The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn't fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

I had…read moremy rims on my Tesla done, and all the powder coat started peeling off because he did not prep the rims correctly. He didn't remove the original coating. He just did a quick sandblast and powder coated over it, so the powder coat didn't bond correctly. I asked him several times to fix the problem. I scheduled multiple appointments with him. He doesn't return calls or texts. When I finally did get a scheduled appointment for repair, I showed up, and he said he couldn't do it because he just thought it was going to be one rim, but all of them were peeling. He told me to remove the rims myself and bring him the rims, and he'll have it fixed. I clearly don't have a place to put my car on Block and bring him the rims. He knew this, just to avoid standing behind his product. I highly recommend you find someone else. This fly-by-night one-man shop is a terrible company to put your faith in.

Knowing that it would take about an hour I decided to hang out in the waiting area where there was a TV playing some automotive related media. Went in on Tuesday, he took his time and went over all options for me, and gave me his recommendation for what would look closest to how the wheels looked from the factory. I went with his recommendation. Wednesday morning he texts me saying it's done. I show up and the car looks amazing. The wheels look as close to factory as possible without having Lexus do it for an arm and a leg (and done in 24 hours!). I couldn't be happier and highly recommend his services.
