Previous customer 2011 550i Return customer - current car 2019 X5 5.0 Dealership quoted an O2 harness issue with an original estimate of $7,009 then miraculously an hour later said they could do it for $4,900. I called Kyle and he told me to bring it in. By doing certain tests he was able to eliminate the harness and found that the O2 sensor was faulty with a cost of only $500.
