They are very thorough with it, and not pushy with it if you decide to decline services. I always come here for my oil changes, and more recently my smog. The wait time was pretty long but Jay dropped me off and picked me up with their complimentary shuttle service. For more serious/timely services, they offer free loaner cars. Some mechanics can come off sketchy, but I felt I could trust Jay The bad: My experience with the front desk worker was not as pleasant. They're pretty busy, and maybe he is stressed, (idk) but he came off rude. I had some questions to confirm service, pricing, and wait times. He seemed annoyed. All that aside, I still believe in Jay and his business. I've been referring Autolink to my family all the time. My dad needed an oil change and smog done today, and was going to another shop. His hesitations was about wait time. He said the other shop was faster. But, I convinced him to visit Autolink. I was really hoping they would win him over but Unfortunately, they did not. We called ahead. Generally, it would be ~45-1hr. He was promised the car would be serviced by a certain time, so he decided to stay at the shop and wait. Ended up waiting past the quoted time. I felt bad since he had somewhere to be, and Autolink did not deliver. Sadly I don't think my dad will be back I would say wait times are pretty bad here so plan accordingly, and allow more time than quoted. Even with appointments, wait time is still ~1 hour

I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)

Usually don't like going to random shops but no choice this time. They patch the tire but when they were throwing it back on there was an audible loud hiss of leaking air from the bead. The tech tried telling me that it was because of the barcode sticker near the bead that was causing it but if that was the case how did it not leak before when I got the tires originally put on at another shop? Also how did that automatically prompt them to recheck their work? I came for a nail patch job not because there was a leak from the bead? Not only that they trying to tell me that the bead will settle that it will be okay with the loud hiss (extremely dangerous to drive on)... They replace my metal valve cover cap with a plastic cracked one. I point it out and the tech brings my cap back to me. (could be honest mistake but still) I believe the owner comes to put soapy water where the hiss is coming from and obviously it's bubbling like crazy so they take it back to re-do the job. They come back with my wheel, and no more leaking. Overall they did what I paid them to do but the fact that I had to call them out on their work is concerning. What if I was not knowledgeable about cars just took their word for it, I would be endangering mine and other's safety on the road + I would've been out of a metal valve cover cap.
