I recently purchased a RV toy hauler trailer to pull with my 2019 half-ton Ram Rebel. As soon as I took the rv off the lot, I noticed my rear sagging and my steering being affected. I called a few shops to see if they could install an airbag system, but since I have a 6 inch BDS lift on my truck they wouldn't entertain it. Finally I got referred to Industrial Motoring and from the start Ryan was up front and honest with me. Since I had such a tall lift, a custom kit would have to be manufactured for me. Ryan explained everything that would be done in detail to allow me to fully understand the reasoning for the custom built. The kit was built and installed just in a few days and my truck was ready for the hauling. Now I have no sag and the ride is completely smoother and safer. This shop did a banging job on my 4Runner! I purchased a full suspension system for my Toyota 4Runner independent from the shop: Toytec front coil-overs, rear shocks, and rear coils as well as Icon UCAs. I honestly don't have the patience/time to install the lift myself. So I wanted a skilled professional shop to install my suspension. I asked around for quotes and Greg from Industrial Motoring provided me the most fair price. I must have asked at least 10 shops in the LA area. Greg was the most responsive and easiest to talk to. I will first say this is the last thing I wanted to do. Greg was great to work with in the beginning of my truck build that started in December of 2020. I placed a deposit for a 30+k build on my truck. I know about shipping delays and all that and the truck finally was able to be worked on in July of 2021 minus some key components. I paid to have Willwood big brakes on the front and back but those didn't make it in time. We still did all the other work and all is well. Now July 2022 I still don't have my brakes or money back so I can just order them myself. I have tried countless times to reach out and either get different stories or just ignored. Brian is the MAN! I was looking to lift my 2017 GMC 2500HD and found Industrial Motoring as a distributor for one of the kits I was looking at. Initially I was just looking to purchase the suspension from them, take it home and install myself. After speaking with Brian a few times, I decided to let them install the BDS Coilver kit AND ended up buying the wheels/tires from him also. He clearly knows his stuff and was super helpful every time I spoke with him. There was even an issue that came up during the install causing them to need the truck overnight. The truck was suppose to be finished same day, so I didn't have a ride planned out to get home from work. He offered to pay for my Lyft ride home and back to work the next day. That's some great customer service right there. Although I was bummed not to have my truck back that day, I was blown away with how he handled the situation and grateful I took it to Industrial Motoring and not some other shop. I wanted to powder coat my wheels from aluminum silver to shiny black but it was difficult to find a shop that would pull the wheels, bust off the tires, powder coat, re-mount and balance the tires. Industrial Motoring did it all. Greg the owner was so nice, efficient, got me in within a day or two after our first contact and the car was done when he promised at a reasonable price. They even cleaned up some burrs and scrapes I had on the wheels. The wheels look awesome! After the wheels were done, I went and had the car wrapped in Matte deep black and the contrast of the shiny wheels is just what I wished for. Thank you Greg and crew! Run! A total comedy of errors. It took 4 times bringing my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 back to finally realize Industrial Motoring does not know what they are doing. All I wanted was larger tires on the truck. I wanted to keep stock wheels. Greg advised to go with 37" tires and stock wheels with a 3" Cognito kit. He assured that the tires would clear as his shop did this work all the time. After installing the kit, the tires rubbed on the frame of the truck and limited the turn radius. Their solution: buy aftermarket wheels. No apologies just spend more money. So we did. After installing the new wheels, the tires rubbed on the fenders and body of the truck. Their solution: cut away the fenders and body. So they did. After that, still rubbing. Their solution: cut away more of the truck. Which they did. After that, they assured me no more rubbing. Reality: still rubbing and so much so that while turning, the tires ripped off the left lower fender. And now a loud squeak out of the right control arm bushing. I contacted Greg and conveyed my sincere disappointment, asking for his solution and what would be different this time. His solution: more cutting and/or pay another $3,000 to get a bigger lift. What a complete disaster. Good riddance. I contacted Cognito and explained the situation. They confirmed that I was the 3rd call in the last 2 months. They advised me to go to a different off-road shop 5 miles away that they recommended. I did. The other shop fixed everything in one afternoon and now the truck runs great. They also found that Industrial installed the rear shocks upside down. After going to the other shop recommended by Cognito: No rubbing. No squeaking. Shocks installed correctly. Everything runs great now. I do not recommend Industrial Motoring. read more

Just like you will see in the other reviews - Greg and the guys he has at the shop do great work. I had the top 2 off road shops that pop up on yelp in orange county tell me that raptor take offs would not fit. i called Greg and he was able to assure me they would and they have done it before. The other thing about the those rebels/4wheel top 'yelp' spots will charge you double. I had bilstein 5100's put on all 4 and the raptor wheels put on as well as a new grill. Everything came out perfect and we didn't have to cut out my crash bars like the other 2 'top' shops wanted to and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper. read more

