While waiting he came back to me a few times to let me know I needed new windshield wipers, cabin filter and to let me know that before my next oil change if I needed to top it off, there is a service for FREE for that!!! They provided excellent service and told us when a filter did not need replacement or if it could be replaced on the next servicing. Somehow, I managed to go over my mileage and was overdue for an oil change, so I even had a check engine light on. This is a huge reminder to everyone who has a long commute for work or drives a lot, that you need to check up on your car every once in a while and make sure that you're not burning too much oil. I called in advance to make sure that they were taking walk-ins and as I arrived, I was helped out immediately, and throughout the servicing, I could see exactly what they were doing, and they would bring out the old and new products to show me how it looked. They ended up replacing my cabin air filter, but I did use the Yelp coupon instead of the one on the official website, and they honored it. I paid about $133 for a synthetic, and they were done in like 15-20 minutes. The quickest turnaround, whereas the stealership would take a minimum of 2-3 hours even with an appointment. Quick, efficient, and friendly employees, too, so I'm glad my boyfriend told me to come here, and I will definitely be back! read more

Where do I start: Dishonest. High pressure upsell. Used scare tactics. Told me I had a major oil leak, and I don't. Made me feel personally uncomfortable, and therefore I felt that I had to have someone double-check their work when I got home. The impression I was left with is that all this happened because I am female. I hate to tarnish the image of the whole staff. It was only the counter guy that left me feeling this way. By Brian the Filipino mechanic, to Jose, to Giovanni, to many more that I have listed before this review...all the men who have worked in this location since i started comong here 5 years ago, have always been passionate about their work, professional, and actually talk to the customers. I have never got anything wrong after a service here compared to the ones in my local jiffy lube in the bellflower location. Most of the customers are hard working, have older or used cars....and jiffy lube is the local and branded autorepair shops to go to, compared to a random unknown named location... I was coming in for a oil change, got the high milage oil change for $102, but don't ever forget to check the coupons on their website! I got $20 off. I got the usual window wiper refill majigger and they checked my tired air and vacuumed. I thought it would be an hour to give me enough time to do homework, but they were done in 15 min and I was out the door in 20! Like what! So impressed... thank you guys for always continuing to do a good job with professionalism and great service, we need you guys in this cruel world...don't let one mean person make you quit having great spirits. My experience today left things be desired. I felt rushed, I felt like they were rushing and I felt like they were trying to hoodwink me while not communicating things to me that needed to be communicated. My car has been serviced here every single time for the past 100k miles. Oil changes, brakes, transmission, you name it, they've been the place that did it for me. Today was notably different. I recognized none of the employees from my previous 30 visits. They were going to put a different type of oil in my car than every other visit without telling me. Like what? Where did the old employees go??? They used to vacuum out the car like other reviews mention. None of that anymore. Do I have to find a new place now? This sucks. I took my Rav4 in today because my 'low oil pressure' light came on. For context, I brought my Rav4 to Toyota 10 days ago for an oil change and routine maintenance, so it was weird that this light came on. Also, I've only ever brought this car to Toyota for my maintenance. My fiancee told me to bring my car in to this Jiffy Lube, as he's had good experiences here. Isaiah was the one who helped me out today. Great customer service and transparency! He let me know exactly what was wrong and provided pictures of my oil filter housing cap that was broken, causing a huge leak. (Thanks to Toyota Cerritos) Isaiah replaced the cap and got me in and out of there quickly, along with pictures and the broken housing cap to help me out in complaining to Toyota. I had taken my cars to this place at least 6 times, always felt I was over charged but like a fool I kept going back, NOT anymore, I was shocked at how much more this place charges compared to what Dealers charge for a oil change, Jiffy Lube quoted me today $109 for 5 quarts of Full Synthetic, I informed the guy the price at the Lexus dealer was much lower, that it was $89 for the same service, Full Synthetic of 5 Quarts, he said that I should take it there instead, which I did! I learned it makes far better sense to take your car to the dealer, where the oil change is recorded for compliance of your warranty, and you also know it will be done right by certified technicians. And you don't have to deal with Jiffy Lubes up-selling of all kinds of filters and light bulbs. read more

Asked them several times if it was okay and they confirmed it was before they pulled my car in. When they came to ring me up, surprise surprise they refused the coupon. Service wasn't the greatest. Went in for an oil change because my typical mechanic wasn't open that day and thought I'd give this place a try. Price for service for full synthetic oil change was much pricier than what I'm used to- after using Yelp's $20 off oil change coupon I still paid $80 for oil and labor charges. A few days later my check engine light turned on and I had to take it in (this time to my usual mechanic). Turns out that the engine light triggered because the hose to the air filter was disconnected, which was inspected and offered to be replaced at the time I had come in for the oil change. We came here on fathers day. There were only 3 people in front of us. So not to long of a wait.. my complaint isnt about the service its about the cleanliness of it! Horrible! Omg we were in the waiting room, my daughter dropped her water bottle on the floor. My husband reached down to retrieve it and gasped! It was absolutely disgusting!! There were huge spider webs that have been there awhile as there was built up dust on them! And yes alive spiders and dead bugs stuck in them! All over this place! So filthy! I am typing up my review in the lobby because I am THAT impressed. I drove up to Jiffy Lube and was immediately greeted by Frank. He answered all my questions and escorted me to the lobby, where they have water and a coffee machine that grinds whole coffee beans. No K-Cups here! Within 5 minutes I was greeted by Brian, the manager. He put my info in the computer and gave me an estimate...which was $15.00 cheaper due to their "check in and get $15.00 off oil change." This helped because my beast of an SUV needed more oil! My car was ready to go in 20 minutes! There was no pressure to purchase parts that I knew nothing about.
