I looked around and still saw the water spots, residual spots and the windows and hood. Dirty windshield and windows and the roof of the Subaru Forester was filthy. I asked them to towel off the roof as it was still dirty. I was told that they had a "new policy" of no longer cleaning the top of SUV's nor use their overhead washer in the tunnel due to previous problems. I asked to borrow a towel and do it myself... they walked away and I went to the area the guys got their clean towels and started to do it myself. Oh man, That's when two guys came running out and said "you cannot use our towels!!!" I explained that I was completing the job I had just paid for. Explained that I had a dirty car and also discovered a new 8"-10" scratch above the windshield line and surface scuffs from the machinery. I asked if they had something to rub out the new scratch (like CG "scratch and swirl") - I was told no and told again of their new "policy". I asked for a refund and was told they had no way to refund me. They did offer to run me through for a second wash --- but, now I had less confidence of risking any more damage. They also agreed I could contact my credit card and dispute the charge. I contacted CG corporate and they were clueless about this franchisee's policy's. I'm suggesting to find a better option (and in this area there are many options with customer service - not just lip service!
