I complain about my fourth tire having a slow leak and Ruben pulled it out, cleaned the tire and rim and sealed it up for me just for customer service. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. Open Sundays! We came to Diaz Tires to get a nail out and patched. At first, we went to Firestone and Just Tires, one was rude and the other tried selling us on buying all brand new tires even though I just got new tires about 2 years ago and don't drive much. So I quickly looked up another repair place and found Diaz. They only had 1 customer in front of us. The guy came out and I asked if he'd be able to repair and patch, he told us he'd assess and let us know. A few minutes later he said yes and it was $25. First off i would like to say, i used to come here for my used tires since highschool. Ever since the older gentleman let his son take over, service isnt the same, quality of tires are horrible, and ive heard many different stories from other people that he takes advantage of older. Just to note, while i was there, i witnessed the person working on my tires selling another man a california drivers license/identification card. Told me over phone price to dismount and remount tires. I called back and double checked the price. Drove further to get there to this store, and once there, he doubles the price. Which now was way more than any of the stores closer to my home. Dishonest to bait and switch like that. Then after going home I noticed they didn't even give me back my own tire plugs. Real story 1/06/19: DS Tires off Trask in Garden Grove, Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I simply went to their business for a quick flat tire fix. They put the incorrect tire on my Malibu.. I was driving and the wheel started falling off. (It broke a wheel stud and 2 lugnuts fell off. After inspection showed the hole on wheel doesn't fit over the hub. But they did it anyways. I called to let them know I didn't even want to go to court, I just wanted to give them an opportunity to fix their mistakes guilt and compensation free. Instead the worker on the phone got angry and blamed me for the car breaking. What an unprofessional baboon. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR CAR. read more

Was looking for used tires to give my car a little longer life before I sell it so I didn't want to spend the money on new ones. Had this place recommended to me by my mechanic. Small little place that was kinda tricky to find. Called ahead to make sure they had the right tire size I needed and they did. Cruised on in and was taken care of right away. This isn't the fanciest of places. They don't have a big machine to pick your car up. They use old school hand jacks to get the job done. The only negative I'd have to say is that they said they balanced the tires but the second I got up to 75mph my steering wheel shook like a rattle on a rattle snake. I was able to get them balanced at a different shop but even the shop that did it said it might not work because they're used tires. I can at least go past 75mph now and I extended the life of my car for just a little bit longer. At the end of the day, if you're looking for some used tires or a spot to plug a leak, definitely give them don't hesitate to hit this place up. read more
