I took my truck to get it washed. Bad job! It seemed to me guy finished too fast. I checked truck and it was not good. Didn't clean any of my interior panels, vacuuming was bad. I still had trash on carpets. Didn't put any scent inside car. I had another guy come check it and even he said it wasn't done right. The previous guy who washed it disappeared. The last couple times I've came to this business, my car would still be dirty either outside/inside, they would forget the air freshener that comes with the wash etc., overall the car washes seem hurried, and my car still appears dirty despite being freshly washed. I just left the car wash 3:30pm September 20. Horrible service. Got a deep clean car wash and they didn't do anything. I'm at home right now cleaning it up myself. I looked inside when I got the car(after I tipped the guy 20). And realized he didn't do much at all. I ask to clean up the liquid stain on the plastic door step and he couldn't even do it. I been living in this area for 20 years and always come here for car wash and oil change services, I went last week to do my oil change and the lady that is in the front desk charging is extremely rude! I use to go there for years and I went today 12/10/2025 and unfortunately it was terrible. On top of all the dirty vacuum hose left dirt tracks across one of my seats. Absolute trash ass service. Dropped off my car today 9/25/24 for and oil change and car wash. Normally, they would do a full check if the vehicle prior to changing the oil ex. Fill the tires with air etc. They did not, I dropped off the car with my driver front tire knowing the tire was low on air and they didn't check to air up the tires. The inside of the vehicle was not wiped down at all even though the "superfine" wash includes armor all and what not. Carpet was not completely vacuumed just ran through quickly. It's my preferred choice for car washes and oil changes whenever I'm unable to do them myself. Over the years, I've built friendships with the previous owners, Henry and his son Nerek. Even with the change in management, I continue to show my support for this local business. While not a deal-breaker, I've recently noticed a decline in the car wash's quality compared to its previous performance. I've observed noticeable traces of sediment remaining inside the car after the wash, and it appears that water isn't being adequately removed, resulting in water droplets being scattered. LAST MONDAY 10/02/2023 I brought two of my Toyota Prius vehicles to the carwash and asked for a complete synthetic oil change service. During the process, I was given the option to upgrade one of my Prius cars for an additional $6.00. However, I declined the offer because I believed that the carwash, which included vacuuming as part of the oil change package, should be sufficient; this Prius recently returned from a trip (My rental company), and it had accumulated debris inside, requiring a thorough vacuuming. The other Prius was already fairly clean, with only some minor wrappers on the seats, but it had not been vacuumed at all. After the completion of the cleaning and oil change service for one of the Prius cars, I noticed that there were still some leftover debris and wrappers inside the vehicle, which could have been easily addressed with a vacuuming but hadn't been attended to. I expressed my concerns to the attendant, who happened to be the same person who had offered me the upgraded carwash. He clarified that he had suggested the $6.00 upgrade because the standard oil change service, which included vacuuming, was relatively basic and minimal. He mentioned that in the past, they used to provide a more comprehensive cleaning, but they had encountered issues with management regarding this. I paid $143.88, plus tax, to have both of my cars serviced. I was expecting them to pay careful attention to the small details, but that didn't happen. I hope that the new owners and management reviewing their methods to make things better. I hope the quality improves. In the meantime, I'll start looking for other places nearby. For my first time, I got "The works". It was a great price for the overall package. They thoroughly cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior of the car. I went around the busy hours so it took a little over an hour to wait. If you're in a rush, maybe this place isn't for you but if you want good, reliable service- this is the place. This car wash has been In Business with the same owners continuously for at least the past ten years. They have certainly upgraded the external appearance, and the oil change bays seem very clearly separate from the car wash area. You get a print out for the service or you want then it's a bit of a wait Of course, depending on what you got. I only needed a mini clean up and spray wax at the end - $27.95 plus I tipped my guys at then end $5. I am glad the waiting room was spacious, clean and air conditioned! There were 4 tables, each one was spaced far away from the next - social distancing and all those protocols for these days of Covid. Vending machines replaced with actual refrigerators full of drinks, waters and juices. There were shelves at the front cashier area with chips and candy goods, of course at just the right height for kids to want! The back wall is nicely arranged with car accessories like mats, sunshades, phone holders and car fresheners in all manner of shape and size. They must do other minor car maintenance here because I saw a Toyota parts employee deliver a new box of air filter. So at least you can ask if they use genuine or after market parts for your oil change. Two side by side gender neutral toilets and both were very clean and not malodorous- That's quite rare for a place that caters to a lot of males. I recently got a $150 clay wax on my car with normal wash and interior cleaning. They performed a horrible job. There was wax residue left on my vehicle and noticed it on the next wash that I did. The wax residue got all over my windows, and I had to pay someone professionally to come and clean my windows very thoroughly so that my windows could be restored without any wax residue. That was a costly expense and I do not recommend using these guys. they do not pay attention to detail, and clearly do not know what they are doing.
