The guys there are very good, but their work is very fast, I asked them to please make sure they check all my fluids, my power steering fluid. The next day I had a horrible noise and I took it to my mechanic and my power steering reservoir was completely empty. I looked up my records and I have been going to master lube for many years so that means they probably weren't checking it before either. I'm very fortunate nothing serious happened. called the manager there and he wasn't that nice and he didn't seem to really care. He just said sorry about that. read more

WARNING - Coming here cost me a $1,000 fix for my car after getting a simple oil change. Had no issue prior to getting an oil change from here. Someone jostled my fan while changing the oil. As soon as I left the oil change place the fan sounded terrible as if something was loose. I saw the whole thing happen right in front of me and my mechanic confirmed it must've happened while getting an oil change. The fix cost close to a grand. Really unfortunate and will not be returning. I'd advise everyone to rethink bringing your car here. Never had a problem before here but also never thought something like this would happen. On top of all of this, even after showing them the coupon online they did not apply the discount. The employees here clearly don't care to do a thorough job or do it right. read more

This place is great. Joe, the Owner, is an amazing guy and has owned it for over 10 years. I am an attorney and have been to numerous ones and this is the best. I have been coming to him for the past 8 years. I take all my family's cars there. I know I am getting an honest job done and have had no problems. Even if there was you can just go back to him to get it resolved. They don't try to screw you over. The bad reviews are for because people don't expect the price of maintenance for things. Masterlube has probably the nicest staff I've ever met as far as car-related businesses go. In all honesty, I'm so daft when it comes to cars. I would come here because my dad would take my car. As dumb as it sounds (lol adulthood), I finally got my first car that I bought myself, and with that, I finally had to maintenance it myself. I was definitely scared I was going to be taken advantage of because I didn't know what I was doing, but the Masterlube staff explained why I needed the oil I did, how their pricing matches to competitors, AND they threw in a coupon I did not know was online! This has to be the best oil shop in town I take all 3 of my cars here, and a oil change is cheaper than a full tank of gas for me. Employees give great service, Manager is very helpful and informative, shows me proof of what I need, very quick in and out like a drive thru, I wouldn't go anywhere else. It has been a while since my car has had an oil change. I recieved a Masterlube Oil Change coupon so I decided to go there for the first time. As I sat in the lobby, which were chairs right next to my car, the two workers joked about bringing my car "back from death" and calling it "Frankenstein". Then one worker said "Man, people don't care about their cars. Like, some people really don't give a **** about their cars." I do not recommend this place as they are willing to badmouth people's cars and how people care for them in front of the customer. read more

I pulled up to Masterlube at approximately 2:50pm on Saturday July 1st 2017. The 3 stalls were in use with cars being worked on. I pulled up behind the middle slot. I waited for 2 minutes and none of the workers acknowledged my presence. In situations where I'm waiting at a business, I am generally greeted by someone and advised that they'll be with me and they provide an expectation on when I will be assisted. I noticed there was a worker who appeared to be "shadowing" another worker. I was hoping he would address me, but that did not happen. I decided after two minutes of waiting to leave. I snapped a picture of workers, so you can see a visual of what I experienced. I'll upload it. I'm curious to see if Masterlube still occupies that building in 5 years. I've been going to this place for a while now and I've had nothing but a great experience until yesterday. Like I said I love this place but the person that worked on my car was completely careless. They do a "complementary" vacuum and window wash which I absolutely appreciated but when the person was cleaning my carpets he put his greasy/dirty hands on my light tan upholstery. Of course I didn't notice it until I got home and I scrubbed the crap out of my seats so it's not as bad but I'm still very very disappointed. I wasn't going to say anything until I noticed more dirt on my glove box this morning. Not sure if I'll ever come back to this place but consumers be aware, if you have light upholstery maybe tell them not to clean anything. read more

