They always show me exactly what the problem is before fixing it, and make recommendations (with prices) and how urgent the work is or isn't. They do my oil changes at an unprecedented speed and even my brand new tires were done quite fast. I have a Subaru and they've never had a problem with my parts. The only thing I had to order were my tires (I use special S&Ms)... and they only needed one day. I have referred others that have Toyota and Kia, and they have no complaints. The prices are more than fair.. sometimes I feel like maybe I'm robbing them!! My neighbor that I referred was quoted engine work at other places for well over $1000... she got it done with BC for less than $700 and it was done in a few hours versus all day.
