Marks on car
Jessica L.

Barely washes the car. I like to use the vacuum for a quick clean. But today I went in and I have marks all over my car. When I went to let them know they acted like if I was the problem. They said it was "grease marks" then said it was already there before the wash!! They got really defensive and started acting like of what I was saying was absurd. Yelling and telling the others that I was wrong. Not helpful at all. Don't go unless u want to get marks on ur car then have to go to another car wash to actually clean ur car.

You can't beat this $6 car wash in Long Beach that includes drying. The car wash could use some love/remodeling but the employees are hard workers.

This is probably the most inexpensive car wash you will find, and it definitely does the job! You can choose from the 3 different levels, ranging between $5 and $7 - so even if you get the highest quality one, it is still a great deal. Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but it never takes too long to get through it. A guy will come up to your window, you pay for the wash you want, and he puts a mark on your window so they know which one you paid for. Before you go in the drive thru, they spray down your car to get a bunch of the initial dirt off your car. Then, you go through! At the end, a couple guys dry off your car, which is also where you can tip. At this point, this is where I find this car wash to be a bit tricky. After they dry you off, you are pretty much pulling onto Santa Fe, which is fine if you don't want to take advantage of the free vacuum. But I've never been able to maneuver my way to the vacuums without completely leaving the cash wash, and pulling back in. This isn't the end of the world, just a bit inconvenient. I wonder if anyone else has this problem. But this being said, the vacuums are great and free, you just have to get one of the guys to turn them on for you. Overall, this is a very solid car wash, and its a great value for how inexpensive it is.

This is the bottom of the car front door.

I won't be coming back, good prices but you get what you pay for & unfortunately I got a bunch of scratches all over my car & all on the Left side of the car. I will add a few pics, I did like the fact that they hose your car down & give a quick wipe w/soap then you put your car in neutral & in you go the drying is like your typical arco gas station drying & then they hand dry your car it was OK. 1 of the guys started drying as soon as the car came out & the other 1 just sat on his phone for a minute before he started helping his coworker.

It's older but vacuum worked and it had the scent sprayer for carpet. Pretty basic prices and efficient machines!

Hey Everyone, I'm a…read morelil impressed with the customer service of this small quiet car wash! The manager on call (818-319-3383) fixed a minor issue. I came in at 11:50am excited to get the $7 wash have I noticed the employees wipe your car down at the end, which is a big plus, & since my car didn't get all the way clean the first time around, still has some dirt marks, the manager let me go through the wash again and the man at the end is going above and beyond to make sure it's fully wiped down all around and on top because it's a Tesla, it's roof is see thru clear and we can see all the dirt! Anyways, it's fully cleaned again 2nd time around and I appreciate that really because I do ride share everyday in my car and I need a clean car! None the less, I like the vacuums! They're strong. Thank you

Good value at this semi-automated carwash located in Long Beach, CA…read more Probably the cheapest car wash near us, this was my first time going through it. It wasn't busy when we stopped by on a Wednesday early afternoon. It is initially set-up just like a car-wash at a gas station, where you drive to the front of an automated building. Before you enter, an attendant will ask for payment and credit cards are accepted. He will direct your car's front wheels to the right spot, ask to put your car into neutral, and the track will slowly pull your car through the wash where soap and cloth wheels will wash the dirt from your car. As you exit, there is another attendant that will hand-dry both sides of your car which is a nice touch. You can then drive to an open parking spot where there are vacuums on both sides to use...this is included as part of the wash. There are 3 levels of pricing, with the lowest (simple shampoo and hand dry) being $7. None of them includes an undercarriage flush (this is a must in places where they salt the roads, and was the main reason I would even get a car wash)...not necessary in Cali. Per my wife, the vacuum was especially strong today, and useful in getting out the beach sand. Also ended up losing some loose change (amazing how coins will end up in any crevice). I wonder if somebody looks for these when the vacuum traps are cleaned out.
