The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are knowledgeable, and most importantly, they're honest and trustworthy. The excellent customer service started before I even walked through the door. I booked my Saturday morning appointment on Thursday evening, and Sergio personally called after noticing I had requested a specific tire in my appointment notes. Since those weren't available, he recommended a great alternative. I went with the Michelin Defender2 for my Mustang Mach-E AWD, and I'm so happy with my choice! Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with pricing. They even price matched Costco! There was a small inventory hiccup where the system showed four tires in stock, but they only had three. The team quickly arranged to have the fourth delivered from their Huntington Beach location. Despite the delay, I was still finished surprisingly quickly! Without that hiccup, I probably would've been out in under an hour. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, which was especially appreciated on a 90+ degree day! They also had cold water and coffee available, plus plenty of nearby stores within walking distance. I genuinely appreciated how helpful and professional the entire team was. They made a potentially stressful purchase such a positive experience. I'll absolutely be returning for my next set of tires! Thank you again, Keith, Sergio, Manny, and everyone else who helped!

Despite the store being extremely busy, Keith and Oscar were absolutely phenomenal! They remained calm, professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel rushed or overlooked. They took the time to explain my options and helped me make the best decision based on my needs. It's rare to find this level of customer service, especially in such a fast-paced, hectic environment. These two gentlemen are a perfect example of what exceptional customer service should look like! This is exactly why I choose this location over any other tire shop. Great service earns loyal customers, and Keith and Oscar have certainly earned mine. A huge thank you to both of you for going above and beyond! Management should be proud to have these two representing their team. You guys are the reason customers keep coming back!
