthy. The guy tells me that it doesn't come with vacuuming services. Throughout my whole time going to this place, they have always vacuumed, no matter what service you chose. He told me vacuuming was an extra 3 dollars. I argued with the guy and he waived the fee. Generally, they mark the service that you get with a dry erase marker on your window. He didn't do it this time, and I am pretty sure I ended up getting just the basic wash for $24.99 I live really close to this place and really wanted this place to flourish. I've seen this gas station become a Chevron (current), Valero, Arco, Shell, and Texaco. To have a car wash to close to me was awesome since I could just go home and do what I needed to do while they detailed/washed my car. But I am sad to say that now I am willing to drive elsewhere to get service so I don't feel like I am getting ripped off. Sad this place can turn THIS shady in only a year.... read more

Got my truck the 'once over " from this place, and I have to say that the price I paid $51.00 was well worth it! In fact, I thought the attention to detail was so good that I tipped $10! Of course there were a few spots that I noticed after the fact, that would only have been attended to had I done the job myself! We can't have everything in life, can we? I will definitely be returning, and I will definitely be recommending the service to my family and friends. My truck was scheduled to be detailed this morning by a local detailing company, but when I asked to confirm the agreed upon price, my call was ignored making me question the integrity of the business. Hint, it's in Gardena! read more

WARNING!!!!! I got my car wash here yesterday and they stole my Ray Bans. They were smart enough to leave the case because they sure did fool me. Of course if I called, they would deny and say they aren't responsible so the least I can do is bring awareness to whoever goes here. The car wash only review would be it was okay. Could have done it myself and should have. read more

Excellent service, highly recommend. My car looks spotless everytime, staff is friendly.

I take my car every Sunday , & honestly guys if you want your car very clean and want to feel like your car is brand new after a car wash ask for "Jorge" he's very detailed and takes his time washing your car . I've had experienced very bad cleaning by other workers but for sure Jorge is the best and makes sure you're car is well taken care off before he gives you back your car !! These guys used to be really good and for the basic package which is $12.99, I guess they're still OK. Vacuuming, exterior wash, glass and tire wipe down are pretty good. There was some sap on my windshield that I was hoping they'd clean off, but alas they just managed to smear it. (Use SmartWax to remove it) Still come here occasionally when I'm feeling kind of lazy and wanting a quick wash, but the quality have definitely dropped over the years. read more

This is the absolute worse car wash... BEWARE! They are thieves and will not take any responsibility for anything. I took my car here several months ago but waited for my insurance claim to be closed to write a review. They scratched my car as they were driving it into the wash... they first plead ignorance when I confronted them. After I pressed them, they admitted guilt, but once I got insurance involved they went silent, even got lawyers involved... they again denied any responsibility. I just read another review of them not accepting responsibility for another scratched car.... My brother used to take his car here too but stopped because they took things from his car! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! save your self the headache and don't deal with liars and thieves! read more

I've been here dozen's of times over the years as my fam' has lived in Gardena my whole life. All and all this place is super hit or miss in my opinion- you either get a great wash, with a moderate wait time, or a terrible wash with no wait, or some mind boggling combination that never leaves me completely satisfied..With that being said I feel like I'm a bit of a car-wash oficiando and furthermore I firmly believe that only I can wash my car to my liking. I think this place recently went through a change of ownership and it seems to be better over all. There was a time where the store was hardly stocked, and it looked like they were about close. I;m glad they didn't as there aren't many full service carwashes in the area, they closed one around the corner a while back. -2 stars for the inconsistency. Nevertheless when I;m feeling lazy.. I'll pull up. read more

The first person you meet should set the tone for the service but DANIEL doesn't have the skills to meet and greet the customers. His attitude is terrible for public relations. This is the 2nd of encounter with DANIEL and both times are unpleasant. Also, as I watched him drive the drive the vehicles forward at a high rate of speed, it alarmed me as well. I stood at the area where the line of care are to receive service and there was no attempt to greet nor ask what service I wanted for my vehicle. I had to summons him and let him know that I wanted to buy a service and have my vehicle waxed and washed. His response is that he didn't see but he moved all the vehicles forward and directly next to me. In closing I've been living in the area for over 24 years and myself and my fellow neighbors try to supports the local businesses but the quality of service is at a all time low. It's worst that I have ever seen especially here at the cars wash. THE CAR WASH SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! 1/22/2022 read more

This place is a SCAM! stay away! I went in cause its the only place open after 5. I was desperate since I just got back from taking my new car on road trip to AZ and it was covered in bugs. I choose the $15.99 wash #2. Paid for it while juggling all my stuff wasn't told the price went up. Wasn't told that there was a fee for using my debit card. But when checking my account this morning I was charged $17.99. Now I was the only car there, when the guy finished I thanked him gave him a tip and ran off. Big mistake as well, I should have checked it. I really don't want to be that person but now that I have paid nearly $20 for just a wash it should be clean. Wrong, there is a few palm smudges on my back window. And the front passenger side window where the registration sticker was is still sticky and you can still see the exact outline of the sticker and the paper that was inside. Which means they didn't even wipe the inside window. I will never go here again and I suggest you don't either. read more

In regards to your reply the information is very incorrect. For one i was not invited by management to look at the footage of theft from my vehicle nor was the officers. Two, your own employee stated he put my survival hunting knife back in my vehicle when it should have been touched in the first place. Third, The officers i work with found my machete thats used for trimming tree branches, they didnt find my platinum hunting blade that was removed by your employees. Fourth, I never saw footage, I only noticed the cameras outside that are setup in a baf position where you arent able to monitor any theft at all. Camers should be setup from the rear of the vehicles so you can see them inside the vehicle not setup from the front. So get your misinformation correct trying to save the business from whats going on there. Finally, look at your other reviews of theft so it happens. I wanted the theft filed on record in case something happens with that blade thats my only concern and should be yours. If it was something of real value then i would've had the officers search everyone and there vehicles. read more
