Not a bad wash. Not a great one but not a bad one. You enter through the side and find yourself in line to be speak to an attendant. As you wait you can review the many available washes available by looking up at the wash menu. Soon after the attendant asks your choice and you are off to the lounge to wait for your vehicle. This place is a bit old but it's comfortable. Once inside you find the clerk and pay for the wash. Cards and cash are accepted. Fortunately, there's a television there which is typically playing sports to help you pass the time. After a few minutes you step outside to check on your car. They seem to get quite busy as cars seem to get backed up and are waiting to be dried and have their interior cleaned. The attendant calls you to let you know your car is ready. Once complete you provide a tip and you're on your way. This is a basic carwash, with ok service. The prices are affordable and the location is interesting. read more

I was in the area and my car was in need of a nice wash, I found several locations nearby but this one was closest to me so I decided why not. Let me tell you this wash was probably one of the best, my car stayed shiny inside and out for almost 2 weeks, I paid around $30 some bucks, it took about 25 minutes, the dude washing my car did a great job. Yes the location can definitely use some updating, the inside was a mess with old busted couches and flies everywhere so I was definitely worried for a moment but then I got my car and all was forgiven, yes I did have to sit outside so I wouldn't have to swat away the flies from inside but the outcome was worth it. Its not like I was ordering food. I do agree with any business its best to look presentable to show you care about quality. So my advice here is definitely do not judge a book by its cover, these dudes washing your cars do a great job and it shows. read more

Been coming here for about two years now. They have the traditional drive thru wash but also offer handwash. When I bring my SUV, I do their regular wash but only handwash for my Tesla. On the weekends, I come at 8 am when they first open and it's usually a couple cars. Not too crowded. Staff is always nice. Been a regular here so they always greet me and know exactly what I want without me saying a word. They always take care of my baby. Never had any problems with my car not being clean. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT TRYING TO SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY, unlike other places! I went in asking for #4 and the guy taking in your car was like "why you don't need that" so I was okay with doing #3 but he said to get #2, it will cover everything I need AND I would be saving money. I never had someone talk me down to save money which was a nice change. I also love this place because everything is by hand, from washing to drying so I know my car isn't being damaged by the machine brushes from the drive thrus. After my first experience, I brought my moms car in and got the #2 again but because her car is an SUV, they charged an additional $2, which is completely fine since they have to put in more work to clean and dry the top of the car. So let me start by saying this is my favorite car wash. I would give 5 stars but I'm not happy with my last wash. The customer service is great and a lot of the guys are typically happy to see me and knows what wash and air freshener I want without even asking. They also usually do a really great job, they know I drive for Uber/Lyft and usually don't disappoint. However this last time I feel like it was done half a$$. And the thing is I always get that from this same person and still try to give him a chance because he's always so nice to me. I told him I would come back with the tip because I didn't have cash but when I noticed between the seats hadn't been vacuumed and some surfaces weren't cleaned even though I get the deluxe so the inside can be cleaned and polished. A few times before this same person also took all the change out of my car. So maybe I should say I don't want him anymore. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!! If I could rate zero stars, I would! Worst experience at a car wash I've ever had. I arrived at 11:30 am with my son. We were standing in the window waiting for my car to come through so he can watch, at 11:50 my car had not gone through but multiple people who arrived after me cars had gone through. The inside of my car was cleaned out so it couldn't have took this long to vacuum. I walked outside to see what was going on and FINALLY my car was next in the line so I remained patient and didn't say a word. It took about another 15-20 minutes to go through the wash. We waited at the end, when my car got to the end, it sat for 10 minutes. Again, I remained patient thinking maybe they're understaffed. At 12:45, the worker walked to my car, looked at me and said "you need to take". I said "excuse me, it's your job to pull the car out and finish the job." He said "I can't because they didn't even wash it so take it around again." At this point I'm livid, are you kidding me and hour and my car is not even washed. I told him I've been here an hour, I'm not taking it through again, I want my money back. I walked inside to the Indian man (owner) at the desk and the worker told him "give her money back because Gerardo didn't clean her car." The owner decided to walk out (another 10 minutes) to do nothing instead of just giving my money back. Finally, I become irate and start going off and the owner had the nerve to tell me "don't come back here". At this point, I'm furious cursing him out telling him "I will NEVER come here ever again after I waited an hour patiently, your workers didn't do their job and you have the nerve to respond with this customer service!" This is my spot, friendly staff and really the best car wash in the area. Ask for Ramiro, he's the best and a very honest person! Today I left a collected invoice from work in the car ( must have fallen under the seat) which contained $1,015 (was even written on it) and when I got back from getting a haircut across the street he had the envelope for me. The price is about the same, compared to others. I went looking for a car wash the day after Christmas, this was one of the few open. I waited about 30-40 mins (vacuum, wash and dry)... typical... Because it was taking so long, I figured everything was going to be clean. I got to the car and it was not finished. This place didn't wash the car well, there was still dirt left and the person drying the car didn't notice it. Definitely, these individuals need to pay closer attention to detail. The inside was closed, except for the cashier. I