I went for my regular oil/filter change before a long trip in my RV. I asked if they could check the brakes, as I noticed a sign about brake checks. They said they could only check the front brakes. They said they checked them and they were fine. They did NOT check them and they were NOT fine! On my trip in Oregon, I felt I needed to have them checked AGAIN. I needed all new rotors and pads (complete brake job) The worst issue was the front! When I checked the paperwork on Jiffy Lube, it said they did NOT check. I asked them twice and they confirmed that they checked the front and they were good. I did stop by to talk to the manager upon my return. He had just left. Supervisor was not helpful. Horrible that they would lie like this, knowing how dangerous it could be with all the driving, mountains, passes. Could have been really bad!

They are always friendly, efficient, consistent and thorough by checking all the fluids and lights to make sure everything is in working order. No lie, my last service took 15 minutes with no wait. He also had his prices up front and was honest about what things would cost before coming in unlike other shops where they will only give you an estimate after a diagnosis. I came in for an A/C repair and he also suggested to replace my serpentine belt which I also did. When I came to pick up my car he informed me also did additional repairs free of charge, including fixing an oversight caused by my previous mechanic which caused a hissing noise. He did a series of tests to see what was working and anything that may become an issue in the future, just for my knowledge. He also pulled my CarFax report for free without me even inquiring! He took the time to explain how my tailgate and its different components worked, even printing out a diagram for me so I could clearly understand my options. We discussed ways to prevent my tailgate from being tampered with or stolen in the future, and he explained what would be my best options based on safety, longevity, and cost-effectiveness. He took time after I had already left to research the right parts that would achieve what I wanted without unnecessarily driving up the cost. It's the behind the scenes work like this that I appreciate the most. His recommendations were confident and knowledgeable, but I never once felt pressured. For example, Francisco let me know that I needed an oil change, but he never tried to push me into getting one that day. He understood that my immediate concern was the tailgate, and he respected that. I was actually the one who asked whether he performed oil changes. I've had unnecessary services pushed on me, been ignored when asking questions, or been made to feel like I shouldn't try to understand what was being done to my truck. That was absolutely not my experience here. Francisco explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my choices. It's impossible not to feel safe and taken care of when he is working on your vehicle and walking you through your options. When I recently noticed a problem with my radio, I immediately called FNP to ask whether Francisco could look at it when I return to have a safety guard installed on my tailgate. He added it to my notes, and now I can let go of that worry knowing he'll examine it and tell me honestly what the best next step is. Their administrative workflow has been perfected to allow for notes like this, quotes being sent and accepted/denied, etc. The process is smooth, start to finish.