I was referred to this company from a friend. I was impressed with the way his truck looked and the quality of the work. Because my truck is only a 2 wheel drive and talking to many other companies and friends I was told to go with a 2" spacer in the front to get the ride I wanted. When I went into the shop I first spoke with Brian about the ride and look I wanted on my truck and he stopped me at the 2" spacer and gave me different advice and the reasoning behind his decision to refer the suspension solution we chose for my truck. Also I went in with a rim in mind but their rim display turned me onto the ones that are on my truck today. Not knowing what tire would look good on there Brian was very confident in his decision when he advised me about the Toyo tire. He told me I wouldn't be disappointed. He was right about everything and I'm very happy that I took his advice. My truck rides like a Cadillac I absolutely love the look and ride. When I need to get the tires rotated and balanced there is no hesitation when they tell me to bring it on down. The only issue I had with getting my rims was the company they ordered them from had shut down for a month so it took almost 120 days to get them into Industrial Motoring (Not Industrial Motoring's fault by any means). I had run the original tires on my truck bald really needed to get new tires on my truck. I only mention this because of the excellent costumer service I received during the delay. I was continuously getting updates every 2 weeks. Greg the owner and Brian both were on it. They didn't just say we haven't received them yet, they would call the company SOTA and get me a timeline and!continue to follow up on the order for the next 2 months and keep me in the loop. The day my rims were in port I knew about it and same with the day my rims showed up to the SOTA shop. Greg the owner called me to let me know and didn't make me wait at all, I had my truck in the shop the next day. All I can say is money well spent and I'm glad I was patient with this company and trusted them, they mean business and they do it very well. Read before thinking of using Industrial Motoring! I don't usually write reviews, however, I had such a horrible experience and was subject to the worst customer service at Industrial Motoring; I felt inclined to share immediately. Hoping that sharing my story will have others think twice before trusting this company. I took my BRAND NEW BMW X4 in to get my rims powder coated. Upon picking my car up from being worked on I immediately began experiencing performance issues with my car. The car had less than 100 miles on it, I never had any of these issues before dropping my car off. My car was now driving bumpy and very shaky. I was alarmed because a 2021 BMW which is a performance vehicle shouldn't be experiencing these issues. I called Greg (the owner of Industrial Motoring) and told him my car was shaking while I was driving and I had never experienced that before. Greg told me to come in 3 days later for them to check it out. I informed him I didn't feel safe driving my car this way for 3 days and I needed to bring it in the next day. The next day I brought my car in and he said the tires needed to be balanced ON MY BRAND NEW CAR. Following his instruction I allowed his team to balance my tires. After letting his team balance my tires, I drove my car home again and the problem was worse and now I heard a screeching sound coming from the breaks. I called Greg promptly and informed him that my car was driving even worse. I also sent him a video of the noise my vehicle was now making. I told him at this point I was taking my car to BMW to check it out and make repairs if needed. After dropping off my car to BMW I had to pay $90 for an inspection and another tire balance. I spoke with Greg and told him how disappointed I was with how my car turned out. I was completely inconvenienced because of the problems that his company caused on my car. Further, my safety was in jeopardy. He said he would reimburse me for the $90 I had to pay for the work at BMW. Following BMW's completion of service I sent him the receipt and asked when he would reimburse me. As expected based off previous actions, Greg never responded. I paid $1,500 at Industrial Motoring and my car was left driving horribly. At no point did Greg ever apologize for the work that resulted in my car not driving properly or try to reimburse me for any money I spent. I had to drive an hour each way to/from his location. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Greg was so very unaccommodating and he completely ghosted me. Must need the money badly. Shame on you! BEWARE!!!! read more

When you walk into the immaculate showroom and look through the floor to ceiling glass wall into the pristine shop, you already know you've come to the right place. If you're looking for high quality work at a fair price, then look no further. I was having difficulty finding an off-road suspension kit for my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. Everyone I spoke with would just tell me that it's not feasible because no one makes a kit for this model. Greg actually took the time to do some research and make some phone calls. He was able to verify that an Icon Tundra coil over and upper control arm kit would work with minor figment on the front end, and then get Icon to custom make some rear shocks including remote reservoirs. As they have a great relationship with Black Rhino Rim company, his pricing on my rims were less than everyone else. He did all of the work at a fair price and never tried to upsell me... if anything, he was more budget conscious than I was lol I'm still going to have them put a roof rack with lights, front and rear bumpers, rock sliders and a custom tail gate kit on it.
