I would like to share that this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had when dealing with aftermarket car parts. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I had to reach out to Adam multiple times for updates. It took three separate attempts for me to finally receive a wing without issues. On the first attempt, the wing arrived with missing paint and noticeable paint drips. I was told this was how it came from the factory. Upon picking up my vehicle, I also noticed multiple handprints and dirt on the tail and surrounding areas of the car, which had not been cleaned. During the second attempt, the wing was replaced, but it had several scratches in different areas. For a $2,000 wing, I expect it to be delivered clean and free of any damage or defects. On the third attempt, I waited for Adam to arrive so he could personally inspect the scratches. He retrieved another wing from inventory, and I inspected it carefully to ensure there were no scratches or damage. The wing was then replaced on the spot. Overall, I believe this business would benefit from making improvements in communication, inventory inspection, and quality control. Updating my review in hopes the owner Moe will reach out. This update is due to over a year long period of contacting the company and always getting a response that they need to ask Moe it doesn't seem like a warranty process is set in place. Not sure if the various people I've spoken to ever get to relay my issue to Moe because he always seems to be on some sort of business trip and I get it he's a busy guy running the show but it would be nice to receive a response. The clear coat on my wing was resprayed before I picked it up due to some quality issues and the parts being made to order so I'd like to hopefully use my warranty and have it re cleared. Super disappointed with Auto Addict's customer service. 12/12/25 I purchased a spoiler for my son's Mustang as a Christmas gift. In early January, he was in an accident and his car was totaled before the spoiler was ever opened or installed. The part is still brand new, unopened, and in the original packaging. When I contacted Auto Addict, I was told they would not accept a return because it was "well" outside their 30-day policy. In reality it's only around 2.5 weeks outside their 30 day policy. I was hoping since it was a Christmas gift, they would take that timing into consideration . However, they said they do not offer any type of holiday extension or exception -- and showed zero compassion for the situation. I understand policies, but good businesses also show basic human understanding. This was an unusual circumstance, and the product is still untouched. Instead, I'm now stuck with a spoiler I can never use. If you care about customer service and flexibility, this is not the company I would recommend. read more