I had to get my oil changed and decided on Masterlube based off of the good reviews and the excellent customer service when I called. Needless to say they lived up to every bit of it. Went in at 12 on Monday , got right in. They changed my oil and checked all my other stuff. When he informed me I needed a new air filter and cabin filter he not only showed me the parts, he explained what they did and the price to fix it. There was no sales pressure and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very affordable, quality service, and an extremely comfortable environment. I highly recommend going there. read more

air filter I was a regular. On my last visit the manager showed me my air filter that was filthy and recomended changing it. I declined the service. I planed on cleaning the filter at home and getting a new one at my next service at the dealership. When I got home I took out the air filter and found that I had a pretty clean filter. They had tried to get me to change the filter by showing me a bad filter that was not mine. I took my car back to complain and they took the filter out which looked great. The manager said that this was the same filter he showed me. I pointed out that he would have never recomended to replace a filter that looked this good. My boyfriend was in need of an oil change and found good reviews about Masterlube. He proceeded to find a $21.99 coupon for an oil change at this location. Upon arriving they stated that he needed a synthetic oil (more expensive) so they would take a few dollars off for having the coupon. While he was waiting for his car, they proceeded to tell him that the battery had died when they tried to start his car. Now mind you, there was absolutely nothing wrong with his car when he drove it to Masterlube, except needing the oil change. First of all he was upset because they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they needed to jump his car to get it to start. He was sitting RIGHT THERE and they didn't feel the need to let him know all of this was going on with his car. When he asked why they didn't feel the need to let someone know their car died, they responded "this is standard business practice of us". Which makes ZERO sense. Then he went ahead and paid $100+ (what a steal since he had the $21.99 coupon) which they stated was the pricing because they had to "top off" fluids and etc. He was angry and upset that a $21.99 day became over $100 but he was ready to leave and move on UNTIL he got into his car and saw that four new lights had come on. The emergency break, the AVS light, the Hydroplane light, and the seatbelt light (when his seatbelt was on). He literally drove up with one issue, and left with five since his navigation was also reset and now he needed to make an unecessary trip to the car dealership. (this is not including the "dead" battery that he apparently had. He went back to try and figure out what the heck was going on, and naturally the staff was not helpful, stood around just staring at the car and did absoluetly nothing to solve the problem, except claim this was all because of the "battery". Now he is currently at the Honda dealership dealing with this issue, while I am writing this review. I would encourage you to NOT visit this business as they are not professional, helpful, insightful or have any idea what the heck they are doing. read more

Masterlube is awesome!! My car was over heated. They were the closest to my location. I called them let them know it was over heating and he told me to bring it on in. I got there close to 5 and they worked on it until 7 an hour past closing time to get me back on the road. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Thank you Masterlube team!! My mom has been going to this location for years! (for oil changes) When i got my car a couple of years ago I followed her recommendation and began coming here as well. They are very courteous and super quick. I went in there the other day and I swear I was out of there within 10 minutes. Also, I really love that they send coupons regularly in the mail for $12 off your service, bringing to to $19.99 :) Only a few minor things that bother me: One, theres all sorts of additional charges tacked onto the low price of $19.99, but who can really complain with a $12 discount. Also, they are supposed to vacuum your car out, but only did the front mats, perhaps accounting for the speedy service? Finally, I feel like they're always trying to sell me something I don't need! Definitely take a coupon!!!! I had a coupon for $21.99. I took in my own synthetic oil and my own filter. Still cost $22.50 for an oil change on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Owner/Manager was very friendly as well as the staff. Took my car in on a Saturday and it took about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the amount of time it took. The coupon also included a vacuuming (I saw a man with the vacuums, but there was still dog hair all over my car. Don't expect an actual vacuum), window cleaning and topping of the air in my tires. Got the premium oil service that's priced at 31.99. Mechanic checked my car before doing any work to it and said it's going to be around $34. I didn't know if that was before or after the fees and tax. I had the locals coupon (19.99 for the premium oil service, so it's $12 off) I ended up paying a little over $27. Probably my last visit, I only came because I had a coupon. Too fast a service (I know right, it's actually a complain). Only because the premium oil service had a lot of things It said it would do...vacuum (only vacuumed the front mats), tires, fluid checks, etc. So I'm not sure how good of a quality the check ups were. read more
