I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. I put my car in park and my steering wheel started moving left to right and trying to steer itself. That's when I noticed that something was wrong and stopped the car. The worker who acted and looked like a teenager, which is pretty much all of them, told me to roll my window down with soap on the window then proceeded to laugh and grin as he told me I needed to put the car in neutral. I was willing to let it go because he was just a child but that's when my car wasn't washed properly nor was it given all of the services that I was offered. I know this because I went through a second time and before I did I had a talk with the young gentleman and he was being aggressive not even passive with it, taunting me, and just being straight up totally rude and unprofessional. I told him I wanted my whole car sprayed with soap and he kept trying to give me orders and there were times I just looked at him in disbelief. I had enough, so I asked to speak to the manager and that's when his "BUDDY" came out acting all tough and cool and tried to "calm" me down when all he was doing was provoking me. I asked to get the real managers phone number and he was adamant about letting me know that he was the one and only true manager there. He then offered me a refund and I decided that was the best conclusion and I didn't want to waste any more of my time or breath so I distinctly let them know that I wanted my WHOLE car soaped down. I pulled my window up and when I looked back and sideways, I noticed that they didn't spray my car even better than the first time. I did not move my car and waited till they did and when the two idiot best friends didn't do anything that's when I was forced to pull my window down and tell them to spray my car down. I forgot to mention the cars were piling up and not only that they waited until there was a long line of cars probably 7-8 waiting behind me till they sprayed me down properly. At least I got some of the services I paid for but I'm not too sure, I am certain that I got a little more than my first wash because more stuff came out but who knows. My car was not dried properly and when I came out two more of the little teenage clique came out and started antagonizing me as if I'm below them or I would get scared. They also did a half ass job and didn't dry or give me my tire service when I asked if they were going to finish drying my car they looked back and laughed and smirked and walked away. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

I asked to purchase it right then, but the employee declined and told me to go through the wash first so she could help the customer behind me. I even reiterated that it would be faster to finish the transaction on the spot, but she still refused. So I continued on--confused, but cooperative. She promised she'd meet me at the vacuum station afterward to complete the purchase, but after waiting nearly 10 minutes, it was clear she'd completely forgotten. Really disappointing after so many years of loyalty. I'll keep coming back because the value and wash quality are still great, but management definitely needs to tighten up the training and follow-through. The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. I like this better because I don't feel rushed, but of course more money you're spending as you use all the functions. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. A guy ran up to my car as soon as I pulled up and was very friendly. He was so humble that I didn't realize he was the manager of the car wash. I brought up the negative reviews and he assured me that they would do a good job on my car. They actually did an EXCELLENT job on my car! I had taken everything out of the side pockets and middle console and they vacuumed and cleaned out everything. And it was, I'm embarrassed to say, a total mess! The guy who did everything worked so hard, he was sweaty (not stinky sweaty just hardworking sweaty) by the time he was finished. And this is on a cool day in January! Despite the bad reviews, I would give this place a chance. Maybe because of the bad reviews, they've stepped it up a few notches and far exceeded my expectations!
