Called them July 3 first thing, Tyler answered some questions and told me to bring my car in. They ran OBD scanner and let me know misfire and checked for oil. It was low. Did an oil change, recommended a specific oil instead of the recommended 0-20 by dealer, which made sense. I was getting low fuel light earlier than expected so they let me know that was the reason. After my 2020 Audi RS3 threw a check engine light, lost power, and started making ticking noises, I took it to a shop that promoted themselves as European car specialists. I won't name names, but they told me flat-out the engine needed to be replaced. Luckily, I decided to do a little research before making such a massive investment and came across EMD Auto. Their reviews were excellent, so I gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did. Not only did EMD not tell me I needed a new engine, but they actually fixed the problem without resorting to worst-case scenarios. I purchased ($29.99) the wrong part to my car, it's a phone mount holder for Audi vents, you can see just by looking at it that is too large for my audi. I put it back in the box and send it back to them (I paid for return shipping), this is the email I recieved: "Hi Al, I am unable to give you a full refund on this amount. I can give you a refund of $5.30 as we deduct payment processing fees and free shipping costs from the refund, as well as a restocking fee due to the item missing pieces and being damaged. ATTENTION DAZA/RS3 OWNERS. EMD Auto is where you want to have your car built or serviced at. I had catastrophic engine failure on Stage 2-E85. Even blew out my bevel box as well. EMD rebuilt everything and sourced another bevel box. I added more supporting mods for an upgraded turbo. I also installed their lowering springs with other suspension mods. Don't come!!!!!!! We bought lower springs and spacers but the springs are too low. I find them once I found the problem but they insisted that it was because the spacers and the tires were wide. They said it was performance springs but they put all the liability on their customer. They refuse to refund even though it is their problem that their product is so bad. Never come and never recommend. If you want to meet with really unfriendly staff and really bad service and product you can come. They are so rude. read more
