    Had a tire blow out, was not repairable. My neighbor said these was where he always went. Called gave me a quote, showed up told me would be about an hour wait. Was done on time. Friendly service, price was better then the other 3 places I checked, four tires and alignment.

    I went to Econo Tire to install my 3.5 inch level kit on my f150 and new rims and tires. The truck looks great, completed in a few hours of work. All workers at Econo tire are super friendly. They also have custom rims and very nice tires at a great price. Will be coming back here to have all of my tires replaced whenever need be. Matt and steve get

    Econo Tire is a great place to have your service done and especially tires. My wife has been coming here for almost 30 years. This is her 4th car. Scott will not steer you wrong nor sell you anything you don't need. Steve and Matt are off great service as well. The whole crew, my wife and I Thank You very much. We called yesterday to see if tires were in stock and were told by Matt, they were. We came here today 4/4/2025 and as always, spoke with Scott. The great price is really wonderful. But, I can't say enough for the courtesy, respect, and customer service given. Which is priceless. That part there, is what always brings us back. So if you haven't given this spot a try, come on down and give it a whirl. Harry's is across the street. Bikini In A Bottle is 2 spots over: ) that's what I heard. After that repair, my check engine light suddenly came on--even though it wasn't on before. The first shop told me it was a problem with the mass air flow sensor and tried to charge me to fix it, which didn't feel right to me. So I decided to come here for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through everything step by step. Within about an hour, he figured out that it wasn't the air flow sensor at all--it was just a blown fuse. That alone saved me a lot of money and potentially from being overcharged elsewhere. What really stood out was the honesty and communication. He explained clearly what went wrong, didn't try to upsell anything, and made sure I understood the situation. On top of that, he even aired up my tires for free, which was a nice touch. Fast, honest, and affordable service like this is hard to find. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

    Jesse was amazing! I messed up doing my own oil change and ended up over torquing the oil drain pan…read morebolt, so my bolt wouldn't stay in. I made an appointment with him the night prior at 10pm and he promptly came out the next day at 8:30AM to fix the issue. He retapped the threads I had stripped out and fixed it for me. He also made sure to drop my oil pan and clean out the metal shavings so they wouldn't get into the engine and put a new gasket on when he reinstalled it. He also completed my oil change. He was able to finish the work in less than 2 hours too! Thank you Jesse for your great help! You saved me!

    Really surprises me that you have time to post a long comment on a Yelp review, yet after three…read moreweeks of ignoring my calls and texts, you still can't take a moment to explain what's going on to me directly. That alone shows the type of person you are and how you treat your customers. I have screenshots of our entire conversation that I'll be attaching so everyone can see the lies you're telling. I have never gotten hostile with you I've been patient and sure I was bothered by you changing the story line every hour I have not once yelled or been unprofessional with you like I said I have all our chat history for everyone to see for themselves and see how you are just making up things to make yourself look better. To start, I told you from the beginning that I did NOT want to replace the axle. The boot just torn, and it didn't need replacing-- even Toyota recommended simply rebooting it since my truck only has 15k miles. So I'm not sure why you're lying and changing the story now. The boot and axle were both inspected by Toyota before hand they said I should just replace the boot as soon as i got a chance. As It can fully tore and grease could leak out so I've had it sitting since then to play it safe so you saying the axle was already worn is just a straight up lie. You even said being it's a new truck you shouldn't have to replace the whole axle when you showed up. As for the lug nut, I never gave you permission to damage it like you're claiming. I came outside and you were already hammering on it, struggling to take the key off. You told me it wouldn't be an issue and that once you reinstalled it, it would come right off with a couple of hammer hits -- which did NOT happen. Good thing I stopped you, because who knows what else you would've damaged. You also installed a $160 aftermarket CV axle that you purchased from O'Reilly. I'll be attaching the screenshot of that as well so everyone can see. And no, you did NOT arrive at my place "near midnight." You arrived at 9:25 PM -- I have proof of that too. The reason you were there until almost midnight was because you destroyed the threading and then sat there for almost an hour and a half trying to figure out how to fix it. I tightened the clamps because you were trying to install the axle exactly how you brought it, with the clamps loose. I told you they weren't going to hold, and you said you couldn't get them any tighter and that it was "fine." So yes, I took it upon myself to fix them because you were trying to take shortcuts to get the job done. For reference, my OEM axle costs $450 after tax from the dealership -- not including install and $70 I also spent on the rebooting kit that was also "thrown away". The one you installed only costs $160. So yes, I have already filed a police report and I am starting a court claim. See you in court. And thanks for showing everyone how you treat your customers.

    This review is a little past due but I decided to finally do it because I feel I should keep others…read morefrom going through the same trouble I am right now... earlier this year I had an accident and needed to have my front left control arm replaced I looked all over on yelp and came across this company and since they had good reviews, I decided to give them a shot because of the convenience. Nick showed up three hours after he said he would, and didn't bother to call.. also didn't answer when I tried calling him, luckily I hadn't left work yet because he finally just randomly shows up. Takes a look and says I need a control arm and end links for the front seat bar. He goes and orders them and says he would be back the next day... he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. He finally shows up the next day(again just randomly showed up). Thankfully once again I was still there at work... he showed up in a pickup truck that was his personal vehicle because "his work rig was in the shop". Ok no big deal.... he does the work and I ask to test drive it before he left. The steering was really loose and unresponsive. Also there was a clunking sound. He said he had to go and would be back to work on it again. Next day driving it back to work to meet nick as he requested, steering was really sloppy and unsafe. Nick never showed and never answered my calls. I took it to another shop and had them look at it. He forgot to replace a couple bolts and put the wrong control arm in. After a few days, I finally got ahold of him and told him and he swore up and down he would never forget to put parts back. And that he got the correct control arm. He said he would be back to check his work and never showed. I was never able to get ahold of him again Fast forward a good few months and the car is in the shop having the front control arm replaced along with the front sway bar and the end links he forgot to replace yet charged me for. So now I am down $400 for the wrong part and missing end links that he never installed and another 500 for parts and labor for the new auto shop to do the work correctly. I really wanted to like this company as I love the idea and convenience of the idea, and nick really was a nice guy, but man I really got screwed by these guys... I'm really tempted to look into what I can do legally at this point. I hope this review helps anyone else that is looking at going through this company. Also, before I'm told the same as the others about contacting drivers directly, the number was the one listed here on yelp and have documentation to prove so.

He was super patient with me (I am not automobile inclined) as we tried to diagnose my issue over the phone so that he could give me an accurate quote. I truly believe that any mechanic I have ever met, including my own brother, would have found a way to shake some coin off of me before helping me solve a problem, but Nick was up front about the prices (more than reasonable) and knowledgeable, giving me some troubleshooting ideas and a few options to best accomodate me. I won't bore you with the details (I have a small leak in my hydraulics), but I appreciate that he didn't insist that I make repairs, like a doctor or a dad would do. And he wanted to know how my troubleshooting worked out, calling him back either way, like a date dropping you off at your house and waiting for you to turn on your porch light to make sure you're safe. Anyway, this might sound weird, but I am actually looking forward to my next automobile issue because I want to give Nick my business. I trust him completely, and you don't hear many people say that nowadays. :) Thanks, Nick!!

I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.
