Had gone here several times, but never bothered to make a review until now. A girl named Ruby was kind and helped me out recently so I think they deserve one. There are several levels of car washes you can pick from but I usually pick the "Royale" which is the highest one you get for $14. You do get your money's worth as the car usually comes out well rinsed and washed of any built up dust. After your wash, they have a self-serve area where you are able to vacuum/clean out the interior of your car. This part is where I'd say deserves the 5 stars. The vacuums and pressurized air machines work nicely when trying to clean out dirt and crumbs out of your car. I've been to other car washes where the vacuums just weren't strong enough and couldn't pull out dirt from the car's seats. Plus the self-serve area is well shaded and protects you from the heat especially in the summer. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a reliable car wash. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. During my visit, an employee actively guided me through the wash process and instructed me to drive forward. While following his directions, my tire popped against the rail during the wash. I immediately reported the incident on-site, provided my contact information, and completed an incident report. The same day, after my vehicle was towed from the facility and replaced the tire, I responded back and provided a copy of my receipt to management. Unfortunately, to this day I have yet to receive any response. I never received any follow-up from the business. I made multiple attempts to speak with a manager in person, but each time I was told they were unavailable and no one ever came out to address my concerns. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service after an incident like this is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this car wash to others. I haveread several reviews and it appears this is consistent neglect and reckless accountability from this business. Since then, I have deleted multiple vehicles that were on monthly memberships. I recently went Crown America Carwash on South St in Lakewood where I noted they have better washing racks, better vacuums, and much better customer service. Awful! I saw that the spinning brushes and chamois did not touch the right side of my car during the wash. I immediately drove from the wash exit to the car wash office. They told me that the mechanisms would be fixed the next day. They would not give me a refund. They would not offer me a replacement wash after the machinery was repaired. How can they offer car washes if their machinery is broken? They are cheating and repping people off with only washing half of the cars and charging the full price. read more

$7 express wash. The front of my car was not as clean but that's expected for $7. It's not better and it's not worse than other local car washes. Their vacuums are pretty powerful and what I like is they give you a cloth tissue to wipe down your car afterwards. read more

I joined their top tier membership when they first opened. I was told by the guy at the pay booth that by doing so, I would "lock in" that rate for three years, even if the prices posted were increased. I thought I was enjoying the "premium wash" benefits until I began to notice that after 20 or so washes, I wasn't being given the same "premium" service each time? So I made it a point to begin to observe each and every wash section application, and what was being dispensed and administered. And to my surprise, I was not getting the full and total high tier wash products each time! Some stations my vehicle went through did not even operate at all! NOT COOL YOU GUYS! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I was told that the overhead scrubber would not be used for my car because it may damage my windshield; however, when I went through the car wash, it was used and cracked my windshield. I filed an incident report with a man on the spot and was told I would be contacted within the week about the status and compensations. I had to go to the car wash on 2 occasions to follow up before they told me after nearly 2 months that they would not cover the damages (Leslie and Alexis). Now I have to get a lawyer: horrible experience, horrible customer service, and a horrible car wash. I couldn't recommend this place any less- avoid it at all costs. read more

Normally a great car wash, friendly staff and very clean equipment. I wash several of my cars and have a monthly membership for our commuter car. Unfortunately a poorly taped rear wiper caused a damaged wiper and deep scratches. The grey drying wheels yanked the rear wiper arm off the hatch. A manager and attendant requested that images and estimates be provided. The last image shows the response that I received. Not too happy about that. Damage was caused. Emails were sent. I've been a member paying customer since this car wash opened and never had a problem with the staff until encountering the owner. He had a terrible attitude and was combative and belligerent for a problem that was totally HIS fault. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing, he proceeded to berate me, the customer, and when told to re-enter the car wash, proceeded to wash my car on a level lower than what I pay for monthly. When I tried to tell him and called for him, he ignored me then proceeded to get in his car to leave before I could address the issues. Ive come here since the day they opened and purchased my monthly pass as soon as they had them available. The car wash is amazing, everything's kept clean and machinery is new. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because every time there is a girl who is suppose to direct the flow of cars going into the car wash are never paying attention! They are either on their phones or just standing there instead of telling you to live your tires the way they need to. This has resulted in my front rim getting damaged, to the point that I'm considering switching establishments! To this date, 8/9/24, and after calling twice, I have not heard back. I see there are others complain of damages done to their cars and looks like they refused to cover the repair. Not being managed by the smartest people in the world. We get a "Grand Opening" invitation in the mail. The Invitation card includes a Free Car Wash along with a price list, a monthly plan, a discount rate if you enroll in a monthly plan, and an invitation to respond on the web and get another bonus. Terrific! So i thought I'd go over there today. Nice layout, a gazillion vacuums, plenty of space to park and dry off your car and vacuum. So I pull in, and scan my invitation card for the free wash. A employee comes up and asks for the part of the card with barcode on it. I tear it off and hand it over. Problem... the part of the card I gave her containing the "Free Bar Code" also contained: The Price list, the Monthly rate, the Special rate If I enroll early, and the website to get the 'Extra Bonus' (Photo Attached) I'm sure once the barcode is scanned by the gate it becomes invalid and can not be used again. Corporate must be smarter than that to mail out 50,000 "Free Wash Bar Codes" so everybody in a 20 mile radius could wash their cars, all their cars for free... for ever! Actually, there is a better car wash on Norwalk and Carson a little further drive, and a cheaper one on Bloomfield and Centralia ($8 for the works.) read more

