Jason was very responsive via email and answered all of my questions and concerns prior to getting the work done on my Sequoia. Sibi helped me with new tires, rims, suspensions. They were very knowledgeable and walked me thru additional work related to the install. There were no up selling but Jason was happy to provide the knowledge to guide me with the whole built from start to finish.

I have always had the best luck working with Team Sibi on my builds. They are backed up for weeks but manage to squeeze people in. Jason has the secret sauce on alignments and Carson can install all matter of suspension and performance products. This time on my new build, they took on the chore of fixing my half-assed home install and then dialed in the alignment like always. This on top of installing the rear resi shocks. My truck handles outstanding now and I am no longer worried about shit tire wear or resi hoses being rubbed. Thanks Team Sibi!

I've known about this shop for a while but it's just so far from me that I never had a chance to go by there. Anyways when the time came to re build my shocks I hit them up and worked with Jason who explained the process and explained all the work that needed to be done. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle all dialed in and was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive to the shop. Really appreciate Jason and the crew

Sibi Built may have an unusual name, but it's an extraordinary specialty off-road shop that hardcore four-wheeling enthusiasts should absolutely know about. Located in Placentia, CA, this place is the real deal. I've only visited a few times, but each time I've been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, skill, and quality of work. Co-owners Jason and Carson--along with their highly trained techs--have built a reputation that's respected not just in California, but across the country. I've heard of people traveling from out of state just to have their rigs worked on here, and it makes perfect sense once you experience their service. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, especially in off-road setups. He has real-world experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex work clearly. Their shop handles everything in-house--from differential regearing and repairs, to custom one-off fabrication, general maintenance, and installation of high-performance off-road components--which means they maintain control over quality at every step. Most recently, I had my vehicle regeared with Revolution REM Polished 4.88's and ARB Air Lockers. The install was clean, precise, and done right the first time. I picked up my vehicle exactly when promised, and the interior was left spotless--no greasy fingerprints or anything moved, which matters a lot to me because I have a touch of OCD. That kind of care says a lot about their respect for customers. Choosing the optional REM-polished gears was a great decision--it helped reduce the critical break-in period typical with new gear sets. Everything worked as expected, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Yes, the pricing isn't cheap--but neither is their work. You're paying for quality, precision, and peace of mind. And in this kind of work, that's worth every penny. A true 5-star shop. Highly recommended!

Just got my King suspension installed on my 3rd gen Tacoma. These guys are amazing! Great quality work and service. Jason is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the OC or not, definitely worth a drive to Sibi Built! I'll definitely be back!

Took my GX460 here to upgrade my gears after adding some weight and 35" tires to my rig. Per Jason at Sibi, ended up with Evolution gears, 4.88, REM polished. I went with the REM polished gears to avoid the 500 miles break in period as I have upcoming trips approaching. So glad I re-geared. The constant torque I have now, it's like my V8 engine came back to life! Jason, Carson and crew did a fantastic job! Service was done within a day and they went beyond in inspecting the rest of my rig. Come to find out my tire carrier was installed incorrectly from a previous shop, my cmc was replaced with cheap metal and welded back poorly. Sibi Built helped correct those issues and also re-greased my suspension components. Just a great crew with honest work. You will have my business moving forward. Don't be fooled with some big name shops out there that you see on social media. I fell for the hype not knowing since this is my first Toyota/Lexus 4x4 vehicle. Some of the workmanship at these places have no clue what they are doing or just half ass it. It's really disappointing but that's the reality. Hard earn money was spent, I expect good quality work in return. I highly recommend this place for your 4x4 needs. They do it all and carry thousands of products. Sibi Built communicates by email. They rarely answer the phone as they are spending their time on their customers rigs. Just reach out and you will receive a reply within the day or so.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome of working with Sibi Built. My scope of work wasn't crazy (for them); wheels, tires, Bilstein 5100s, add a leaf in the rear and front/rear bump stops. I did a lot of research on "Taco" shops and concluded Sibi is really one of the best "specialty" shops in Cali, if not the Country. I knew I'd need to be patient going in, as this shop is in demand. As advertised, I reached out by e-mail with my needs and questions, and Jason and team were very communicative. The quote was right on as well. The truck's stance is amazing, the ride is spectacular compared to stock, and the rear feels much firmer pulling my trailer. Carson even took the time to explain the specs on my alignment. Thanks Jason and Carson.

Big thanks to @sibibuilt for going above and beyond on my Tacoma. These guys are the full package--professional, knowledgeable, kind as hell, and clean with their work. They handled the regear, dual battery system, suspension upgrades, and power management like pros. Zero shortcuts, just top-tier execution. You can tell they actually care--about the work and the customer. If you're trying to build a truck that performs and looks this good? Hit up Sibi. No hype, just facts. Appreciate the whole crew--this thing came out better than I imagined.

If you're looking for a shop that does quality work at competitive prices, this is the place for you. Jason and the crew truly know their stuff. Over the years I've brought my 4Runner in for a suspension upgrade, alignment, CMR, and a full shock rebuild--and every time I've been more than satisfied. Planning to come back at the end of the year for a regear. I'll continue to support them and refer anyone I know without hesitation.

What a great experience at Sibi Built with Jason and his guys. They were communicative and helpful at each step of the build. From the start I felt confident they would execute high quality craftsmanship. They fine tuned my 4Runner to each of my specifications truly taking it to the next level. From the increased preload on my King coilovers, new rear springs, 34 inch Toyo Tires, and Cab mount chop (Body Mount Chop), & 4x4 service everything was top notch! The alignment alone is worth every penny. Such great personable people. I would personally recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on their vehicle! Go to SIBI BUILT

If you're in socal Looking for regear work especially, you most likely have heard of Sibi built. I dropped my truck off there for regearing, Eaton lockers front and rear , suspension install and body mount relocation. I've got to say they live up to their reputation. Yes they are busy and it's for a reason. But I recommend being patient, regearing and any significant work is worth waiting and getting done by people with attention to detail. Email is the best way to get in touch otherwise their phones would be ringing non stop. Once you get in they don't rush you, answer all questions, and I appreciate how professional Jason and team were, no salty guys here. They also give you a print out of how to break in your gears, and when to come back for the diff flush. I decided to keep my tundra for as long as possible so I'm glad I went with them to build what I want. I'll definitely be back.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

Project Import is one of those rare shops. What separates them isn't just the quality of the work, it's the level of thought that goes into every decision. They don't just ask what problem you're trying to solve today; they ask where you want the car to be years from now and build accordingly. Every recommendation is made with the long-term goal in mind. I've brought them some complicated issues on my 1JZ-swapped E30, and at every step they've been realistic, honest, and incredibly meticulous. If something needs attention, they'll tell you. If something doesn't need to be replaced, they'll tell you that too. No upselling, no shortcuts, no guessing. Just real diagnostics and real solutions. What I appreciate most is that they refuse to take the easy route if it's not the right route. A lot of shops will get a car out the door as quickly as possible. Project Import takes the time to do things properly the first time. In the long run, that actually makes their work a bargain because you're not paying another shop to redo it six months later. Their fabrication, attention to detail, and workmanship are top-notch, but honestly the biggest value is the trust. When they tell me something, I believe it. When they recommend a path forward, I know it's because it's the best solution for the car, not because it's the most profitable solution for them. At this point, I won't take my cars anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop that's honest, highly skilled, forward-thinking, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, Project Import has earned my highest recommendation.

Greater attention to detail and double-checking completed work would significantly improve the customer experience.
