Just felt sketchy from the get go. Worker said they ONLY HAD THE MOST EXPENSIVE OIL. Didn't offer me any other options ONLY the most expensive oil for my Honda . I can smell bull from a mile away so I left. Be careful if you come here read more

Avoid this place at all costs! We used this location for years with regular oil changes. Recently we notice oil leaking from our car and we just had the oil change the previous week. My husband took it to a local mechanic and he said our car looked like the oil has not been changed in a while. Mind you we just did the previous week. More than likely they charge for services not given or use cheap oil and or a half $&& job. The stories of them doing this is true people. read more

Always great service. Very professional. Very friendly team answers all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this location.

This was an exceptional oil change from beginning to end, which was less than 15 minutes in all. I was blown away by the attention I received from each technician. They all worked together and communicated everything to each other and me. They showed me both of my filters, as well as my oil. They were all so kind, and everything was taken care of so quickly! By far the best oil change I've ever gotten. It cost more than the dealership, but the service was above and beyond and the time and efficiency were outstanding! read more

First time here. Pulled up in the lot, a rep came to my door before I was ready!! I was asking if they had time for oil change he said yes, and took my car in immediately. While waiting he came back to me a few times to let me know I needed new windshield wipers, cabin filter and to let me know that before my next oil change if I needed to top it off, there is a service for FREE for that!!! I was like I'm sorry can you repeat that.. that's quite amazing!!! Nothing is free but goodness OKAY!!! I was in and out within 20 minutes!! Pretty good overall!! THANKS GUYS! read more

We requested oil/oil filter change. As a routine, the team (David/Robert) checked fluids, etc. we shown oil level and filter condition. They provided excellent service and told us when a filter did not need replacement or if it could be replaced on the next servicing. I'm very pleased with the way they shared information and the way we were treated. This location is highly recommended. read more

Somehow, I managed to go over my mileage and was overdue for an oil change, so I even had a check engine light on. This is a huge reminder to everyone who has a long commute for work or drives a lot, that you need to check up on your car every once in a while and make sure that you're not burning too much oil. I called in advance to make sure that they were taking walk-ins and as I arrived, I was helped out immediately, and throughout the servicing, I could see exactly what they were doing, and they would bring out the old and new products to show me how it looked. They ended up replacing my cabin air filter, but I did use the Yelp coupon instead of the one on the official website, and they honored it. I paid about $133 for a synthetic, and they were done in like 15-20 minutes. The quickest turnaround, whereas the stealership would take a minimum of 2-3 hours even with an appointment. Quick, efficient, and friendly employees, too, so I'm glad my boyfriend told me to come here, and I will definitely be back! read more

I drive a 2006 BMW 530xi wagon and have been coming to this location for oil changes. The customer service here is EXCELLENT. I've been helped by Jose a few times and he's always been very helpful, even remembers me and my car. They offer free coffee and water in the waiting room. What I enjoy the most is their speed! You're in and out in less than 30mins. Thanks Jose!!! read more

I can always count on a speedy oil change here! Workers are always very friendly when you enter and I appreciate how they make sure you know what the pricing estimates are before you pay. It is also great that they check your tire pressure! read more

I've been to a few Jiffy Lube locations and this is by far the best location I've been to. The staff here is friendly, quick and responsive. Brought in 2 cars and was out in under 30mins. Kind of hidden and hard to spot from the street, but definitely my go to spot from now on. read more

In my opinion don't go here. The work is shoddy and mgmt is dishonest. The tech says one thing and he talks to his managers and then the story changes and they won't honor their warranty. read more

Where do I start: Dishonest. High pressure upsell. Used scare tactics. Told me I had a major oil leak, and I don't. Made me feel personally uncomfortable, and therefore I felt that I had to have someone double-check their work when I got home. The impression I was left with is that all this happened because I am female. I hate to tarnish the image of the whole staff. It was only the counter guy that left me feeling this way. Everyone else I spoke to was good. read more

I left a review a few months ago, and I'm back again! Thought I would get another oil change today. When I went in this morning, Jose assisted me. After a couple minutes he found me seated in the waiting area. He informed me that it was too early for another oil change. I still had 1,700 more miles to go before it would be needed. WOW, how honest he was. I really appreciated that! Thank you JOSE. You're a Superstar! That's pretty remarkable to turn down business. The entire crew of guys were all very nice and helpful. They checked my tires and fluids. They added a quart of oil for free. Also, one of the guys even fixed my clock time for me. This is an AWESOME LOCATION! I'm always impressed with how professional and service oriented they are. Cheers to everyone at Cypress Jiffy Lube! I appreciate you all. read more