do not plan on returning to this location because I had to almost finish drying and cleaning the car myself. After noticing more than a few places that need attention, and I called the individual back to clean the vehicle. I've come here over the years even before the current overs took over because it's affordable and they cleaned my car although it was never great but their service has significantly declined in the past several of months. They have a card stamp that redeems you a free car wash of the type of car wash you purchased the most (I always get the silver wash) after your 10th stamp. I thought it would be free but they charged me $3 and they only vacuumed my car and wash the exterior and was not cleaned at all. I was going to say something but they were being cussed out by another customer with the same complaint and after being there for more than 2 hours I didn't want to stay any longer. My 82 year old father and 9 yr old daughter went to this car wash and here is my daughters review...we waited for 2 hours just to get the car into the wash. There was no one there supervising to ask for help. A SUV almost hit our car coming off the belt, a worker caught it just in time. So yesterday was a holiday and my regular mobile detail guy wasn't working and I really really needed a car wash (not really). I yelped a few hand car wash places and came across this one near my house. It was cool I pulled up told them guy what I wanted even asked for my front mats to be cleaned bc I had spilled some stuff. After paying a whopping $33 for the wash I asked for $7 back to tip whoever cleaned my car. Well I watched and waited for my car to come down the car wash area and it never did. Just when I finally decided to see where it was at I saw it and it looked good from a quick glance. The guy even said it's almost ready! Horrible customer service, no one to complain to. They leave the car soaking in armorall , and they leave it dirty as it is. They just put all the cleaning supplies over the dust your car has. My car has water marks on the windows on the mirrors and there was dirt that wasn't washed away. One of the employees even yelled at me that he has been washing cars for 20+ years and that I was being a picky bitch and that I got what I paid for. This is not my regular car wash - but mine was closed and i needed my car washed so I stopped in. I used to come here years ago, but stopped because I wasn't happy with them. But they now have a new owner. The place has been cleaned up and painted and modernized. They have couple of recliners and a TV in the office so you can watch the big game. The service was prompt. They did a pretty good job with my car. The windows are usually a problem - carwashes just can't get them right, it seems. The side windows were okay but the windshield needed attention when I got home. Overall a carwash serves a purpose. They do a pretty good job. I could do a much better job, but it would take me a lot longer. I would much rather sip a cup of coffee and watch them take care of my car. I hope this review puts into consideration the next time you want to visit this place and spend your money here. Unfortunately my husbands truck was stolen from this location due to inconsiderate and negligent employees who let the person run off with the vehicle when there was obvious signs that something was wrong. My husband went in to pay for the car wash and noticed his vehicle was gone, when he questioned the employees, they said that they thought the person was him and that the thief was wearing the exact same thing which ended up being a total lie because when I asked them again when I showed up; they said that the thief was in fact not wearing a mask or a hat and glasses like my husband was so pretty much they let the thief run off without even informing my husband of what had occurred or even called the police. The thief left off so quickly because the employee still had the rug mats on the floor that he was cleaning and didn't even question the thief at all. They then became very rude and irate at him over the situation as if it was his fault and told him to call the cops and told him that it was not their problem. That was honestly very unprofessional because when you visit an establishment that washes cars they give you a ticket that you return to the employee when he is done cleaning your vehicle and the owner of the vehicle puts trust into the employee because they are obviously washing your car. Not even the cashier was informed over the situation and the manager named Alexis kept getting upset at us as if we were inconveniencing him, very unprofessional and unethical in a business matter because never have I been in a situation like that and I went to the point of losing it with him because he kept giving me the run around and refused to give the owners information or even inform the Owner of what had occurred. They even told us to come back the next day; it was so ridiculous that the employees had the nerve to tell me to move my own car while I was talking to the sheriff writing up the police report and not even apologize or say sorry for letting a person steal our truck. When my husband came back the next day, the manager once again became irate with him and wouldn't give him the owners information and accused my husband of supposedly plotting the theft of his vehicle because he "didn't call the cops fast enough" which was a pretty ridiculous thing to say. Eventually the manager gave him the owners information and when he contacted the owner, he was not notified of what had happened and was the only one to apologize for what had happened and that he will talk to his employees over the matter. Overall this place has employees that obviously don't care about your vehicles and will pretty much let any person come up to steal your vehicle on the spot and not even inform or look for the owner or even call the police. Honestly the owner should really reconsider who his manager is because he represents your business and a manager certainly does not act that way and get irate to the point of accusing the customer who was a victim of theft because they didn't call the cops fast enough when they never informed him in the first place. It's upsetting to know that as customers who have been taking our vehicles to this business for the past year; we invested our hard earned money and always gave nice tips to the employees only for this to happen to us because of their negligence. They knew they messed up on their end and went as far as to blame it on us and say it's our problem and in the end not even say sorry or even offer a refund for the car wash that never happened...just a bummer man. read more
