This place has shady business practices. I signed up for a member ship because their employees said you could always call and cancel or go online. I call they say you can't cancel over the phone has to be o line you go online and it doesn't allow you to do anything but upgrade your membership and change card on file and says you need to email them or go in person. I've only been through this car wash for their most inexpensive wash (which was $8 in September 2024). I like how efficient this is for a drive thru car wash. There's two lanes, one for individual washes and another lane for people with car wash memberships. There was someone at the pay station to help you make your selection and then they wave you through. When you make it into the wash building there was another worker who does a quick hose down and soap application who also directs you to line up your car and when to put it into neutral. You roll on through and exit to an area with lots of self serve vacuums. It's not super fancy but for a quick wash I love how efficient it is. read more

Had a free car wash coupon so I decided to try this car wash. Attendants were helpful and friendly. The wash was nice cleans the car very well, it has rubber brushes which basically beat up your car as opposed to cloth. And the air dryer doesn't really dry the car completely so expect to get out the car with a towel to dry it completely. Vacuums are good and prices seem comparable to other self car washes in the area. read more

Do not waste your time coming to this car wash especially if you're black this is a racist run establishment. I paid for a monthly subscription and noticed that the backsplash from the "tire shine" would have my car dirty immediately after leaving the car wash. I started telling the car wash employees that I did not want the tire shine and even asked them to remove it from my subscription which they did not do. Yesterday I told them again I did not want the tire shine and was told that the tire shine would not be added. After the car wash, I noticed that the tire shine was in fact still on my car. I asked for a manager and was told by a person name Diego that I could not speak to a manager and then he stated that he was the manager. I stated that I would be canceling my membership and walked away. As I was walking away Diego was yelling stuff at me which caused me to stop and turn around. I let him know that he was very unprofessional and again asked for a manager. At one point Diego referred to me as a nigger. I left because I realized that Diego wanted to engage in a confrontation. After my experience yesterday I decided that I would not be renewing my subscription however, I went back today with the intent to speak with a real manager. When I arrived, I was approached my an angry employee who told me that they were denying service to me based on whatever Diego told him. I let him know that I had no intention of continuing my subscription anyway but that since they were canceling before it expired I needed a refund. The employee lied and told me that they had already issued a refund and when I asked when he said "yesterday". I let him know that my card alerts me right away when a refund is issued. He kept lying saying the refund had been issued. I told him that I would not be leaving until I got a refund or a receipt saying the refund was issued. After I said that, the employee went inside the office and issued the refund. The time and date on the receipt for the refund is 6:32 PM 3/25/2026 which is today. Not only are they racist, they're also dishonest. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that conduct good business and have better customer service. they have great customer service! they have conveyer belts that don't stretch your rims and the overall car wash is good. was impressed how it cleaned the harder parts that other carwashes usually don't get. their blow driers work very well too. I have monthly subscription for this car wash for my challenger. I have started taking my wife's brand new Sentra to get washed, I noticed that there is a bunch little dents and paint missing on the hood and a chip/dent above her driver door after wash today and thought it was from rocks from the road. I then went to my challenger and noticed I have the same chip/ dent right above my driver door. I am not sure if it is coincidence but I will canceling my monthly subscription and will be washing my car somewhere else. read more

First time trying this place. 2/3 of the way through the car wash it completely stopped and everything turned Off. When it turned back on my tires were left with the tire dressing looking like this. Also didn't properly dry it. Employees tried to give an excuse and didn't seem like this was irregular. The vaccines were powerful. That is a positive . I had really high hopes for this car wash, being new on the block and all. I was tired of weak vacuums and dirt still left on my car. With a new car wash, you'd think it be better, right? Wrong. Upon driving in, they placed a piece of tape over my gas tank door to secure it during the drive thru. I thought this was a bit unnecessary but didn't think much of it. However, right after my car wash, I could NOT pull this piece of tape off! It is the paper (Manila colored) tape, and the residue from the adhesive is now stuck on my car. Second! I have been here several times, and the water has been leaving bright spots on my car every time. Even when I tried wiping it immediately after coming out of the drive thru, the spots were just smudged all over my windows instead, leaving bright streaks across. Either there's something in the water, or my car isn't getting the cleaning I paid for. I didn't give the worst rating only because the service is decent and the vacuums are decently powerful. But being in an awkward spot (middle of the block), I wouldn't turn my car around just to get here. They aren't too popular (I guess for a reason), so you won't have to wait a while if you are in need of a quick wash. This area isn't short at all on car washes, so I'd pass on this one. read more

The car wash equipment does not include proper daily maintenance to ensure equipment is fully functional and has no malfunction. The employees and management are incompetent. The business owner or business manager is unwilling to take responsibility. The business owner does not care about a car wash equipment damaging cars. The business owner showed a lack of empathy or compassion, just another day to make money at everyone's expense. Car Washer businesses are required to carry insurance, General Liability Insurance. The wash is a bit above the gas station car washes and having multiple "grooming stations" for after the shower is very nice as well. All that being said, I have noticed that only the left side of my car gets a power rinse... this is weird, disappointing and again, kinda weird. Yes, I realise in the grand scheme of things this is what has been referred as a "first world problem", and to that I will say that its these "first world problems" that have taken a firm and absurd strangle hold on our society and thusly, I coooouuuld be offended for one superfluous reason or another, but alas, I digress. I use to love coming here with all my cars.....unfortunately the time has come where the older lady finally told me my car wasn't welcomed because it was destroying her machines. I have a 4runner lifted and i have had the membership since January and its never been an issue. She finally came out and told me i have to cancel my membership...i was like what????? Had problems with my membership. RFID doesn't read barcode on my car. Older Asian lady said it was my placement, removed and put it where she told us and we continue to have the same issue. She starts yelling and bangs on the hood of my car and I got loud and she tells me to calm down. Why I'm yelling! Really? Not only that but instead of finding a solution she tells me to cancel my membership, which I did but I still have a 3 weeks left and she didn't want to give me my new sticker, considering she took the old one. She is such a sour, grumpy old lady and should just stay home instead of giving this establishment a bad experience. HORRIBLE car wash. Bought the 12 dollar wash and the machines barely touched my car. Car was supposed to be dried with the buff and shine and it didn't even touch my Jeep. Also noticed no tire dressing was applied to tires either. Got out and explained to the attendant what happened and he said the machine is working properly so there is nothing to talk about. I point out how dirty my Jeep still was, lack of tire dressing. He proceeded to say I should've bought the 14 bucks car wash. I then, asked for a manager and he said "oh your one of those white guys". Turned around, got in my Jeep and drove away before I ended up back in jail. Lol. DON'T GO HERE!