Quick easy oil change. Took both my cars here and had a great experience each time. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes . I would recommend to any one. It is fairly priced. read more

I'm always coming to this Jiffy Lube because of the many great services I have got done here. By Brian the Filipino mechanic, to Jose, to Giovanni, to many more that I have listed before this review...all the men who have worked in this location since i started comong here 5 years ago, have always been passionate about their work, professional, and actually talk to the customers. I have never got anything wrong after a service here compared to the ones in my local jiffy lube in the bellflower location. Most of the customers are hard working, have older or used cars....and jiffy lube is the local and branded autorepair shops to go to, compared to a random unknown named location... I was coming in for a oil change, got the high milage oil change for $102, but don't ever forget to check the coupons on their website! I got $20 off. I got the usual window wiper refill majigger and they checked my tired air and vacuumed. I thought it would be an hour to give me enough time to do homework, but they were done in 15 min and I was out the door in 20! Like what! So impressed... thank you guys for always continuing to do a good job with professionalism and great service, we need you guys in this cruel world...don't let one mean person make you quit having great spirits. Happy Holidays! read more

My experience today left things be desired. I felt rushed, I felt like they were rushing and I felt like they were trying to hoodwink me while not communicating things to me that needed to be communicated. My car has been serviced here every single time for the past 100k miles. Oil changes, brakes, transmission, you name it, they've been the place that did it for me. Today was notably different. I recognized none of the employees from my previous 30 visits. They were going to put a different type of oil in my car than every other visit without telling me. Like what? Where did the old employees go??? They used to vacuum out the car like other reviews mention. None of that anymore. Do I have to find a new place now? This sucks. This would be a 1 star review if I didn't appreciate all of the other times I have been to this location. read more

Have always gone to dealership for oil changes but came to this location because dealerships are expensive. Fast service and nice staff read more

I had taken my cars to this place at least 6 times, always felt I was over charged but like a fool I kept going back, NOT anymore, I was shocked at how much more this place charges compared to what Dealers charge for a oil change, Jiffy Lube quoted me today $109 for 5 quarts of Full Synthetic, I informed the guy the price at the Lexus dealer was much lower, that it was $89 for the same service, Full Synthetic of 5 Quarts, he said that I should take it there instead, which I did! I learned it makes far better sense to take your car to the dealer, where the oil change is recorded for compliance of your warranty, and you also know it will be done right by certified technicians. And you don't have to deal with Jiffy Lubes up-selling of all kinds of filters and light bulbs. read more

I took my Rav4 in today because my 'low oil pressure' light came on. For context, I brought my Rav4 to Toyota 10 days ago for an oil change and routine maintenance, so it was weird that this light came on. Also, I've only ever brought this car to Toyota for my maintenance. My fiancee told me to bring my car in to this Jiffy Lube, as he's had good experiences here. Isaiah was the one who helped me out today. Great customer service and transparency! He let me know exactly what was wrong and provided pictures of my oil filter housing cap that was broken, causing a huge leak. (Thanks to Toyota Cerritos) Isaiah replaced the cap and got me in and out of there quickly, along with pictures and the broken housing cap to help me out in complaining to Toyota. I will definitely be coming to this Jiffy Lube again in the future. Great, professional, friendly customer service. Thank you! read more

This is the only Jiffy Lube I'll go to if I have a choice. They are fast, professional, reasonably priced especially with online coupons. I bring both my cars here. I appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism by the manager, I think his name is Ryan. (Filipino guy) I trust things will be done right with the way he manages the team. read more

Excellent customer service. The lady at the register was friendly and very knowledgeable

Came by around 930am, no customers and someone quickly approached me to ask what I needed. I just needed a quick oil change. They were so friendly and fast! Took them about 15min to finish everything too! Will most likely come back since it's only 3min away from where I live. read more

