If I could give them no stars I would I payed 1,800 dollars to have them replace my oil filter housing along with a rear main seal 6 to 7 months ago we'll my oil filter housing began leaking again mind you I hardly drive this vehicle I've only added 4,000 additional miles since they previously worked on the vehicle know as I was driving due to the leak on the oil filter housing the serpentine belt ended up sliding out and causing an even bigger issue I've been in contact with this place EAN and basically they are not trying to take responsibly I have not received a phone call not even a quote it's. I was very impatient and decided to take the drive around 3 in the afternoon Arrived at 5 (closing time) Left around 5:45 with a tune and VALUABLE knowledge They accommodated me and stayed late to flash my car, they were very professional and friendly you can tell they love what they do, They all drive modded bmws Daud took care of me and answered all my 100+ questions, (don't let his age fool you! The guy is a genuine bimmer wizard) Broke down what a tune is, showed me all my different types of options and explained the positives and negatives in each. Then proceeded to explain the bootmod3 platform for me, (as it is my first time using it) and took his time in doing so. Even tho the guy had to go home and I already paid him, before I left he walked me thru the entire application, and had one of his techs inspect my car (no extra charge) as well as bring to my attention an oil leak that I was not aware I had. Will be coming back here for any and everything I need. WORTH THE DRIVE AND EVERY PENNY. I would rather come to these guys rather then any Indy shop where I live. Great honest people. My son has a 2018 BMW 540i engine is B58, and he wanted to do bootmod3 with downpipe to get all the sound of bangs and pops so I have found speed logic on yelp, and they are very responsive to all the questions. My son took the car in for stage 2, and they replaced the spark plugs, install downpipe and bootmod3. The car was amazing with all the sounds that he wanted, and 2 weeks later I made a huge mistake by taking the car to BMW dealership to repair the front grill, and they updated all the computer system so after that no more sounds. I have contacted speed logic, and there is no way to do the bootmod3 in any updated BMW software for 2020 and 2021. If you have any tune in your car don't it to a dealer for any service. I decided to remove the downpipe, and install the original cat back on the car. Ian helped me all the way with answering all my questions, and also helped with replacing the downpipe with the original cat. If you need any work to be done on your BMW then I totally recommend you to contact these guys as they are the best in the business. Thank you Ian, and Rob for all your help. read more

The 5 stars are true and the whole crew here are really experts and professional at what they do. My story is unique and I had learned a lot working with them along the way. Here's my advise for any new customers; 1) if you plan on purchasing any aftermarket parts for mods, make sure you have all complete parts to not delay the build. In my case, I purchased an oil cooler kit with missing parts and it took time for extra parts to be ordered and shipped. To save time, I'd recommend that you just let Speed Logic do all the ordering for you in advance on your behalf to ensure all the parts are complete the first time around. 2) Please be patient. These guys are super busy and they always have a full lineup of cars out the door. I stopped by the shop and seen it first hand. They work fast and smart, but please respect their time. Truly grade A service and nothing done here is Mickey Mouse. I like their approach of doing things right and providing real solutions to problems rather than alternatives. My headaches were relieved and much money saved with a piece of mind that services are done proper. To have their level of expertise at prices quoted 30-40% below dealership is truly hard to find. I got quotes from multiple shops before settling and had all my repairs done by SpeedLogic. From personal experience, DIYs Instructions and How To's videos can only take you so far until you realized you fucked something else up during the process. Took my BMW in and they updated my software and locked my DME. Lesson learned the hard way. Needed bench unlock to re-flash Bootmod3. Shopped around and requested quote on Sunday 8/7. Even though they were closed Rob responded quick. Ian called Monday 8/8 to go over more details and scheduled appointment for 8/9. They performed bench unlock in about an hour. Had an issue flashing Bootmod3 and Rob let me know to reach out to them as this sometimes happens. Bootmod3 did their magic on their end and I'm now able to flash my car again! Let me start by saying this if you don't know prices for certain parts or what it costs for labor to work on a car don't come here these people will rip you off and take advantage of you. The way these people work is super shady. Rob the owner I could never get a hold of him When my car would sit in the shop. I would call and the workers would say oh he's busy will have him call you back. This went back and forth forever. I once had my car sit in that shop for 2 months and the day I decided to say you know what enough is enough Ima go take my car out of that shop because it's been sitting there for 2 months with them saying they can't figure out the problem. Well that day all of a sudden they found a problem. During those 2 months they sent my car to BMW because they said they couldn't figure it out but since my car was completely modified they told me oh we need to put all the stock parts back on the car otherwise bmw won't work on it. The bill for this was 2500$. And that's not the worst part these guys told me my engine was done that I had shavings in my oil. So I took the car to a different shop. No metal shavings were found. Please be careful taking your car here. If you personally know them yea they'll probably work on your car the right way but if your new to the BMW community good luck because they'll take advantage. Also 1 more thing I once went in for an oil change and tell my why when I went to pick up my car on my way home I get a warning sign on the dash saying low oil please add 1 quart of oil .