In September I was greeted by an employee. At the purchasing kiosk. He suggested the the monthly unlimited. I agreed he took my card and processed the transaction. Witch i didn't see anything as he asked for my zip transaction was completed. October now I see I was charged 34.99 again so I look into it. Find out it's a recurring bill. The employee didn't reveal that info to me. Wouldn't have agreed to that. OK my mistake next step I call leave message to cancel. A couple of messages left. Never heard back. November billed again!! At this point I go to TLC in person and speak with an employee about it. Ask for manager,manager wasn't present at the the time. I leave my name all contact information as well as my license plate #. Left a written note expressing my wish to discontinue the service. December now billed again.Report it to my bank ect. I do realize cancel card ect. Do that have to go through the process of every account has to be changed. How much more does one have to do here. You call never answer don't return calls or even a left written note. Go on website you have to poke around to get to the back fir any contact info. I did that contact which is email. They did respond and it's the basic Corp answers. I explained the situation and still nada. TlC as there car wash ect is good no complaints. Who ever is managing this location pull it together and handle customer service. Next step BBB. I went to this car wash yesterday for the first time since I live nearby. As I was driving through the wash, I heard a loud bang on the top of my car. I wasn't sure what it was until I parked to use the vacuum. My antenna cover had been ripped completely off. I reported it to an attendant so that they could retrieve the part. After looking, I was told that "they couldn't find it." I insisted that they look again because I heard the piece being ripped off when I drove through. They finally found it and now, I have to pay the dealership $300 to order another part to replace the entire thing. I'll be hand washing from now on. read more

Love this place, i have a carwash literally a couple blocks from my house but would much rather drive a couple miles here, I have the monthly pass which Is a plus although I should probably use it more often but still a great value...there is a difference between this car wash and other competitors my car just seems cleaner here, and love the bonus little towel they give you and bonus feature to blow away the excess water which is conveniently at the vacuum station. read more

If I could rate this place in the negative, I would. Do not waste your time and money coming to this car wash. The wash is subpar, as is the customer service. Over the last few months the quality of the car wash has rapidly declined. The back end of my car barely gets a wash. When I hand dry it, there is still a layer of dirt on the trunk and bumper areas. Because of the poor quality, I called TLC a few times, without the call being answered, to stop my monthly membership prior to knowing that the funds would come out of my bank account on the 25th of the month. On 9/23/24 I made 2 more calls. I left a vm asking for a call back and that I wanted to cancel my membership, knowing that on the 25th, I would be charged $24.99 again. I also sent a message through the website on 9/23. On 9/24 my bank reflected the charge of $24.99 I was finally able to reach someone on the phone at 8:00am (Yvette) who said she could deactivate my account, but that she would leave a message for Alexis to call me back and refund my charges. I did not receive a call from Alexis or any other person who could help with this issue. I called again at 12:00pm, no answer, but left a vm for Alexis to return my call to process the refund. I called again at 3pm with no answer, no call back. Meanwhile there is a message thread going back and forth from TLC starting at 9:00am 9/23/24 (for immediate cancelation) through 9/26/24 where their feeble responses were only that the billing date is on the 24th of the month. There was no response after my reply to them on the 26th. No refund, not one attempt to make things right for me, only that my membership has been cancelled and the last day to use the membership is 10/23/24. I truly hope that others see this yelp review and DO NOT waste their time or money at this car wash. 100% disappointed. read more
