Needed a flat tire fix soon asap. These guys were like a pit crew for a NASCAR race team. Work quality was 100% Diaz tires LFG

I had an emergency -- my tire got a nail and needed to be patched urgently. This shop was nearby, so I called and they said it would be $30. I went right away. The place where I bought the tires (they offer free patch service) refused to do it, so I couldn't wait. It was an emergency, so I decided to fix it here. Service was very fast and efficient. The price was reasonable. Overall, good experience when you need something done quickly. read more

Price is amazing and service is outstanding. I bought 3 tires and it was installed super fast. I complain about my fourth tire having a slow leak and Ruben pulled it out, cleaned the tire and rim and sealed it up for me just for customer service. I thought that was very thoughtful of him. I didn't see any homeless that was mentioned in some review. Maybe they just come and go like any other places. I will be back for another good deal. read more

Open Sundays! We came to Diaz Tires to get a nail out and patched. At first, we went to Firestone and Just Tires, one was rude and the other tried selling us on buying all brand new tires even though I just got new tires about 2 years ago and don't drive much. So I quickly looked up another repair place and found Diaz. They only had 1 customer in front of us. The guy came out and I asked if he'd be able to repair and patch, he told us he'd assess and let us know. A few minutes later he said yes and it was $25. Quick, great service, didn't try to sell us anything more and we were on our way. Loved that they are open Sundays too. read more

Got the job done on the tire where other tire shops wouldn't do. Seems like there's nothing they can't do. Up to you if you want to step up and let them make it happen. read more

First off i would like to say, i used to come here for my used tires since highschool. Ever since the older gentleman let his son take over, service isnt the same, quality of tires are horrible, and ive heard many different stories from other people that he takes advantage of older. Just to note, while i was there, i witnessed the person working on my tires selling another man a california drivers license/identification card. Ive attached 2 photos showing how terrible quality of tires Diaz Tires sell. Atrocious. read more

I was driving nearby when I suddenly realized my back tire was flat. I call Diaz Tires and the gentlemen said I could come in right away. It was a very small tire shop but they were so helpful and kind. They fixed my tire right away and I left feeling such relief. I highly recommend! read more

Had a flat. Patched the tire, $25 in and out in 15 and 10 of that was him finishing answering all the questions of the customer before me, who had a lot of questions that he answered patiently. Great service, friendly, affordable. read more

The opportunist at its finest. Not sure if the dude was the owner or just a worker. I needed a used tire badly and he knew I needed and he jacked up the price. If I don't need a tire, I'd just go somewhere else and probably give him a piece of my mind. DO NOT SHOP HERE.. unless you're near death.. read more

Had a flat, called several places in the area, Diaz tires only one with the size in stock. Service was extremely fast.

Came here after a flat tire. They were able to quickly help me change to the spare and had me on my way w/in 15 min.

The crew stayed after closing and literally worked in the dark (because the homeless people in the neighborhood keep breaking their floodlights) to mount, balance and install my tires! They were very gracious and friendly and did a great job! Thanks for taking care of me! read more

We rented a car from Utah and found out before trekking back that we had a slow leak on a Sunday morning. We saw some good reviews for Diaz. The exterior was easy to miss. Without exaggeration, less than 10 minutes and $15 later, we were back on the road. In my life, I have never had such a positive experience with a tire service. All the stars. read more

Told me over phone price to dismount and remount tires. I called back and double checked the price. Drove further to get there to this store, and once there, he doubles the price. Which now was way more than any of the stores closer to my home. Dishonest to bait and switch like that. Then after going home I noticed they didn't even give me back my own tire plugs. Try to help a small business but what a bad experience. Really upsetting now to feel much more vibration than previously. What a terrible place to get tires done. read more

$200 to mount and balance 20" tires . I ask is that the normal price? She said yes. Their 20s and the labor ect . I get it, times are hard, but did you know it was $100 at the place down the street . Head to Guadalajara tires on Fairview and westminister. Don't get takin by dumb prices. I even tried to offer $160, she said go to the bank . Improve your pricings . I also bought 17" tires from them about six month ago and they didn't hold air . I'm not complaining just explaining. read more

Walk in request after leaving Westminster Walmart automotive dept. which they refused to install my tires, even though I had an appointment. BUT I'm so glad I found this place, very professional install of my new tires, very affordable & super quick-20 min. tops Come here for a better priced install Ditch the bigger retailers & Support Local Small Businesses where they care to treat people right, great customer service and they do the job! They were able to accommodate me with 4 same brand tires! I had 3 months left on my car until the lease was up and I was not about to go drop $400 plus on brand new tires! So I paid $130 used. All I know was that my lease was returned with no complaints or extra charge :) read more

Real story 1/06/19: DS Tires off Trask in Garden Grove, Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I simply went to their business for a quick flat tire fix. They put the incorrect tire on my Malibu.. I was driving and the wheel started falling off. (It broke a wheel stud and 2 lugnuts fell off. After inspection showed the hole on wheel doesn't fit over the hub. But they did it anyways. I called to let them know I didn't even want to go to court, I just wanted to give them an opportunity to fix their mistakes guilt and compensation free. Instead the worker on the phone got angry and blamed me for the car breaking. What an unprofessional baboon. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR CAR. read more

I had two months left on my lease but my tires really needed to be replaced-- Armando fixed my dilemma. Instead of paying $560 for new tires for my 2016 Accord, I paid $120 for used ones with 40% tread. Best part? All 4 matching brand AND wear. This was 1 month ago. No problems with the tires, everything driving smoothly. Actually, the best part was me saving $440. read more

Was looking for used tires to give my car a little longer life before I sell it so I didn't want to spend the money on new ones. Had this place recommended to me by my mechanic. Small little place that was kinda tricky to find. Called ahead to make sure they had the right tire size I needed and they did. Cruised on in and was taken care of right away. This isn't the fanciest of places. They don't have a big machine to pick your car up. They use old school hand jacks to get the job done. The only negative I'd have to say is that they said they balanced the tires but the second I got up to 75mph my steering wheel shook like a rattle on a rattle snake. I was able to get them balanced at a different shop but even the shop that did it said it might not work because they're used tires. I can at least go past 75mph now and I extended the life of my car for just a little bit longer. At the end of the day, if you're looking for some used tires or a spot to plug a leak, definitely give them don't hesitate to hit this place up. read more