Lol. Seemed pretty eager to waste my time. Presented them with a coupon for an oil change to see if it was okay beforehand. Asked them several times if it was okay and they confirmed it was before they pulled my car in. When they came to ring me up, surprise surprise they refused the coupon. Why would you bring my car in only to refuse my coupon that we discussed at length beforehand. Maybe they had nothing better to do. Also very rude to me, told me to go somewhere else or do the oil change my self. I would say no need to get heated at the customer, especially if you're trying to shake them down. Its a Jiffy Lube, Take it easy and be polite. read more

We received friends and family $30 gift cards in the mail so my son went to get an oil change. The person working there said the $30 was only good when getting the synthetic oil change. The people are nice and fast, but after getting my most recent oil change.... I noticed the price seemed high. Looked at the receipt and noticed this particular location charges for labor on top of the price of the oil change. Whereas the Los Alamitos location has the labor included in the price. Turns out each franchise can price services differently. Would have saved me $44.99. Not a huge savings but ill be going to the Los al location now. read more

I was going to commute to my every weekend job out in Blythe when I checked the oil level on my girlfriend's car and noticed it was running low . Went on yelp and found this place with great reviews . Decided to give it a try and was so satisfied with the customer service . I was greeted by Brian the manager and abs was really informative and showed me the new oil and air filter they put in my car . On Sunday, 15 2024 me and my son tried to get an oil change at 4:30 PM. We were told that their last call was at 4:25 and that they cannot change our oil when the hours of operation were 10 AM to 6 PM would not recommend this place. read more

I used to come here regularly for oil change, battery replacement, etc. Thinking back, I don't know how many times these people scammed me. Batteries last 3 years. For some reason, they always tell me my battery is low 2-2.5 years. Ok, now my dad got involved. He went to this jiffy lube & asked them to replace the battery since there's a 3 year warranty. The people here refused to replace it. Shady as heck.... I've been coming here for years too. Trusted them. Please go somewhere else for your car needs. These people are polite and courteous, but they're only after your money & are very dishonest. read more

This is my second time coming to this Jiffy Lube. They are straight forward, professional and I feel safe coming to this location as a female on my own - that I wont be taken advantage of. They are very nice about answering my questions I have and are considerate letting me know that there would be a wait, as I drove in right after five other cars. I like that they are open on the weekend and I can get my oil change done in a timely manner even without an appointment. The workers are all very courteous and thoroughly check my car making sure to let me know if anything is up. read more

5 Stars!! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a $20 discount on oil change plus a discount on a new timing belt install. Very good service, they even clean your screens and vacuum for free. After new belt there was a roaring sound but Brian figured it out, it was a piece of paper stuck into the AC fan. Easy fix. 10 years later and I'm still coming here! There is no other jiffy lube like this one! Brian and his crew kill it. The best!!!

Service wasn't the greatest. Went in for an oil change because my typical mechanic wasn't open that day and thought I'd give this place a try. Price for service for full synthetic oil change was much pricier than what I'm used to- after using Yelp's $20 off oil change coupon I still paid $80 for oil and labor charges. A few days later my check engine light turned on and I had to take it in (this time to my usual mechanic). Turns out that the engine light triggered because the hose to the air filter was disconnected, which was inspected and offered to be replaced at the time I had come in for the oil change. Jiffy Lube staff was friendly and seemed nice enough, but for the price I paid I would want more careful service done when inspecting my car. read more

I drove up to this Jiffy Lube and was assisted immediately by the manager named Brian. From beginning to end he provided a full-service experience. Throughout the process he continually checked in on me and shared updates in regard to things that my car may need. He didn't pressure me into buying or doing anything that I didn't need. Overall, I was in and out of there in 25 minutes with an oil change and regulated tire pressure. I'll definitely be coming back to this location because of Brian! Awesome service. read more

I am typing up my review in the lobby because I am THAT impressed. I drove up to Jiffy Lube and was immediately greeted by Frank. He answered all my questions and escorted me to the lobby, where they have water and a coffee machine that grinds whole coffee beans. No K-Cups here! Within 5 minutes I was greeted by Brian, the manager. He put my info in the computer and gave me an estimate...which was $15.00 cheaper due to their "check in and get $15.00 off oil change." This helped because my beast of an SUV needed more oil! My car was ready to go in 20 minutes! There was no pressure to purchase parts that I knew nothing about. The crew there is friendly and professional. AND, they cleaned all my windows, topped off my fluids and put air in my tires! I will definitely be telling all my family and friends about Jiffy Lube. Thanks for the great service! read more
