This place has the Worst customer service! The guy told me to go to another place because I park my car under a tree and said his machine will get DIRTY if I got the $8 wash the cheapest option. Although if I got the $9 one, SUDDENLY its OK! One of the guys at the entry, yells at you if you don't turn your wheel just the way he wants it. He acts like I'm doing him a favor! I came here expecting a simple car wash, but instead, I was turned away for two ridiculous reasons--first, because my car was deemed "too dirty" (isn't cleaning cars the entire purpose of a car wash?), and second, because I refused to pay for unnecessary upsells. This is beyond frustrating and an absolutely awful way to treat customers. If a car wash refuses to actually wash dirty cars and pushes unwanted services on paying customers, what's the point of coming here at all? I will never return and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. I like when my car is wiped down but I don't want to wipe it down myself. I only had to pay $7 for them to clean and wipe it down. I first went to vacuum the inside. Service was great. Quality is 5 stars. Took only a few mins. I'll come back here. But they could had wiped it down a little more. read more

this is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to these guys don't even wipe the car. They're barely even touching it. They did not dry your car off at all. They did not understand cannot communicate to tell you anything. Very affordable. My van has designs with crevices that a normal drive thru car wash always misses. This place has 4 people working to help the machine clean all the crevices. I am so glad I found this place for my van. read more

The old guy that takes our money literally just took our money and provided no instructions to pull forward and then came back yelling at us to leave and never come back again... at least have the decency to instruct us to pull forward when you're ready instead of yelling at us to leave. Never again! I've used this car wash several times in the past, today after going thru I got out to make sure the couple bird droppings were removed. I saw they hadn't and asked the guys drying my car if they could wipe them off. He just pointed to the area where you would return for an additional wash. The man collecting money said it would be an additional $5. I said that it was just a couple spots and he repeated "it's $5". Or I should go to another car wash. I tried to explain but he threw his hand up in the air and kept repeating go to another car wash. I remained calm and ask why he would want to lose a customer over something so small. You can't argue with the prices... These guys work for their money. You can't ask for more. For $6 you get the basic drive thru machine wash. It gets your car cleaner and faster than you can do it yourself. I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the area that wants a quick wash! Two thumbs up for this place. read more

Tried this place out as my car really needed a car wash, not to bad. It is an express and the guys r really nice and dry your car.

This was my first and last time here. Came in for a wash since it stopped raining and the sign claimed hand wash got the $8 package and tipped the dryers $5. When I go to pump gas around the corner I notice the car is filthy and looks as if it was never washed. Giving them the benefit I go back and let the owner know and show him the car that had just left. Once he acknowledged all the dirt and grime still in the vehicle he said "oh well that's too bad what do you expect from a $8 wash" and I told him exactly what I paid for and what is advertised then he said "then followed by know you know so you don't come here again". I even said I don't want a refund just the wash he did not re wash the car or issue refund. I would advice everyone to not come here or you are better off washing it anywhere else. Also going to file complaint with department of consumer affairs. read more

I really like this place, you drive through and they hand dry. Make sure to tip them! They do a good job.

I love this place! Been going here for years. (Remember when it was built) You pull in with a dirty, spotty car, and pull out with a clean one. You stay in your car but you can always vacuum it yourself. It works like a car wash at the gas station, but there are guys at the front who spot clean your car before you go through. And at the end of the wash there are guys who dry your car off. No more water spots from bad blow drying. Plus, the most you will pay is $7. Must say it again, love this place. read more

Decided to take my car for a quick wash after being parked for a few months (COVID-19 quarantining). What better place than an express car wash since I would just leave it parked again for the foreseeable future? And so I decide to go for the least expensive option which is $6. Since I only had a $10 bill, I figured I could tip the staff that hand dry the cars the $4 i got back. Well the gentleman that takes payment (taller, older, white man) took exception to the fact that I would only pay for "regular". He thought my car was too dirty and so it may not end up clean unless I paid the 1 or 2 extra dollars for the premium washes. Told him I knew it was ridiculously dirty since it was parked so long but that regular was ok for me. He then said the only thing ridiculous about this was me only paying for regular. At this point I figured things were getting a bit too un-cordial for a simple car wash but I still kept it civil and told him I'd rather tip his guys over getting a better wash for my car, so again regular would be just fine. He then said that it was my opinion that regular was fine and that I probably hadn't even heard of vacuum. Not wanting to lose my cool I just figured he was having a bad day or year, so I tell him he's right and he walked away. For what it's worth, the wash itself was fine. If I wanted my car spotless I'd go to a full service car wash. But to have your only customer facing employee be this insulting without provocation is what's ridiculous. Performance is always good and they work in a timely fashion I'll recommend this place every time. I've already told so many of my friends that now come here.
