A place of great integrity, when I tell you they go above and beyond THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They already have competitive prices, but when they knew my situation, they really did give me a good deal. Very, very friendly people every single worker I met from the mechanics to the office. This is the only place I'll take my car from now on while in California. You can tell when people truly care and want to help and when people are just doing it for the a paycheck, these people truly truly care. How they helped me: * They knew the part I needed was expenses so they did the labor very affordable * I grabbed the wrong part multiple times and they still gave me a smile and said don't worry. When I finally did grab the correct part they were closed so they safely kept my car in the facility. No extra charge. * I needed a new tire but with strapped for cash so they gave me a bundle . * I've been here a few other times and if they don't have a service or part, they will gladly send me to a place that does even if they don't make a profit . read more

they are sooo nice here! i had a low tire pressure sign come on on a monday and they filled all my tires with air for free. i was still worried about one tire. two days later, the low tire pressure light came on again so i came back and they checked that tire and found a nail and patched it up. it was so quick and easy. this is my go to tire place! read more

Highly recommend this shop as there's great service, quality work, knowledgeable workers, and reasonable prices as well. I got an alignment and tires here for my miata as well as getting brakes pads rotors put on. (I provided the parts) They're transparent with their pricing and do an awesome job. Econo Tire is a great place to have your service done and especially tires. My wife has been coming here for almost 30 years. This is her 4th car. Scott will not steer you wrong nor sell you anything you don't need. Steve and Matt are off great service as well. The whole crew, my wife and I Thank You very much. We called yesterday to see if tires were in stock and were told by Matt, they were. We came here today 4/4/2025 and as always, spoke with Scott. The great price is really wonderful. But, I can't say enough for the courtesy, respect, and customer service given. Which is priceless. That part there, is what always brings us back. A friend referred me here to get my tires changed. I called to ask if they had same-day availability, and they told me they could help right away. When I arrived, I was assisted immediately, and they started working on my car right away. It took them less than 30 minutes to finish. Compared to other big brand tire shops, take a few hours to get it done and make you to come back when it's ready, this was a great experience. read more

Just got my alignment done here few weeks ago, it was fast and fair price but I am not sure if I would come back here again. The alignment was great but had to come back as the steering wheel was not fully straight, I understand human error but that was the only thing it annoyed me, sorry. Just want to update my review for this place. Just left the place for 4 new tires and an alignment. Been taking me and my wife's car here for tires and the occasional patch work for about 12 years now. Same honest and excellent service every single time. They have competitive and fair pricing. But I didn't even ask what tire they're going to put cause they've always taken care of us and always recommend the best for your car/driving style. That's how much trust I have with them. A younger gentleman helped me at first and Scott took over after. Scott has always been awesome, honest and trustworthy but the younger guy (sorry I didn't get his name) was also helpful. My second time buying tires at Econo. This time for my Honda Civic. I had some crappy no-name tires on it that were a really hard compound and really noisy plus I had some front end vibration when exceeding the speed limit on the freeway trying to keep up with the flow of traffic. I stopped by and saw Tony, he recommended the Kumho tires that I eventually bought. I also had my front brakes serviced. New pads, rotors turned and a front end alignment. It was not an inexpensive visit but, my car rides so much nicer and quieter and I know I'm good to go go quite awhile. Thanks Tony & Scott and the crew at Econo. Your team is the best! read more

Went here for brand new tires and was assisted by Steve and Matt. Most people dread the expense of getting new tires but I kid you not they provided the best experience possible and were so accommodating! They went out of their way to do research and locate the proper tires I wanted for my vehicle and were able to source them immediately. Once they got them they installed them quickly and securely and did an alignment as well. The service here is outstanding and everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I won't go anywhere else for tires and they are also going to install my new brake kit soon too! I highly recommend coming here for tires or any other car needs and speak to Steve or Matt. We've taken our Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV and Lexus CT here for new tires, rotations and balancing. So far great service and pricing. We've had to take the CRV back to add those metal clips that balance tires and they were happy to do so. I've even had a couple flats near by and they patched them quick and was on my way in under 20 mins. read more

When I told him this, he responded that his prices are the way they are because he uses quality parts. I asked him if the part would be aftermarket, and he said "it's Japanese." That didn't answer my question, so I asked him if the brand was Denso, and he said "yes, that's Japanese, right?" Aside from my interaction with him, I saw Langston being rude and giving attitude to my guy Carson after he came back from his break for no reason at all. I ended up going elsewhere to get the job done with the same Denso part for $100 less (close to the original quote that Carson gave me). Moral of the story is that I don't trust Langston, and I certainly don't like how he was treating Carson. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude today was enough to make me question coming back here in the future (which is unfortunate because everyone else here is really kind and patient). It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

Nick showed up three hours after he said he would, and didn't bother to call.. also didn't answer when I tried calling him, luckily I hadn't left work yet because he finally just randomly shows up. Takes a look and says I need a control arm and end links for the front seat bar. He goes and orders them and says he would be back the next day... he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. He finally shows up the next day(again just randomly showed up). Thankfully once again I was still there at work... he showed up in a pickup truck that was his personal vehicle because "his work rig was in the shop". Ok no big deal.... he does the work and I ask to test drive it before he left. The steering was really loose and unresponsive. Also there was a clunking sound. He said he had to go and would be back to work on it again. Next day driving it back to work to meet nick as he requested, steering was really sloppy and unsafe. Nick never showed and never answered my calls. I took it to another shop and had them look at it. He forgot to replace a couple bolts and put the wrong control arm in. After a few days, I finally got ahold of him and told him and he swore up and down he would never forget to put parts back. And that he got the correct control arm. He said he would be back to check his work and never showed. I was never able to get ahold of him again Fast forward a good few months and the car is in the shop having the front control arm replaced along with the front sway bar and the end links he forgot to replace yet charged me for. So now I am down $400 for the wrong part and missing end links that he never installed and another 500 for parts and labor for the new auto shop to do the work correctly. I really wanted to like this company as I love the idea and convenience of the idea, and nick really was a nice guy, but man I really got screwed by these guys... I'm really tempted to look into what I can do legally at this point. I hope this review helps anyone else that is looking at going through this company. Also, before I'm told the same as the others about contacting drivers directly, the number was the one listed here on yelp and have documentation to prove so.

He was super patient with me (I am not automobile inclined) as we tried to diagnose my issue over the phone so that he could give me an accurate quote. I truly believe that any mechanic I have ever met, including my own brother, would have found a way to shake some coin off of me before helping me solve a problem, but Nick was up front about the prices (more than reasonable) and knowledgeable, giving me some troubleshooting ideas and a few options to best accomodate me. I won't bore you with the details (I have a small leak in my hydraulics), but I appreciate that he didn't insist that I make repairs, like a doctor or a dad would do. And he wanted to know how my troubleshooting worked out, calling him back either way, like a date dropping you off at your house and waiting for you to turn on your porch light to make sure you're safe. Anyway, this might sound weird, but I am actually looking forward to my next automobile issue because I want to give Nick my business. I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.

This is a late review, but my husband and I have been returning customers to Elevance for a while…read morenow because of the excellent workmanship, fair prices, and great service. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.
