I sourced a replacement engine, they did an expert job installing it for me at a reasonable cost. When that engine failed under warranty (no fault of Integrity) they helped me through the warranty process, and quickly got the new warrantied engine installed, with the same care and expertise as the first one. Had them also install the front end rebuilt kit for me, had one minor issue (again, not their fault) and they took care of it for me immediately. Thank you Henry Jr for making the journey this truck has been a lot less painful and for your help and guidance along the way. I've been going to them for a decade now and will continue to do so as long as I am able, and would recommend them to anyone. Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.

Absolute worst shop ever I'm surprised they are still in business, they had our 89 bronco for…read moretransmission clunks leaks and just barely driving and have it for a few weeks and call almost daily about needing money or issues they want to fix, and they gave it back still clunking leaking and shifting hard claiming that it's "normal" bring it back a second time for fixes on that. They have the truck for two whole weeks with no communication so I call for an update just to be given the run around of things they have done to fix the issues, and they tell me they took everything apart and inspected the rear main seal they claimed to install, all come to find out nothing happened to the truck for the whole two weeks it was there on top of that they broke both front door panels (not sure how that effects transmission. And also added some nice scratches and door dings, broke the driver window motor and multiple vacuum hoses on top of the motor from pure negligences or that is just how they do business either way avoid they hate to have a customer they can't screw over just like many of the other reviews on here. Only leaving this here because the owner offered to make it right and pay for the motor or give some money back and hasn't contacted since so I feel it's fair to warn others not to risk their vehicles under the care of golden transmissions.
