They broke my car and blamed me. I brought my car to this place for an oil change and tire rotation. They could not unscrew the lug nuts but forced it anyway and broke the lug nuts. The owner told me to go buy a new set of lug nuts and pay for it out of pocket and bring it back another day because it wasnt their mistake then he WALKED AWAY from me. Very very unprofessional and rude. Now that the lug nuts are broken. I feel unsafe driving at high speed on the freeway. I dont trust that the wheels are fully and securely connected to the car. Btw, the wheels cant be removed/rotated anymore. It will cost me $200 to fix that. Last but not least, they topped off my car coolant with TAP WATER. I caught it red handed. They put tap water in the coolant bottle to make customers think it's coolant. Tap water will evaporate and cause your car to overheat easily. This is a very expensive repair. AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND YOUR LIFE.

I've been going here for a year now and while they're not exactly Whole Foods quality customer service, I think they're nice enough in the gruff distant uncle kinda way. I like that they're very reasonable in price and don't try to rip you off like other places. I also think they're pretty fast and you can get an oil change in like 15 minutes. Once you become a regular like me, they are even nicer and try to do extra things like top off my coolant and inflating my tires. They also don't charge labor for the small stuff like tire changes and oil changes. Parking gets a little confusing when they get super busy and crowded, but you can park on the side streets of they have no room and they'll move it later. Some of them know English, but it kinda is recommended to bring a Vietnamese friend/relative. They also accept Visa and MasterCard. All in all, I think they're solid even though it's kinda ghetto looking but it's cheap and good work!

Make sure you agree on the pricing before the services. Owner tend to jack up the price after services is done. REALLY IMPORTANT...

Today is a bit of a bittersweet moment. After about 6 years of loyal customer service and about…read more$15,000 later between two cars, it was time for me to call it quits on repairing my Silverado... I don't feel bad blood or any sketchy feelings toward anybody at the shop. I just feel it's dumb luck and just plain bad luck on my part for having such a faulty truck. Everybody at the shop has done an amazing job helping me out. Will at the front counter is an amazing person who goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to make the pricing work for you.. Trey is an amazing technician who knows exactly what he's doing and sends detailed videos and reporting of everything he inspects. Unfortunately my truck started leaking and it was a faulty water pump. The same water pump I replaced 4 years ago at the exact location here at autolink. Again, I don't feel any sketchy feelings. I don't feel any kind of way. I just feel frustrated that the same water pump would go out after 4 years. I feel like something like that just doesn't happen. Even with that, I'm in a position in my life where I can't and don't have the resources to do anything further with this vehicle. About 2 weeks ago, maybe three. I replaced the complete brake system in my vehicle and it cost me about $2,000. Today I got the estimate for the water pump repair and it was $1,500. This is on the higher end of any shop repair. Again? I feel it's worth it because of the work they do, but to be honest, I feel something more should have been done to either prevent the water pump from breaking down again or getting some kind of warranty for that water pump that just happened to break down once again after 4 years. In the back of my mind, I can't stop thinking about the fact that something like this just doesn't happen that often. Water pumps don't break down that often. Anyway, that aside again, I hold no bad feelings toward this shot because I highly recommend them to everybody. They are on the higher end of the pricing ever since they started getting more clientele and more business. That is something that is to be expected I guess. Even with that, they were able to bring down the price significantly, and I appreciated it ever so much. At the same time I had to explain that at this time in my life I I can't and will not continue to repair this truck. I picked up the truck from the shop, drove it home and it's going to be sitting in my driveway for a few months until I figure out what I'm going to do with it. I have to save money to fix it because I do want to keep it and pass it down to my kid because after $15,000 worth of repairs I think it's pretty much brand new and should hold up for my son for a few years. Thank you everybody at the shop, Jay, will, Trey all the mechanics that I haven't met. They are detailed and explain what needs to be done with great reporting and paperwork. I will not be going back for a while. I'm going to save up some money. Get a new car and when the time comes I'm going to fix the truck and pass it down to my kid when he's old enough to drive. But I am seriously done with this truck. It has been nothing but a money pit. Again, I hold no bad blood, no hard feelings toward anybody at the shop. I just feel some kind of way about the same part breaking down 4 years later and me having to fix it at the exact same place with no kind of warranty.

I'll start by saying that I am a procrastinator. I wait to get something fixed until it is…read moreABSOLUTELY necessary and there is no way around it. With that being said, I went in for a routine oil change and asked them to changed a headlight bulb that was out and I needed new wiper blades as well. I dropped off the truck and received a follow up call a few hours later explaining to me a previous existing issue with the wiring of the REAR tail lights. I completely forgot that I had said I would see about maybe getting it taken care of the "next time" I went in for an oil change. Well, today was that "next time" and not only did I have faulty wiring in the rear tail lights, but also faulty wiring on the headlights as well. All this after going in for a routine oil change. I'm not mad, it was to be expected; it's an older truck about 20 yrs old. I was not prepared for all the work that needed to be done and I was ready to postpone that work until the "next" oil change... but- They called me up and explained all my options, clearly explained all issues at hand and worked with me to get all the repairs done within my budget. This is why I love these guys and am literally writing this review in tears because I truly feel appreciated when they work with me and are beyond professional in what they do. Thank you Sincerely, Auggie
