I called to make sure they were able to help me right away. I made it here with my spare tire on and right away I was helped. I got a new tire and honestly prices are not bad super convenient for my budget. They have also rims and brand new tires and you can even finance. Definitely recommend them. I came in today to get new tires for my Benz, after installing them I noticed 3 rims were scratched up. They had trouble putter tires on and I watched as 3 of them struggled to put the tires on. As I waited for the alignment is when I noticed they were scratched up. I spoke to the manager and owner and both refused to acknowledge their doing. It's bs, I keep a good eye on my rims and am very aware of any scratches they have and always drive slow because of them. read more

Speedy? Not so much. I bought a used vehicle and it needed a new tire so the car lot I bought it from sent me here. Since I live about 2 hours away I had to wait for it to be done. The owner was nice and told me that it would take about thirty minutes because he had other customers ahead of me. Cool, no problem. I have no problem waiting especially if I am squeezed in. I walked across the street to get something to eat while I waited. That took a little longer than the 30 minutes so I thought I would be good to go. When I got back they hadn't even taken my vehicle back yet, and mine was the only one there in both the parking lot and inside the garage by now. I went inside and maneuvered my way through the stacks of tires to the couch to wait. I waited for another 20 minutes and walked outside to see if it was ready. Nope. Still no other customers and mine hadn't been touched. I walked inside and the staff was sitting down eating lunch. I know everyone is entitled to eat lunch, but really? It would have only taken 15 minutes at the most to change out my tire and they could have enjoyed their meal without me looming over their shoulder. The owner told me it would be another 15 minutes. I had no choice but to wait because I needed the tire badly and didn't want to take the chance driving the distance on it. So I waited. Long story short... 2 hours later I finally left with a used tire slapped on and my tire sensors still lit up on my dashboard. The owner told me they were still on because they're aftermarket tires and there aren't any sensors in them. Uhhh ok. I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't argue or ask any other questions. These people are liars and frauds and they will rip you off, especially if you don't know too much about cars. They charged me $200 for brakes and promised that they were high-quality brakes. Those brakes broke down within a month. When I went back for warranty, they charged me another $100 for labor. Once again, the new brakes broke down again and now I had to get new brakes and rotors from a different place. I obviously would never go back there. read more

Carlos and Lalo came out as I was pulling in to the main me entrance I said I thought I had a nail on one of my tires they were fast in checking all tires and at these same time checked all pressure on all tires! Tired did needed and patch after careful observation they pulled the nail off and patched up all those services for 10.00! That's amazing any other big tire chain would of charge something like 15-30 dollars for all the free services I had done all within minutes! I came on Friday February 24, 2023 to purchase 2 new tires and had alignment done to my vehicle. Today I noticed a 2 Big Bubbles in my tire. I came to have my tire changed and let the guy know that my car was not aligned correctly as it's pulling to the right. The guy started yelling at me calling me a liar and stated I had bumped my vehicle on the sidewalk. There were other customers and witnessed this incident. I paid for warranty, I believe I am entitled to a refund or a replacement as its only been 2 days. I don't hit sidewalks, and I believe if a sidewalk is bumped it would not generate a bubble. I've been driving since I was 15 and never had an accident or ticket, I consider myself a safe driver. I've been insulted by this man. I had to call my dad to come be my support and maybe get a decent customer service. I will not come here again or recommend this place. Horrible customer service and bad tires, they look used. I paid $430.00 the tires I paid for were supposed to be brand new but it turns out they are used. My girlfriend and i went because she needed to get her tire rotation on her car. We parked outside and were looking for her tire lock in the trunk and all over her car and couldn't find it.
