Bad customer service. I asked how much a tire replacement was and was told to go to the front. I asked if they meant to go to james auto center and a man said yes. I already went to James auto beforehand and was told to go to viet auto so I gave up and returned later. The man told me to go to the front again and I told him I already went to james auto and he was like 'no, the front side at the corner.' I admit I failed to see it because I always followed GPS to the other side of their body shop. But it was rude of him to retell the story of my mistake and laugh about it with his coworker. In front of me... That man continued to bicker with me about it. They said they would look at it, but never gave me a price as to how much it would be. Other body shops have, but they didnt. And I got charged for fixing nails from the tires when i could've had the tires replaced later in the day. I understand they didn't want me driving with nails in my car, but that was up to me to decide at least and know of the pricing before they worked on the car. I just wanted a quote, not for them to fix it. I am not coming back. read more

It started with a simple oil change which was extremely affordable. Michael helped us and was very honest with the type of oil our car needs and not just try to profit off customers. We definitely appreciate his honesty and was very nice! A week later we had issues with our ignition coils and we brought the car back. Salvador was very nice and answered all the questions I had. His customer service was great and very friendly ! I really like that Tony got straight to the point and also letting the customers know what to expect. I first visited this business when they were renting space from Big Ron's Body Shop and was happy with their service. They have since moved and expanded their services in their new, more spacious location on Joy Street. At my most recent visit everything went well. I had an oil change with oil and cabin air conditioning filters replaced. The mechanic found my front two tires were bald on the inside. From the outside view the tires looked fine, but when the mechanic crawled under the car he discovered the problem with the tires. This experience reinforced my positive opinion of this business because they are very thorough with their inspections. The prices are fair and as a woman I never felt I was taken advantage of. This is a very very later post FYI. Was referred to this shop by a good friend. My 2005 Honda pilot was going to 200+ miles. Needed a major tune up and engine swap. Viet and his team did their major. He even asked if I wanted to sell the SUV V8 to him. A gift from my mom that had so much value and this shop transformed the car as if it was new. Has another 100k on it for sure. Just picked up my Lexus LS460 from Viet / Tony today. He replaced all 5 control arms + bearing hub assembly + alignment for the rear driver side. A random guy hit the rear driver side tire, and it was super wobbly. All bent and misaligned. Suspension was destroyed! It couldn't be driven at all and needed to be towed. So I called Viet / Tony and he suggested I tow the car to his shop. He got the job done in 2 days! I dropped it off Friday noon, and picked it up Saturday 430pm. Incredibly fast service and extremely affordable price! You probably cannot find a more affordable price in town! The owner (Viet / Tony) is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Oh, he speaks English pretty well, too! If you have car issues, take it to him and you won't regret it. Can't even do a basic alignment is a big red flag, stay away from this shop especially dealing with the owner. My truck drove straight and had a centered steering wheel BEFORE I went to his shop, and still charged me $200. Don't bring your Ford Trucks here. Tony is not a good mechanic with no soul. Very rude. I am really picky who works on my earlier model, 1st gen Tundra truck as I have had a lot of people work on my truck that made errors, leaving me with questionable and unfinished repairs. The level of customer service from this auto shop is honestly not the best. Sure, there are great mechanics/workers, however, there is usually a language/communication barrier. Furthermore, the main person, who I believe is Tony, he can be quite rude. He doesn't explain things and gets mad/upset at you if you have a question. I'm not a car person and want to know if using this engine oil over another is better or if I should replace this part or trying to understand what is going on under the hood, which are questions that anyone should have the time to help someone be knowledgeable, but unfortunately he doesn't give you the time nor respect, but rather raises his voice and makes you feel like an idiot for asking these questions and not trusting that he knows what he is doing. Most of the time I feel that the prices he charges is mostly fair/reasonable, which is why I went to this shop. However, I truly wish that the level of respect/customer service could be much better. I understand that the shop is busy and that we are all busy, but there are certain rules that everyone should follow like being respectful. When something is wrong with our cars, we want to go to someone who will tell us and help us to understand if it is serious, something that can wait, or something that is just normal due to age of the car. I'm unsure of the other reviews and their interactions, but truthfully I don't appreciate the meanness/attitude that comes from this shop, especially when asking questions or wanting to use the recommended oil over another. read more
