My sister paid 400 for the brake replacement. However, we heard the humming noise right after getting changed. But after we brought that up right away and multiple times after that, they refused and did not bother to take a look. My sister had no idea until it was figured out that the guide pin was stuck. The guide pin was not lubricated, cleaned well enough. The brake bracket was not cleaned at all, dirty break caliper bracket...break crease is not applied. These should be well clean when changing the brake. Lug nut was swollen that cant be opened by regular tool, it was also over tightened. I posted this just to let the manager/ owner of the shop aware of how their poor, neglect and irresponsible work could risk someone life. Never recommend anyone to this shop. Give one star as I cant leave "zero" in there. I am very upset with that as Im the one ask my younger sister to go there for the service. read more

This is great place to bring your car for service! I had a Lexus 2010, I brought to Lexus dealer, they told me that my car needed a transmission service that I don't have a problem with it. I brought my car to A2T, Luan,the owner is super experienced. He diagnosed that my car is transmission fine, it just need the small battery, the brakes, and other things, NOT transmission. He was super honest, experienced, fast...I brought my car on Thursday, he finished everything on Saturday. The car is running very well.... Great place. I needed to get my caliper covers removed on my 2016 Honda accord as it was not meant to to be on. It was scratching the disc on the wheels. The mechanics at A2T are honest in their work and are true to their word about pricing. I visited A2T because my front brakes were starting to squeak and I wanted them inspected before I went on a long road trip. I was told that the fronts needed to be replaced and that the rears were fine, which would cost $175. They replaced the brake pads and checked the rotors in about an hour. They are very forthcoming, have excellent service, and are upfront about what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I am from San Diego and came here on Monday June 26th at around 4 because my engine light was on and transmission was overheating. I pulled up and a man (I believe his name was Anthony but I am not sure) said he would look at the car. He didn't even look at the car for fifteen minutes before telling me my transmission was gone and I needed a new one. He was very disrespectful and rude to me, accusing me of not servicing my car and not taking care of it. I told him I had got my car looked at in January and was told my car was in great shape. He didn't seem to believe me. He told me I could get a used transmission for $2,000-3,000and I told him I wanted to hear a few more opinions before I made that kind of purchase. He told me my dealership would charge me $5,000-$6,000. Then he told me he couldn't help me and when I told him I had to drive from Huntington Beach to San Diego he literally laughed at me. Anthony or whoever this person is, I implore to look at your behavior and think about the way you treat people. Don't make assumptions about a person because you don't personally think they serviced the car. I encourage you to treat others the way you would want to be treated. read more
