I went in for an oil change and they noticed something in my car that was leaking advised I take it back to the BMW dealership and just say I notice some black drips by my front tires. I absolutely recommend this shop. I had an issue with a spark plug thread and spoke to about five shops and sent pictures, and took it to one shop. Every shop I spoke with said i would need to pull the head and send it off, a couple even saying the head had to be replaced. I searched around for weeks and found Precision German Performance. Kyle was very helpful from the start and confident it could be repaired. They were able to properly repair my thread without pulling the head or sending it off, saving me time, money, stress and anxiety. Decent price for transfer case fluid change and the work was done in timely manner with OEM fluid. The only thing I want to mention is the owner didn't call me for picking up the vehicle after the work has been done there is only a text message. I have to call by myself to confirm if the vehicle is ready to be picked up so I wish the communication is a bit more better. Another thing I want to mention is the quote I got for changing B58 engine spark plugs and automatic transmission fluid change are definitely on the high side even higher than the BMW dealer's price that is wild! read more

My BMW suddenly showed a yellow check engine light, so I called Khaled at this repair shop. To my surprise, he told me I could bring the car in right away for an inspection. After I arrived, they performed a quick check, and within about 15 minutes, they had everything fixed. It turned out not to be a big issue, and they even cleared the error codes for me -- all free of charge! I'm truly grateful to Sam and Khaled for their help and excellent attitude. Took a mini cooper in and told them my transmission was messed up. Also explained I had an engine misfire if they could check my engine too just for an update on health and to diagnose it. I explained that my car was not shifting from 3rd to 4th correctly. The solenoid was obviously bad. Weeks went by and when I went to pick up my car I was told 4800 for my a used transmission and 9k for rebuild one from the authentic mini Ontario. Shop was only willing to send to official mini andecplained they do not work on transmissions. I paid 300$ for a full tank of gas and the gas, the exact same information back, and the quote. That's it. They explained to me they could not check my engine due to codes thrown from the transmission. I checked the health of my own engine by simply buying the tools for a compression check and more etc. just got quoted 3200 for the whole fix and 6 months warranty for a full replacement. Fixed the misfire myself it was a aftermarket valve cover that was creating an imbalance in pressure due to a shitty vacuum system design. Cool if you want a 100% authentic mechanic but they will not be saving you any money. Just depends on preference I guess. Upside they were very helpful communicative and patient. Just wasn't the place for my problem. read more

Unfortunately they are just sloppy, and the quote given for the job was outrageously expensive. Had a diagnostic for $170, but resulted in my center console being misaligned afterwards--sloppy and disrespectful to leave it in this state afterwards. Was quoted about $1700+ for a simple TCU replacement job that that was quoted $1000 less at another independent shop using new OEM parts!! Also provided quotes for other maintenance work but was also found to be absolutely unreasonably expensive. I have no idea why the reviews are so good given they will completely gouge you. NOT RECOMMENDED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID. read more
