I took my 2014 Porsche Cayenne for diagnosis "check Engine" light. I was told to visit first thing in he morning so I did. But no appointment were made. I had to wait more than half days to get my car checked for 30 min or so? Then, I was told the parts was loose and it was fixed. I drove off and 2 min the light on again. Now Marshall told me another story the part is not for the Porsche but VW and I should have the one for Cayenne to get the light off. I replaced the part again and the light still come on. I PAID $180 for the diagnosis and it was nothing but wasted of $$$. I called back and ask if they can check again and they told me Marshall no long work there and give up they cannot check on my car but bring to the Porsche dealer. They also told me they haven't got the latest Porsche diagnosis software. So, they just used old info to run my car to check. I guess they don't want to spend $$ to proper repair our cars since it is too expensive to do so? Precision? What is? The charge it? read more

Took a mini cooper in and told them my transmission was messed up. Also explained I had an engine misfire if they could check my engine too just for an update on health and to diagnose it. I explained that my car was not shifting from 3rd to 4th correctly. The solenoid was obviously bad. Weeks went by and when I went to pick up my car I was told 4800 for my a used transmission and 9k for rebuild one from the authentic mini Ontario. Shop was only willing to send to official mini andecplained they do not work on transmissions. I paid 300$ for a full tank of gas and the gas, the exact same information back, and the quote. That's it. They explained to me they could not check my engine due to codes thrown from the transmission. I checked the health of my own engine by simply buying the tools for a compression check and more etc. just got quoted 3200 for the whole fix and 6 months warranty for a full replacement. Fixed the misfire myself it was a aftermarket valve cover that was creating an imbalance in pressure due to a shitty vacuum system design. Cool if you want a 100% authentic mechanic but they will not be saving you any money. Just depends on preference I guess. Upside they were very helpful communicative and patient. Just wasn't the place for my problem. read more

Unfortunately they are just sloppy, and the quote given for the job was outrageously expensive. Had a diagnostic for $170, but resulted in my center console being misaligned afterwards--sloppy and disrespectful to leave it in this state afterwards. Was quoted about $1700+ for a simple TCU replacement job that that was quoted $1000 less at another independent shop using new OEM parts!! Also provided quotes for other maintenance work but was also found to be absolutely unreasonably expensive. I have no idea why the reviews are so good given they will completely gouge you. NOT RECOMMENDED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID. read more

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable with my E36 M3 when I had a window issue. I recently had alot of maintenance done at another local shop and although they did a great job, I felt more comfortable with his experience with this particular car. I will be bringing my cars in to him from now on since he actually personally owns the same cars I have and would know the common issues and how to fix them. Very honest shop and the pricing was very fair. Also wanted to note that I requested he install an aftermarket exhaust I purchased, but after removing my oem one, I was missing all the exhaust hangers and he didn't charge me for the labor... I was looking for an honest shop that won't overcharge for service I needed for my BMW and I decided to try Percision German Performance based on great reviews. I met with Marshall and he was awesome. The coolant piple from the cylinder head to the expansion tank is cracked and he told me that BMW has issued a service action for this issue. This meant that BMW will fix it for free. He could have sold the service but he was honest and told me the way to save money. They just earned my business going forward.
