Decent price for transfer case fluid change and the work was done in timely manner with OEM fluid. The only thing I want to mention is the owner didn't call me for picking up the vehicle after the work has been done there is only a text message. I have to call by myself to confirm if the vehicle is ready to be picked up so I wish the communication is a bit more better. Another thing I want to mention is the quote I got for changing B58 engine spark plugs and automatic transmission fluid change are definitely on the high side even higher than the BMW dealer's price that is wild! read more

I went in for an oil change and they noticed something in my car that was leaking advised I take it back to the BMW dealership and just say I notice some black drips by my front tires. I did that and it was covered under warranty for something that would've cost $1500 seem very honest and respectful. Pricing was good as well. read more

I absolutely recommend this shop. I had an issue with a spark plug thread and spoke to about five shops and sent pictures, and took it to one shop. Every shop I spoke with said i would need to pull the head and send it off, a couple even saying the head had to be replaced. I searched around for weeks and found Precision German Performance. Kyle was very helpful from the start and confident it could be repaired. They were able to properly repair my thread without pulling the head or sending it off, saving me time, money, stress and anxiety. My BMW suddenly showed a yellow check engine light, so I called Khaled at this repair shop. To my surprise, he told me I could bring the car in right away for an inspection. After I arrived, they performed a quick check, and within about 15 minutes, they had everything fixed. It turned out not to be a big issue, and they even cleared the error codes for me -- all free of charge! I'm truly grateful to Sam and Khaled for their help and excellent attitude.
