We'd like to extend our thanks to the staff at American Tire Depot especially Darin and Fred! These two men always show that extra measure of care to our vehicles. Today we needed to have service to the 2006 Pontiac GTO because the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We could not feel cold air coming out from the vents. We explained that this was something that needs fixing because we need to be comfortable in the car. The cost of the repairs was reasonable and they could complete the repairs in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. The value of great service can't be denied and Darin and Fred always go out their way to accommodate us and it does not go unnoticed! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I made an appointment for an oil change at 10am waited until 1:03pm and when asking for an update my car had not even been looked at, still parked in the lot. I asked for an update at the 2 hr mark and the attendant said "you are next" by the 3rd hour I could no longer wait so I left without getting my car serviced. read more

Let me just say that Darin and George are my guys!!!! I literally come back because of their customer service! Before I even purchased tires here, they patched by both my wife and I's cars probably 10 times free of charge. When I actually needed new tires, it was a no brainer. Their prices are competitive and they get you in and out quick! My wife just curbed her minivan hard and a chunk of the tire wall was pretty much gone. I could see the fibers in the tire. Terrible service. I made an appointment a full week ago for a simple tire rotation. I made sure to arrive 10 minutes early, yet I still ended up waiting for one hour and 10 minutes. ​The most frustrating part was looking into the bay and seeing three technicians just standing around, giggling, and looking at their phones instead of working on vehicles. I eventually got so fed up that I just left and went home without even getting the service done. ​Seriously, what is the point of requiring customers to make an appointment if we still have to wait well over an hour while the staff plays on their phones? Completely unprofessional and a massive waste of time. I will not be coming back. Not professional at all! read more

I wasn't able to get there until 5 minutes before closing, and I assumed I'd have to leave the car overnight to get it checked out. Instead, they stayed past closing and fixed it quickly for free. If you only need tires then this is a good place. I've been talking both of my Dodge Ram 3500'sand dump trailer here for all my tires for quite a few years. As well as other automotive repairs. I've spent thousands of dollars here. One of my Rams is a 2014 Laramie with less than 50,000 miles. The driver said window wouldn't roll up so when I had taken the truck in for tires I asked them to fix it. They charged me $748. They replaced the motor. It seemed like it was a little noisy afterwards but it rolled up. I don't use this truck much and the warranty ran out and it wouldn't roll up again. I probably only used it 10 times at the most. I called in and the manager said it was past the warranty but he would replace the motor again. I didn't think it needed a replacement motor but he did it anyway and said that's it no more warranty. Once again I've only have used the window 5-10 and it fell down in the door again. I called and asked for the manager to call me and no call. I took the door apart myself and I think the cable inside should have been replaced instead of the motor. So for now I put screws through the inner door panel to hold up my window. I will no longer take any of my vehicles here again. read more
