The Feal coilovers in my 2003 996 Turbo failed and I needed a shop to walk my through my options and install a new set. Kyle at Precision German had done a minor A/C service about 18 months previous so I gave him a call. Over several phone calls and texts, Kyle talked to me about the various options, gave me pricing and suggesions. I decided on a set of Ohlins Road and Track which Kyle sourced and even price matched for me. The install process did go longer than anticipated but this was because Precision German was trying to source a set of drop links for the Ohlins install that were difficult to get a hold of. He could have used a more readily available option but Kyle had a specific reason he went with the part he went with and I appreciate that he was thoughtful and deliberate about the install. I had service performed here on 2017 BMW 650i Coupe. They replaced the upper and lower oil pan gaskets that was recommended by the BMW dealership. Precision was able to give a very fair price compared to dealership. They fixed a couple other items as well. Kyle is the one that handled the transaction and he was super professional and transparent. They completed the service in a timely manner and they even fixed a nail I had in my tire at no additional cost. That was big deal becuase it saved me from having to back to the tire shop and spend another hour or so to fix that too. This is a great shop and I will be taking my car here going g forward. Previous customer 2011 550i Return customer - current car 2019 X5 5.0 Dealership quoted an O2 harness issue with an original estimate of $7,009 then miraculously an hour later said they could do it for $4,900. I called Kyle and he told me to bring it in. By doing certain tests he was able to eliminate the harness and found that the O2 sensor was faulty with a cost of only $500.
