They have a customer lounge area that has a tv as well as complementary wifi, coffee, and water. The staff was honest and friendly. They performed a free brake inspection and gave me honest feedback on the brake pad level as well as the brake fluid change interval. Use to be Ron's Tires a long time ago... Pretty awesome and honest tire shop! Guy that works at the front is super cool and helpful! Free coffee and hot chocolate as you wait and they have a TV and Netflix to pass the time. There was a few cars in front of me I had to wait about an hour. Good and fair prices on tires! $15 installation for each tire! A brand new set cost me $300 + 60 for installation. Can't beat that price! Great, fast quality service. Rare to find. Drive in with my Yukon after hitting a pothole and severely damaging tire to where it was unsafe to drive. After calling around nearly 20 places and dealerships (Oem tires 2021) no one could do anything for me as it was a newer set, so I wanted the same tire. Drove in guys checked it out and told me right away if we don't have it here we'll find it. Didn't have it in so they drove to nearest warehouse and got it installed in 45 minutes. I was willing to pay more honestly at this point but they still have me a solid market price. They really treat you like a friend, it doesn't feel like a simple transaction. I needed some used tires because of my situation, and yet, I was able to get a new set at a reasonable and decent price. Recently my girlfriend had to get new tires for her car and what used to be a fairly painless but somewhat expensive process has gotten worse. I'm not sure if it's pandemic and supply chain related or something else but none of the tire shops we called around to had any of the needed tires in stock. These are not an unusual size. They're for a mid size suv. You would think most tire shops would have this size in stock but nobody did. Everybody would have to order them and have them shipped to their shop in a day or two. This was so odd to me. These were big chain shops too. We eventually ran across this place. Not only did they have multiple options in stock but they were far more reasonable than the other places we were getting quotes from. This shop was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than most other shops. Their installation fees were much cheaper as well. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and organized especially for a tire shop. Also, my previous mom and pop tire shop that was always my go-to has been bought out by one of the big guys so I guess this is my new go to for tires. read more

I called this place a day before to schedule an appointment for an alignment. I went it in, told him my car pulls to the right. Was told it would take an hour, so I went to eat at the burger spot next door. I came back and waited, and waited, and waited... it was definitely past the hour... I kept looking for any employee to see how much longer. I found a guy in a little office at his desk, he was helpful and called the guy over on the mic. The guy finally came & I asked how much longer because I have an appointment to get to and he said he would go check. So I waited some more. It took over 2 hours for an alignment... I was now late to my appointment! To make matters worse, less than 5 minutes into driving, I realize my car no longer pulls to the right... good. HOWEVER, now it pulls to the left!!! What the hell! I didn't want to go back, and I definitely didn't have time to sit and wait another 2 hours for them to fix what they were supposed to fix. This is ridiculous, what a waste of time and money. I will never return here nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know. I feel bad for the lady that went during her lunch break... she was there waiting with me and kept telling the guy she needed to get back to work a while ago. read more
