Matt helped me out with an unexpected leaking tire; the service was great! I was in and out in under a few minutes. Would highly recommend

Great service! This is a reliable spot. As soon as I showed up, Matt and Hugo assisted me. Highly recommend :)

I bought 4 set of tires here in 2020 and have been coming around regularly for synthetic oil changes and tire rotations, and the occasional nail in tire repair. I came in today for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service tech informed me of cracking in two tires and recommended replacing them. I asked to be shown and it was clear there were some deep cracks. I was quoted $400 on the spot for the oil change and two replacement tires. I was skeptical at first but did some research into the make/model of the tires they had on hand, and the price checked out. My car in particular has an uncommon tire size, so the fact they had anything on hand as a replacement was a plus. After finishing the work in under an hour of me coming in I paid $380 out of the door. Overall I'm happy with the service here. read more

I've been coming here for at least 15 years for all my cars, and everything was great until now. I had Econo Tire install my new tires in Feb 2023, and one of them kept going flat. After so many times, I asked the local tire shop to investigate why the tire continually goes flat. He found that when the tires were mounted by Econo tire, their machine ripped the inside of the bead of the tire (See PIC). The business manager of Econo Tire became very upset, and denied responsibility. He even refused to mount a new tire on my wheel even with me saying I will pay for it. It's unfortunate, but they lost me as a customer, and I own 5 cars. Just be cautious if you decide to use these people. I now use Performance Plus in Long Beach for all my needs. read more

You can see my profile and see I only have one other review so for me to take time to write a review should say something. This is the WORST experience I've ever had at an establishment in general. I run an auto shop in LA and have run 3 others in OC so I know how things should go this was the opposite. I walked in an older guy cashed for someone to help me in the front a guy came from out the shop a slightly older Asian guy who's name tag started with a T he quoted me a 225/40/18 Kumho tire at 150 I said let me go get my car from across the street which I did, I was directed to pull it into a bay so I did and I made my way inside there was now a different guy in a polo who clearly does work in the counter I told him I had talked to another guy and asked if they price match and he asked "What price did the other guy give you a minute ago" I told him 150 but already that was a already a red flag, how don't you know what your own prices are? Again I run a tire shop I know how it goes. The guy responded no I can pierce match he already gave you too low of a price so I just "okay" and walked out and made arrangements to get a tire put on at a different place by the time I came back (20 minutes) a new tire was on my car I told the (very nice and understanding tire guy he was 10/10 great) if he can take it off because before I left I told him not to put a tire on age he said he knows and he tried to tell his boss I didn't want it but he didn't listen. He started taking it off and his boss walked up I asked him if I could take the rim so I could get a tire and I would pay them to put it on he asks how long I tell him 15 minutes tops and another guy walks up and they both get mad and start yelling at me no I can't do that and and I said okay and I just told them out my old tire on I'll drive me car across the street take it off myself. They start getting mad at me and asking why I even came in and I told him I didn't ask them to put the tire on yet they kept claiming I did and I said whatever and when my old tire was on the tire guy apologized and said "They're just having a bad day I'm sorry" I walked up to get in my car and they said I owe them $20 for dismounting and mounting my tire. I told them I never asked them to nor did I sign anything or get any kind of paperwork. Who works in a car without giving anyone any paperwork. I told them i would call B.A.R and they started arguing amongst themselves and said whatever and I left. So to the 2 lovely gentleman in the front I hope you take something valuable from that experience have the day you deserve read more

My SO had driven over a curb in a rental car. The plastic hub cap was bent and so was the rim. The guys came out, took a look at it, and fixed the problem. In and out in 15 minutes. Great value for the work done as well. Prior to fixing it, they had also told us what our alternatives were if they were not able to fix it and what the prices of each alternative option were. Attached a few pictures before the fix. After the fix they look like regular tires that haven't been driven over a curb. 5/5 would come back. read more

I was short on time and had been needing to get my tire fixed ASAP. I called ahead of time because normally tire shops have you wait 30+ minutes. The gentleman who assisted over the phone was very professional and let me know that there was no wait time. Upon arrival, I let them know which tire it was and they got on it quickly. Time is very precious to me so I was so happy that I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely be recommending people to come here. read more

We started going to Econo Tire because my parents have been going there for years and we are so happy that we did. They are very respectful, attentive, and thorough with their work. We had our front brakes changed and they did it so fast and for a great value. Also, we started to hear some noise from the car and they thoroughly investigated. Thankfully it was nothing and they never even charged. Absolutely trust our car with them because they are honest and fair. read more
