The first time I went in, it was because my Mercedes would get stuck in drive, which is actually worse than it sounds. After all, like, how do you stop your car and actually get out of it if you can't get it out of drive? But anyway. I had to buy a whole new gear shifter. That sucked. It cost more than I wanted it to. But I had to have it. I also hadn't had my car serviced in a long time. They serviced it. Their prices were normal. The shop people were cool. I was running late to pick it up & they waited for me and were nice and decent about it. I appreciated that. I went here the second time when my check engine light came on after driving to Orange County from San Francisco. And it was not an "askew gas cap" type of check engine light. It was the "lurching car when you shouldn't be moving" type of check engine light. I left work early and limped the car over to their shop. They fixed the car while I waited and won my heart in the meantime. Granted, it took most of the afternoon, but I left driving the same car I drove over there. And it was fixed. And it only cost me like $310 or something. And that pleased me immensely. read more

Had a rattle in my BMW X5M suspension. Took it in thinking that I'd need some suspension work. They allowed me to bring in my own parts, which a lot of shops don't allow. When they got it up on the rack, they found a bolt was loose. They tightened it up then test drove it. That's all that was needed. They could have continued with the repair and used the parts I gave them, but they were honest and only did what was needed: a simple bolt tighten. Then they didn't charge me at all for the service. This shop is top notch. They already came in at the lowest quoted cost, allowed customer supplied parts, and then when none of it was needed, they fixed the issue for no charge. I've come to Beemer & Benz a couple times for work on my M340i. From performance mods like a downpipe install and spacers. To complex repair work like replacing my faulty oil pump, this shop can handle it all. Everyone in the shop is friendly and the work is well done. Pricing is competitive and honest, which is hard to find for Euro cars. Will definitely be back in the future to install coilovers and any other complex maintenance. read more

I was there 3 weeks ago because my AC was not working and blowing hot air. I brought it in and first they said they'll do a diagnostic for $200-250. So, overpriced (in my opinion) because I'm a female. They always try to get the ones who (they think) have no knowledge in auto. Anyways, they took my vehicle to the back, then later the worker comes and tells me my fan is broken and that my car was overheating. The warning light on my car was on for two weeks now, I have never had any other issues but the AC blowing hot air. This guy Steve comes out of nowhere, probably watching from his camera and says that my car is leaking and overheating, it's not drivable and that I needed to leave it there. Such bullshit! It looks like they poured some water on the floor. I can't believe these crooks. I never had a drop of water or leakage coming from my vehicle. I would know because the car is parked in my garage and I would have seen it. You guys need to be careful with this guy Steve. He made up this whole BS story about my car; made it sound worse than what it was.  So, I told him, "Let me think about it" and that I needed to leave for an appointment.   My car was pulled up to the front, and it started making this loud noise and then it had trouble starting. I had brought my vehicle in another time before and the same thing happened. They keep blaming it on my battery, but the battery is new. I'm not sure what they're doing to my vehicle but each time I get it back it has trouble starting. On normal days I have never had this issue. It's every time they take in my vehicle. So, I told Ben about the issue, which is the guy I've been dealing with all along. He kept telling me they didn't do anything to the car. Then here comes Steve again! Good grief! This guy is really controlling and has a mouth on him. I think that's why they send him out to do the negotiation. He can be intimidating for some people. Steve starts to chime and raises his voice at me (I'm alone for your information) so they think they can just bully and harass me. He got so angry out of nowhere because I told him my car wasn't like this before I brought it in and why is it having trouble starting?  This guy went from 0-100 quick! He is extremely rude and has anger issues. It's scary to deal with someone like that. Just because we have a disagreement on something, it doesn't give you the right to scream at me.   Fast forward to everything, thank goodness my car finally started working again.   I didn't want to leave a review, but I think other people should know about how these people treated me and what a fraud they are. The worst customer service. And if you're a female, don't bring your vehicle here because they will rip you off for sure!   Also, I got the issue fixed with my car the following day and there was no leakage. I also included a photo of the water puddle they said that came from my vehicle.‍ I Can't believe there are such people like this in this world. Especially, when they're a business owner. The whole staff is respectful and competent. I recommend them without hesitation. Once, I called in panic with my tire pressure low. David helped me even thought they close earlier on Saturday's. He explained that weather affects pressure and that my run flat tire can go for a while even with damage. He was extremely patient and respectful even though this was probably a very simple problem. Dave, who owns Beemer & Benz, came highly recommended by a friend. Not knowing what to expect, I took his recommendation and made an appointment. Upon arrival, Dave greeted me personally, and after a few minutes discussing the issues/symptoms going on with my 650i convertible, he took control right away. He scanned my car to fully understand everything that was going on with my car-even things I wasn't aware of. He and his team, which by the way are all amazing and very knowledgeable, took my car into their shop and quickly identified and fixed the issues with my car one by one, focusing on the ones most important to me. $200 for diagnosis is a rip off. I work at a car dealership and our diagnosis are cheaper than that

I went there for a car inspection and I was told there are some leaks and was recommended few changes and given expensive quotes. When I called another carshop to confirm and double check the leaks, the guy from other shop was honest and he suggested me that if you found out any leaks regarding emission related part, it would be covered with bmw under sulev warranty. Beemer&benz did not inform me about this at all. So I went to bmw dealership and ask them to inspect. Bmw dealership found nothing from the given list of Beemer&benz shop, except one issue with radiator. And I was quoted for ~$800 by beemer&benz for that issue but bmw dealership did it for free due to sulev warranty. read more

Customer service: stellar, all members of staff and the owner spent time getting to know me and building a relationship. The are family oriented and operate with integrity and open communication. Maintance: My 2013 Mercedes has 125k+ miles on it. I brought it in for maintance. Not only was maintenance completed in a timely fashion but the price was not only reasonable but fair. I chose to wait for the repair to be completed and David (the owner) made time for every person who came in, (even folks who were in a hurry) One observation that was stand up was watching a long time customer come in with a BMW SUV that they were going to purchase. David was able to inform them that codes had been reset, and that the vehicle had most likely been in an accident. He could have easily let them but the car and then do service but instead let them know as much information that the family needed to make a decision to purchase the vehicle. In short, if you are looking for someone to service your vehicle, that is fair, transparent, no nonsense, family oriented. I would recommend this company to you everyday of the week. The price is not the least expensive however it is fair and in fact a great value. Will be having my vehicles serviced there. read more
