Was visiting my cousin when my check oil light came on. I live in San Diego, so I needed a place FAST to make sure I could drive back safely today. There are several choices around for oil changes, all with pretty great ratings, but I chose this place because they were open until 6 while most places close at 5 and when I called they were super friendly ! As soon as I arrived, the mechanic told me his name several times (that's a sign of good customer service when they want to be personable and relatable) There were multiple people working on different things at the same time - someone changing out the oil and checking things under the hood, someone putting air in the tires, another taking down my information and getting me checked into the system. Everything was SO quick! In and out in 15! To have a full synthetic oil change, the fluid levels checked, tires filled, AND absolute top notch service was around $70. They even gave me a pretty pink dragon fruit air freshener and offered me soda while sitting in the car Not to mention Frank was one of the best mechanics I have ever encountered. Great experience here! Arrived a bit before 6pm close and they were able to fit me in for an oil change. It turned out the last place I'd gone for fluids to be changed had left the cap off when they flushed the transmission fluid and the owner showed me where it had splashed all over that area under the hood. I was in a time crunch for my next appointment bc I thought I only needed a quick oil change, but he sent one of his guys to get a replacement cap, cleaned the fluid, topped it off, and added sealant to the new cap when he replaced it, and was done with all that and the oil change quickly enough that I was still on time for my next appointment. He also didn't charge me for the transmission fluid top off or for sending his guy to get the new cap (of course charged me for the cap, as I'd expect, but it was inexpensive). Came by on a weekday since I like to use the drive through car wash behind them. I called ahead to make an appointment but wasn't needed. Frank and all of his crew are friendly and super transparent when it came to their recommendation and the pricing of their services. These qualities, provided by Edward (and his team), are what made my experience here stand out amongst businesses. This man represents what it takes to satisfy customers, treat cars with the upmost care, and provide the best valuable service. I took my car here to get the two rear tires replaced and wheels balanced on a Sunday morning at 10AM, after calling ahead to see if there was any availability. There were other customers in front (first come first serve) but i was acknowledged as soon as I pulled in front of the garage. Edward communicated with me thoroughly each step of the way what they were doing to the car, noted possible issues one of the wheel nut/stud may have, as well as the fact that one of the TPMS may be damaged (still working but if it causes issues in the long run, I know who to go to). I was treated very well, offered amenities, requested to address any questions or concerns I may have and was even offered a protective sheet to protect my seats from my old tires (in case I wanted to take them back with me BUT they do recycle tires). The job took about 30-40, but they were also being mindful of an over tightened/ incorrectly threaded lug nut. Ultimately, the service here was impeccable and I highly recommend getting in contact with Frank/Edward/Jesus when you need to get your car serviced. read more

I was pretty desperate to get my wife's car an oil change and tire rotation and they were able to get me in right away. Frank was super nice and went above and beyond with the little extras he did. And the refreshments were a kind gesture. The whole process did not take very long but if there's a little bit of weight, they have a nice clean, waiting room and clean bathroom for you to use and if you're feeling a little hungry, there's also Taco Bell in same lot also. Early this morning (around 9:00-9:30 AM), I stopped by because I knew I had a nail in my tire, I could hear air leaking. The employees greeted me and helped me right away, which I appreciated. However, when I explained the issue, I was told it would cost $60 just to patch the tire because I supposedly have "special tires." I drive a 2021 Tesla Model Y, and I have unfortunately had a nail in one of my tires before. The last time I had it repaired at another auto shop, I was charged $30 for a patch. The only reason I didn't return to that same shop is because they are close on Sundays. When I told the owner that $60 seemed too high for a simple patch, he would not negotiate. I decided to go somewhere else and ended up getting it fixed for much cheaper, and the shop I went to did not claim that my tires were "special." I could be wrong, but it honestly felt like the owner may have been trying to take advantage of the situation, possibly because I'm a woman, because many shops were closed on Sunday, or both. read more

Terrible customer service. I was treated in a disrespectful manner as if he had a personal issue with me. Definitely lost my future service. These guys were extremely respectful and courteous on my previous oil change. Not sure what's changed but I won't be back. edit: reply to owner. If you want specifics, I called and asked if you would honor my previous price before hand, was told yes, drove from south Orange County 30 minutes to your location, when speaking to the manager, I clearly said I was willing to pay more if you had a price increase since my last visit. And was told twice "don't expect this next time" and was told to wait 30 minutes. While waiting in my car decided it would be an efficient use of my time to use the drive through car wash next door, a ten minute ordeal max, and went to inform you worker of my plan. I was told I would lose my spot which I thought was pretty inconsiderate as a customer who drove 30 minutes solely because your excellent previous service. Never asked for any additional discounts at all. In that moment realized that I did not feel comfortable about having my vehicle serviced by someone who clearly had zero incentive to treat me politely or considerately. (The sole reason I returned) I'm offended that you falsely claimed I was upset over a discount, and that you as an owner can't see on recordings how any customer would feel in this situation. I'm so happy I ended up at Alliance Express Lube, it was meant to be, the place I typically go to has been to busy for me to just drop in for an oil change so in the moment of desperately needing a change I got on Yelp and the reviews did not lead me wrong; Alliance Express had great reviews and I decided to take a chance, I pulled in at the right time and was immediately greeted by Issic, he told me how much it would be for my type of vehicle and how long it would take. It was all so fast. There were a few little things that the mechanic informed me about with my vehicle and showed me which was so helpful and that I needed to know. There is a waiting area where there is complementary water and soda and a tv to watch. While in the waiting area I met a couple that have been coming to Alliance Express for 10 years and expressed how much they love coming here because the service is always good and that it is a family owned business and everyone there is apart of the family; I loved how they were just telling me all of this organically without me asking, it says a lot. Alliance is now my spot because it's a locally owned business with great service and expertise! The staff are professional and courteous. I arrived early on a Friday morning with no customers ahead of me, and my oil change was finished in 20 minutes. I will be coming back for future tune ups because I really enjoyed how easy they made things, their politeness, their fairness, and I live 10 minutes away. I know what good service feels like, which was why I used to go to a dealership for service. I had a Mazda3 and now have a RAV4 Hybrid. They both take full synthetic oil and I SAVE MONEY here vs. going to the dealership and I'm treated just as well. Even Jiffy Lube is more expensive than here. Alliance does take appointments, they do tire rotations, they are respectful, they offered me water/coffee/soda, and their restroom and waiting area are clean. My advice: Come here instead of Jiffy Lube or Valvoline Express. read more

So impressed! I found the In & Out of Oil changes! The entire staff is so kind, happy, and helpful and you can tell that they all love their jobs.