Auto Addict screwed me out of $1300. This company has problems. It's easy to talk to someone when you want to order something, but after that, good luck. They also have integrity issues. I ordered a custom Z06 style spoiler for my Corvette. It looked good in the pictures they posted just taking a quick glance. When I received it 2 weeks after they promised it would arrive, I discovered the paint job had a few blemishes and scratches. I decided I could fix this myself versus returning a large item like this. I installed the spoiler. When I finished installation, I noticed that the right side was tilted more than the left side. Something only car enthusiast would definitely notice. I talked to Moe, the sales manager, who finally agreed that it was a manufacturing problem. He stated that he had to work with the manufacturer to fix it, but he would get it fixed and send me another one. He had me file a claim with their insurer stating it was damaged in shipping. They paid him to ship another one. Another few weeks went by before I was able to finally reach him. He stated that the manufacturer agreed to fix it, but he could not send me another one until he sold the other 250 units he had in stock. He basically told me he was going to sell the other 250 units that he knew was defective before he could place another order with the fixed spoilers. This is a big problem with integrity, and it's fraud. After 2 more months, he sent me pictures of the supposedly fixed spoilers. He had measurements of part of the area that was off, but only part of the area. It looked okay in the pictures. It was better, but still off, so I accepted the order based on the pictures. Got it installed and it was still obviously off, just not as bad. In the pic, look at how the winglet on the right is tilted higher than the left side. Can no longer reached him. Emails go unanswered. The clerks that answer the phones keep telling me he is unavailable and he will call back. By the way, they all seem let you're bothering them when you call, kind of rude, not professional. Anyhow, I guess it's time to take them to small claims court. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER through Auto Addict USA do not let them steal your money!! Over a month ago my body shop ordered a bumper, fog lights and a conversion kit. They received everything but the fog lights. Today the body shop calls me and says they called these people and weren't able to get an ETA on the fog lights that these people have MY money for and asked me to call. I call just to get a VERY RUDE lady saying the "higher up management" was on the other line with the body shop (LIE). There is NO higher up management in the building. I asked over 15 times to be transferred to this manager. I get this guy who wants to say MY money that was given to the body shop to do the repairs isnt MY money its theirs. He rudely hangs up. I tried to call back for over an hour with no answer. I finally get through to another gentleman who seemed like he was going to help, I was placed on hold and than hung up on. I try for another hour to call, no answer. I call from a different number and I get told that they can't speak to me, the body shop has to call. Again I was asked by the body shop to call because 1 they have more important things to do besides play phone tag or spend all day trying to get ahold of someone and 2 because my car is DONE but waiting on fog lights that was ordered almost 2 months ago!! But on their website it clearly states it takes 2-3 days to process the order and 5-7 days for shipping. This place is a scam!! I will continue to leave reviews and contact the BBB until someone tells me what's going on with fog lights or refunds my money!!! I've called once every month just to see if there's any updates. So what do you know I get zero response and they ship it 2 days after I tell them not to then told oh can get it back and charge you the $300 US shipping. What a scam. I then had to take 2 days off work as they threatened to just deny delivery and charge me. One day of to deal with getting a broker and filling all that out then it comes the day they are going to deliver and I get a call saying oh we drive a transport can't deliver it to your address. I have to say that I am very disappointed. I have been reaching out to you since 6/29/23 and now it has been over a month and nobody has bothered to reach out to me. I sincerely regret having received these taillights from your company as a gift from my son. This is very unfortunate because I really do like the taillights, but the circuit boards for the wiring harness are not protected from water. I have been pulled over 2 times now and I have received warnings about my brake lights being out. I am going to have to take the taillights off of my car, because I can't get a wiring harness to replace the faulty harnesses you have sent me as replacements for the 1st ones that went bad. I am not happy about doing this, because I have to take my rear bumper off the car just to replace the taillights with the Factor tail lights in order to drive my car. I only put about 5000 miles on my car a year and I can't even do that this year because the brake lights do not work. I even looked at the website to try and buy additional harnesses so that if something happens with the new set, I would have backup harnesses to replace them until you come up with a better design to protect the harnesses. However, you do not sell the harnesses. What can I do to either get new harnesses or return the taillights and look at buying them somewhere else. read more

Bought a bumper in January 2024 weight of the lower part of the bumper caused the upper grille to split and Crack horizontal. Messaged them because they have a 1 year warranty they have been super unresponsive. Bumpers still hanging be a week. On top of that since the bumpers about 3 inches lower now because of no support it caught something on the road and smash into my AC condenser causing it to Crack and leak. read more

The fact that I created an account specifically for this review should say enough! I ordered some headlights over two months ago in mid June. I waited about two weeks and decided to call to see if there was an update on when these would ship out. I was told that they were being ordered to their warehouse and I should receive an update two or three weeks in to July. I obliged and waited an entire month for an update that I never received. After reaching out and basically begging for an answer I was finally told that I should receive an update within the end of the week. That was last week and I still haven't been contacted on any of the emails/texts that i've sent. At this point I just want my money back. They never answer and it seems that they prioritize only their local clients. If you're not going to care for your customers you should stay local and close your online shopping. read more

Refused to take the bumper back, told me it was fine to take it to a body shop they would know what to do.. so I did the body guy told me the bumper was trash and to come and get it nothing he could do.. the grills would not go in fully, bottom lip was so warped it was 1/2 inch off from the tabs. I sent my 2022 ZL1 off to Moe for a full custom build. I spent a ton of money with the company. My car looks absolutely gorgeous, they did a very good job. The problem I have with this company is how horrible they are with communication. Initially, Moe will seem responsive and treats you like you are a top customer. Eventually that will fade and he will dodge your calls, not respond and leave you waiting days, if not weeks, to respond. Once my car was delivered back to me, it was damaged. Moe made a lot of excuses about taking too long to file a claim, then he agreed to give me $825 out of the $1025 in damages. I agreed to settle and then he ghosted me. I still haven't heard from him. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. This company is very shady and do not let the good attitude that Moe Initially displays, fool you.
