Took my car in for a basic oil change. They called and said we need a front and back brake pads. I authorize the work. When we pick it up and drive home there is a horrible noise coming from the front right. My husband is retired Master Auto Tech. So before we take it back, he pulls all the wheels and looks at the brake job. Front left brake caliper had a bolt missing, and the other bolt was ready to fall out. Husband went and bought the bolts, it was unsafe to drive; and made the repair. Went back to the shop with photos, spoke with the owner and he has refused to make it right. We asked for the labor to be refunded; which is reasonable for the severity of the poor workmanship. He refused the request. This is the second time we have had bad workmanship from them. We will not try a third time. A complaint has be file with the BAR. A very simple fix, refund us the money for the labor, not asking for the parts to be refunded or the oil change. This place took advantage of me because I was alone and a girl. I went in there with engine problems and still came out with engine problems after I already paid 2,000$. I left this place crying and upset for getting taken advantage of all because I was a girl and alone. I really thought I could trust this place because I went two days before to get an oil change. Even then I told them my light was on and they said they would check it. From the beginning. They also said they wouldn't charge me for checking the car after they said they would charge me 200$ from the beginning and I refused. So they insisted and said they wouldn't charge me if I got the service. They charged me for extra stuff when it was never agreed upon and still ended up charging me for the diagnostic check even after they told me I wouldn't be charged which was the only reason I even agreed to let them service the car and keep it overnight. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the problem I came in for since the beginning wouldn't get fixed. I really tried giving the benefit of the doubt but after the employees seeing me cry that my car turned off on me in there parking lot after I just paid everything to them with nothing I really needed fixed. I came here for a simple conventional oil change that I purchased through Groupon for my dad's car. From the moment I walked in, it felt like they were trying to upsell me. The employee immediately told me conventional oil "is not good" -- even though they advertise and charge $79.99 for it at their shop. That didn't make sense. I told him conventional oil was fine and that's what I paid for. While I was waiting in the lobby, the technician came in and said nothing had been done yet, then asked me to step outside to look at the car -- where he started trying to upsell additional services. At that point, I decided I wasn't comfortable and asked for a refund. Here's the part that really bothered me: while I was waiting for the refund paperwork, I saw an employee adding oil into my car -- even though I had just been told the oil hadn't been drained and no work had been done. If nothing was done yet, why was oil being added? The whole situation felt inconsistent and shady. I would strongly recommend reading the other negative reviews before coming here. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I told them I wanted the old tpms switch over to my new rims that an extra $100.Later on they call me and told me my TPMS sensor broke off. They didn't want to admit they broke it and trying to sell me sensors. After confirming them, let me see the pictures of the broken piece.Then they told me that low battery. Long story after back-and-forth argument, my 35 tires could not fit on my car.So they put back my original wheels on my car and over torque the lugs to250-300 ft lbs of torque. Finally got home to remove my org wheels it was over torque. My weight fell off my new rims plus the tpms program was not program. I will stay away for this place. Worst place ever to buy tires. Jacob the owner son is a hustler got a quote over offer up for tires with installation he told me that installation will be $30 a tire but when came in he told $40. I was already there so I told him fine Go ahead and do it. This guy is something else he trained his workers to try to sell you everything when you're there. From new lugs nuts to your car, needs an alignment. And after everything was done, he changed the receipt to add on another $25 for credit card charge. This place is not a tire place is more like a car dealer. Try to get you on everything! I would give this place zero stars, but yelp only have an option for one star. read more

No idea what is going on with this place and I don't think they know either. Noah had some wheels posted on Facebook marketplace and he agreed to do an even trade for my current wheels. I've bought tires from this company previously so I was comfortable doing business with them. He said to come on over and I would just pay for the install. When I got there someone started the process until another guy got there and brought out a $1400 bill. I showed him the messages and he said Noah wasn't here today and they couldn't trade the wheels. He said he could discount them $500 but not even trade them. Noah then took down the listing and blocked me which removed the conversation or I would have posted the conversation thread here. It seems like they're scamming people or creating false advertising to you get in and then charge you. I wouldn't recommend taking their word for anything regardless if you have the proof of their word. Proceed with caution. read more

I've taken my cars here many times and they get the job done, however, recently I caught them in a lie trying to up-sale and make more money off of me. I came in on May 25, 2024 to get new tires. They received me with respect and professionalism. No issues there. Then, they told me that all four of my brake pads had to get changed and new rotors because they were bad and I went with their recommendation because I trusted them. The manager Richie Girgis also gave me a ride back home, which was very nice of them. However, an hour later, I remembered that I just had my front brakes and rotors redone six months ago (only the back ones needed to be changed) so I gave them a call so I can tell them not to do those. I asked the man who picked up what work was done and if I could stop some of the work. He responded, "Is this about money? We are almost done and can't do anything." I called again to talk to the manager and he said "they're all busy he will call you back." And they never did. About two hours after that, I finally got a ride to take me there. I went up to them (they were not busy) and they said my car was almost done. I asked why they didn't call me back and they said that they were overworked and it was too crazy to call. I told them that the reason I called was because I knew that my front brakes did not have to be redone (I had forgotten I changed those out six months ago). They said that I was wrong and that it had to be done. Then I asked them to show me my old brakes that they took off. We went in the trash and looked for it. Once we pulled them out, they were practically brand new. Please see images of the "old" brake pads that I have attached. I brought this to their attention and said "why did you change these brake pads? These are practically new and that is why I was trying to call you earlier." The employees started pointing fingers, one man saying that he didn't do it and that someone else told him that they needed to be changed, then they explained they were changed because my car was making a weird sound when they pulled it into the shop (which I never said it was making noise), but no one really took responsibility. I explained to them that this gives me a really bad feeling like they were trying to make money off of me, being a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, and lie about my brakes being bad. At that point, the manager did apologize and said they have to work on their communication. They comped my brake service and brake flush, reduced my alignment from $119 to $109, and took off an additional $300 to make up for their mistake. For basic work, they do a good job, but I would double check and be wary whenever they tell you that you need something else you didn't originally come in for. My original bill was over $3600, but after I caught them in the lie for my brakes, I left paying $2996.96. The highlighted portion shows what they lied about. read more

Found this place on marketplace Was speaking with Noah, he was advertising the tires that i was looking for for $300 I msged him and he said that the tires were available. When I got there he changed the price on me, now the tires are $335. He was saying that the tires for $300 are 1 or old. I agreed to purchase the new tires for $335, four hrs later when the truck was ready, I checked the code on the tires said that the tires are 2024. He installed the 2024 tires that he said are 1 or old and I don't want old tire. Stay away from this place, they're going to switch and bait the product on you.
